Guru Maharaj's message has the Ten Basic Principles of Sadhana, at the core. These principles provide the foundation for effortless spiritual growth.

God is the supreme power with no name or form, and you can choose a name of your liking.

To seek Him, you need not renounce either the world or the married life; you do not need to live a secluded life nor you need to become a wanderer. Those living with family and leading a "normal" life can still reach God.

In order to attain self-realization, you must find someone who has already attained self-realization and seek his guidance.

Bring inner happiness into your life, for it is a divine virtue.

Gyan (Knowledge) brings peace; you will not find it outside. It is within you, so you will need introspection and Satsang to be at peace.

You should continue to devote most of your time to your daily activities. However, while practicingSatsang, you should keep your mind clear of all worldly concerns.

As a Satsangi (seeker), two activities are very important for you - first, earning an honest living and second, keeping busy with work.

Knowledge is infinite. If your Guru cannot take you to your goal, then seek the guidance of another Guru. However, after finding an Atma-Gyani Guru(self-realized person), you should stay with him.

Do all worldly work with a spirit of service, not to rule or to own.

Live in this world as a guest. Believe that someone else owns everything in this world. Leave "me and mine," and learn "you and yours".

The Sufi Bayazid says this about himself:

I was a revolutionary when I was young
and all my prayer to God was: ‘Lord, give
me the energy to change the world.’

As I approached middle age and realised
that half my life was gone without my
changing a single soul, I changed my
prayer to: ‘Lord, give me the grace to
change all those who come in contact
with me. Just my family and friends,
and I shall be content.’

Now that I am an old man and my days
are numbered, my one prayer is: ‘Lord,
give me the grace to change myself.’
If I had prayed for this right from
the start I should not have wasted
my life.

Arabic literature and sufi traditions describes seven stages of love

Seven Stages of Love

Attraction: The first stage of love where eyes meet, spark is initiated and the journey of love begins.

Attachment : The second stage starts with fondness where a feeling of strong connection comes.

Love: The most blissful of all stages. Here you started feeling at top of the world unaware of other things in life just lost in thoughts of your beloved.

Trust/Reverence : This stage initiates the process in love which ultimately leads to death. Here one started trusting someone more than anything and anyone. After this there is no turning back in love.

Worship : In this stage love reaches at the extend of worshipping the beloved where nothing can be wrong with the object of worship. Here love not ends even after a denial by the beloved instead leads to the next stage of love.

Madness : In this stage one finds his own identity incomplete without beloved thus his urge to have love reaches to the level of obsession and madness.

Death : The final stage of love now the self identity is completely lost. Here the existence of lover depends on the existence of beloved.

We can link all this stages of love with a person's quest to find god. One's mere attraction towards god leads him to the level of love where is own identity becomes the identity of his loved god. This attaches this concept of love to sufi traditions.

Know yourself , Your likes, dislikes , what brings you joy. Time never comes back, enjoy the present and do not dwell on the past but flow with the present and dream about future.Know the nature and understand what it is trying to communicate to you every moment, learn to show gratitude to nature every time anything good takes place in your life and know your talent. take out time for yourself from the busy schedule or work and meditate for at-least for 10 minutes per day and make a difference in life and bring joy to life. Maybe not today,or tomorrow,or even in a year, but eventually things will turn up, you will get better and be able to look back and say with relief: "I made it." Remember that any time is good to start, And that no time is so good to give up. Words have great power to change your life.wrong words about yourself should not become your reality of life. so choose them wisely. Finally happiness comes when you serve others without any expectations be it your friends or strangers. So don't expect anything in return from anyone just share your love unconditionally.

Hazrat Khwaja Ghareeb-un-Nawaz (Aka. KGN Ajmer Sharif) was born in Iran and later migrated to
India (Ajmer, Rajasthan). He was the supporter of the weak, helper of the poor and gained
much love and respect from all people. He is a descendant of Hazrat Ali,
who was the son-in-law of Hazrat prophet Mohammed.

He, interpreted religion in terms of human service and
exhorted his disciples "to develop river-like generosity, sun-like
affection and earth-like hospitality." The highest form of devotion,
according to him, was "to redress the misery of those in distress – to
fulfill the needs of the helpless and to feed the hungry." ~courtesy : Wikipedia

'Khwaja Mere Khwaja'
is an absolutely magical soundtrack. A pure qawwali in the traditional
sense opens with harmonium superimposed by A R Rahman's explicit vocals
which reaches out to your soul!

Yash Raj Films have reportedly spent 5 crore rupees($1mn). Most of it on the shooting of the song of course. From the first look, the song is not only superb in Audio, the video of the song is really well, and that's the reason YRF thinks they'll be able to attract people to cinema halls in the name of this song, if nothing else.

