&lt;p&gt;40-year-old Leah Chavez was sentenced on Wednesday morning. She pleaded guilty to one count of Theft, and one count of Misuse of Public Monies.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;Back in May 2018, Doyle plead guilty to three counts: Fraudulent Schemes &amp;amp; Artifices, Attempted Acquisition of a Narcotic Drug by Fraud, and Attempted Computer Tampering.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;Investigators say 44-year-old Langham worked at a Scottsdale surgery center where she tampered with and diverted narcotic medications (Fentanyl and Dilaudid) from vials on hand at the surgery center.  It was further alleged that she was diverting the prescription drugs for her personal use and that she refilled the vials with sterile saline to avoid getting caught.          &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;U.S. District Court Judge Murray Snow recently dismissed 15 of these suits and consolidated the rest for an appeal to the Ninth Circuit.  The Attorney General’s motion to intervene in this appeal is part of his broader efforts to protect Arizona businesses by shutting down Mr. Strojnik’s abusive litigation tactics.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>
