It is a program that currently focuses on the needs of children on the Autism Spectrum.  Currently classes are run out of Mike’s School of Self-Defence in London, Ontario.

The program is taught by Sifu Paul Cluff, who lives in London with his wife, Jennifer and their autistic son, both of whom enjoy martial arts.  There were many difficult challenges for their son in a commercial martial arts school, which lead Sifu Paul to create a specialized program for children on the Autism Spectrum.   The program’s focus is on having fun while introducing the benefits of martial arts including improved self-confidence, exercise, balance and co-ordination.

PLEASE NOTE:  A Parent/Support Person is REQUIRED  to stay on-site during classes.  Mike’s School of Self-Defence and Spectrum Martial Arts & Fitness will make every effort to supply volunteers to assist in classes, but if your child needs extra support, you may be required to assist your child during class.