Walking+Power Walk+Jog+Short Sprint+Run = 10km #everyday

Best part of this is to see the Sun rising, No words to explain how good it feels.
Few lines from the song from #Aurangzeb ~ Jigra Fakira , it just help me get going

Jag Saaraa Vekheya Milyaa, Dil Nu Nahi Sukoon
Rishtaan De Dhaage Kachhe, Rab Ne Banaaye Kyun
Saare Jahaan Te Sacchi, Rab di Hai Bandagi
Kho Ja To Paa Jayega Saadi Vargi Har Khushi

Translation goes like this

Though I've seen n met the whole world, my heart is not at peace
Why did God create such weak bonds of relationships
The only truth in this world is the God Worship
Get lost or Immerse yourself in this and you will find all the happiness

#RandomThought

To keep the lines of your fate clean, it’s important to do the right deeds, just like the gold needs to go through the fire for it to be pure and clean, similarly ignorance will disappear with the light of wisdom. For if you fall for the traps of the world, you will lose yourself, but if you stay under his grace, you will reap rich rewards of his kindness.

What is the point of getting entangled in the world, when it’s all going to end? For the life we live and the air we breathe is all so unpredictable and is a debt we bear. Rather fuel your true journey, with prayers, as He only is permanent and most valuable.

Why waste our precious lives talking to the lesser beings when the same can be used to talk to Him. For only prayers for Him is most sensible and meaningful use of your time. Everything else is a lie and so just overcome the myths and discard your mental baggage, as it blocks you from being one with Him. Whichever soul follows this path, his journey is smooth, like the flow of water, and God Himself leads him to the light.
Really great song, you can listen it forever. Lyrics has its own magic, nicely written by Shiv Kumar Batalvi Ji but ,I am equally thankful to Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan sahab to introduce this great composition in his voice. Memorable...

We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. -Frederick Keonig

What is happiness? What makes you happy? What makes one person happy may be unimportant to the next. And, the degrees of happiness vary from simple contentment to being overjoyed. There are many categories in which we experience happiness from health, wealth, spirituality, being in shape, family, friends, career, food, vacations, material possessions, music, giving, receiving, listening, being heard and on and on.
Many people decide that they will be happy WHEN something happens, i.e. when they get the new house, when they get married, when they meet someone, when they retire, when they find another job, when they take that vacation, when they pay off their debt, etc. Doing this will cause you to miss out on being happy NOW.
If you are always waiting to be happy, you will be waiting forever. Because as soon as you get the one thing you've been waiting for, there will be something else you want and you'll have to wait to get it too. So instead of waiting for happiness to come to you, why not find that happiness that surrounds you each day?

As cliché as it sounds, learning to live in the moment and learning to appreciate what you have right now will bring you happiness today instead of waiting for it down the road. It's the small things in life that you may be missing that are everywhere around you and when you become aware of them it can change how you view the world.

Think of some of the little things we take for granted each day that go from mindless daily occurrences to simple moments where you suddenly savor the simplicity and beauty of them. The smell of freshly brewed coffee, the sound of birds waking in the morning, a cool breeze, flowers opening their velvety leaves to the sun, the aroma when you walk in a bakery, squirrels scampering about, the dew shining on the grass in the morning, telling someone you love them, having someone tell you they love you, a crackling fireplace, freshly popped popcorn, your favorite flavor ice cream, a cup of hot tea, someone who opens a door for you, your favorite song on the radio, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, the smell of fall in the air and the leaves crunching under your feet and on and on.

Call it awareness, appreciation, gratitude or whatever you want to call it, when you tap into it and learn to value the scents, sounds, tastes, and feel of all of the little gifts in life you can't help but celebrate all of these treasures that are here right now. And, the best part about it, you never have to wait to enjoy them.
Open your eyes to the beauty of the world and embrace the moment. In the meantime, while you're waiting to be happy, you just might be surprised how the little things in life can actually make you happy while you're waiting!

Find out how to wake up each day and enjoy your life!

A sneak peak into the new generation and there expectations with life. They cannot digest a simple fact that every day is not theirs, failure is inevitable. If such thing happens they get into deep depression following with endless misery that continues forever. Hardest moment is not that when u lose something & tears come out of your eyes, but its the one when u lose something and still you have to manage. People don't have patience to respond to the problem they keep reacting over it. Oh this is not happening ... i am in complete mess.. They are losing their capacity to accept the failure as a result several people gets frustrated and commits suicide. Now to understand this there can be many more factors pertaining to it like family expectation, peer pressure , unrealistic ambition , common human tendency to acquire things that other's have and huge generation gap causing disconnect with senior ones. As per hindu mythology whatever you achieve in life finally boils down to zero or nothing. So experience the nothingness and be happy. But this does not mean that you stop putting your efforts. So start moving your body .. try try but don't dare to cry.

Check out the following post its worth reading it , hope u will get some motivation

Nice gazal : Jab teri dhun mein.....

Wording goes like this

Jab tere dard mein dil dukhta tha
Hum tere haq mein dua kartay thay
Hum bhee chup chaap phira kartay thay
Jab teri dhun mein jiya kartay thay
