With 35 years’ financial experience, Mr. Mallak will be responsible for SEC reporting, control and accounting, treasury, tax and internal audit. He is located at the headquarters location of Atkore International in Harvey, IL.

Prior to joining Atkore, Mr. Mallak was Managing Director at professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), where he focused on international financial management, corporate financial administration, merger and acquisition transactions and corporate restructuring.
