In my case the monad I was learning from was Babaji or Nagaraj. Throught his meditation which I learned, I moved beyond the teachings of the monad, and am now working with the Mother of Divinity (Saraswatti) and Father of Divinity (Brahma).

Some may ask why not stay with the Monad? Given the recent Bliss I’ve acquired and the realizations been given, with the understanding that the Mother and Father are much higher than the Monad, working at this level is what will promote me beyond the Siddha into a God.

Although there are variations taught, this is one from the guru of Babaji Nagaraj (often called Babaji, Mahavatar Babaji or siddha Babaji) Siddha Boganathar one of the famed 18 Siddhas.

The kriya goes as follows. On inspiration visualize a bluish light as consciousness moving from the tail bone (on the left side of the spine) moving up the ida (left channel) up to the third eye. The complete inspiration should build the consciousness up the spine sequentially so it moves smoothly. On expiration move to the right channel (pingala) and move down the right side of the spine.

This is one Kriya. Practice 14-16 kriyas in the morning and 14-16 in the evening for beginners. After a month or so of this Kriya most every day then you can add another 14-16 every morning and every evening. After another month or so of this, begin doing as much as you’d like.

It is a good idea to practice some emptyness meditation after the Kriya sequence both in the am. and pm. or any other time if not able to do it after the pranayama.

The pranayama should be done with an AHH sound, by having the tongue rolled up and back to the back of the throat, and slightly closing the glottis. Focus on clean, extended, elongated inspiration and expirations with clean and smooth visualized conscious light moving up the ida, and down the pingala. A video on Youtube by Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn on Basic Pranayama teaches what the sounds should sound like.

The witches are symbolic of the direction or locations of doing yoga. From the begining meditation and pranayama are never done facing West (this is the first Witch who dies). The second witch to die is the Witche of the East. Yoga is said to best be done by facing North and South.

Dorthy moving along the path which is Golden (like the golden body of the siddha) comes across the three virtues man is looking for (Heart, Intellect, Courage) which are also expoused in the Book of Revelations (see Book of Revelations Code by Dr. Greszczyszyn) of the Holy Bible.

The golden path is a path which brings her to the Wizard of Oz (which is symbolic of GOD), however we find that GOD (’is not a man in the sky or the birds will preceede you’…Jesus Christ) is nothing but a man (which we also know from Jesus is man “Is it not said in your scripture “ye are gods” John 10:34).

Not all is lost however because this god man teaches them (really Dorthy) that she is a goddess and the three virtues they seek are within themselves (as the godself is found within…..See Genesis Holy Bible “Man is made in the image of God”).

The tornado…..well that is Pranayama (wind) which develops Samadhi the developmental power of self and greater realization.

We understand these numbers are correct when we analyse Babaji’s response to Agastyar’s teaching when he went to the Himalayas to become a siddha.

Babaji spent 18 months (1.5 years) of intensive practice to enter Soruba Samadhi and become a siddha.

Lets do the math.

1,000,000 Kriyas in 1.5 years
666,666.666 Kriyas a year (yes these numbers are odd, and what is more strange is why Babaji did what he did).
666,666.666 kriyas a year/365 days a year
1,826.48 Kriyas a day
14 Kriyas in a cycle which take 44sec/kriya (according to Lahiri Mahasaya) or 10 Minutes 15 sec. for one cycle
1,826.48/14 kriyas a cycle is 130 cycles, Some may even consider that he did 144 (in line with some Kriya schools) it matters little.
130 cycles at 10.25 minutes is 22 Hrs, 12 seconds a day of Kriya

The Key is that the Kriya he was doing was the root Kriya (ida/pingala)…yes for 22 Hrs a day. This Kriya achieve’s perfection once it has been done to mastery. That is one of the secrets I taught in the Advanced Kriya and Yoga Seminar One: Types of Yoga.

I also showed you how long it would take if you spent 2 hrs a day doing that Kriya.
120 minutes divided by 10.25min/cycle or 11.7 cycles (164 Kriyas a day)
164 kriays divided into 1,000,000 would take you 16 and three quaters of a year to accomplish Soruba Samadhi and deathlessness.

That is your key. Remember one hour a day would take you 37.5 years to become deathless.

What I will be teaching in the other Audio Video Seminars is short cut ways of using Alchemistry or KAya Kalpa to speed up the process.

Sharing this secret is rare, sharing the other secrets I provide is even more rare. Why? Because not everyone will do the Root Kriya or other techniques I teach to perfection (spend one or more hours a day doing that or other techniques I teach).

How you may ask?

Using a simple, yet powerful asana.

The posture is similar to Savasana (Laying Corps), however the idea is contraction rather than relaxation. In this posture (laying on the back), you stretch your arms overhead (lengthening the body). Do not point the toes down, rather point them to the sky.

In this position, lengthen and stretch the adominals, feeling them pull. If possible wait until you get a Samadhi release.

Doing this posture you will get a surge of energy which feels like youth returning to your skin.

Powerful. A definite youth building posture, that should be included in the daily regiment!
