I spent a long time looking for the reason why I couldn’t get multiple calDav calendars on my iPod touch. The answer above mentions iphoneselect, but that url only works for @gmail.com accounts. If you have Google Apps for your domain (i.e. not @gmail.com), you need to use a different URL:

https://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/your_domain/iphoneselect (replacing ‘your_domain’ with your actual domain name)

Nathan, I am using an ipod touch with Version 0S4 and i am trying to preserve the colors I have in google calendar with ones for my ipod touch. I followed the steps you outlined above, however when I click “install” nothing happens on my ipod. Do I need to be in a wireless area for it to work? Any thoughts?

I am able to install the profiles but nothing appears on the iphone. None of my calendars show on the Calendar.app. I don’t know what to do to get it work. Any ideas?

Yeah, I started at the top of the comments and worked my way down and finally saw that google has a link that will sync multiple calendars. Ugh. That was more difficult than it should have been.

Answer on iphone backups “this iphone requires backups to be encrypted”... Buried in the ICU manual is a note that any profile transferred to the iphone via USB is automatically encrypted. The presence of an encrypted profile on the phone will turn on the flag in ITunes that requires the backups to be encrypted. This explains why users who have experimented with the ICU have unexpectedly seen this notice. SOLUTION: delete any/all profiles installed on the phone via USB. Uncheck the tickbox for encrypted profiles in iTunes if it has been set and try your backup again. It worked for me. The alternative is to save profiles to email/web and install them; NOT via USB.

Okay, that’s just freaky. I take it back. It didn’t look like it worked yesterday as I couldn’t see my calendars. But – just now – they are suddenly there. Cool. I am back in business.

Yeah, this was working great for me on my 3G, but I couldn’t get it to work once I tried to update my new iPhone 4. Hopefully Nathan will be able to figure it out because this was terrific!

Nathan, I don’t think this works in iOS 4 on iPhone 4. I just followed your instructions meticulously and it doesn’t appear to have changed anything on my phone. I didn’t get those final screens and my calendars haven’t changed. However, the console part of the ICU lists many errors and warnings. Has anyone tried it?
