Tired of being stuck with the crappy cards Crazy Dave makes you have? All you have to do is exit the game and restart it and the 3 cards will be changed to something else.

Hint: Milking Walnut Bowling for Coins

Here’s how to make Walnut Bowling more profitable:

1) Protect the Lawnmowers — Each Mower is worth one gold coin ($250).

2) Line up shots off the front runner. After the first zombie is hit, each additional zombie strike generates coins.

3) Create a front runner where none exists! Pole vaulting zombies run fast until they vault over a nut, and the newspaper zombie runs fast after getting the paper destroyed by a nut. Just let them run a little bit down the lawn before sending a nut their way.

4) Just because you have nuts does not mean you have to use them. This is where “Nerves of Steel” comes into play. When there are a few zombies ambling down the lawn without a clear ricochet shot, wait a little bit to see if more of their friends will step out to play. They can always be killed once they cross the red line.

5) Remember how many nuts it takes to kill a zombie; this is important when the cross the red line. Use one nut for regular zombies, three for bucket wearing zombies, and two for the rest.

6) Reserve the exploding nuts. Try not to use those nuts unless a mob crosses the line, or there are not enough nuts or room to clear out a hard to kill zombie. Use the regular walnuts for the zombies that have not reached the red line.

7) Don’t use exploding nuts to kill pole vaulting zombies directly. Pole vaulting zombies only jump obstacles in their own lane. A pole vaulting zombie who has not vaulted yet will safely jump over explosions or nuts in their own lane; so find a neighbor in the next lane and time the nut to hit when the pole vaulting zombie gets close to the neighbor.

Hint: Play Slot Machine for Extra Coins and Diamonds

1) Set up your defenses around the slot machine. Try for one row of wallnuts on the right side, one or two rows of sunflowers on the left, and fill everything else with pea and snow pea shooters.

2) Protect the lawn mowers. Each are worth a Gold Coin at the end of the game, so don’t let them mow the zombies.

3) Stop collecting sun around 1900 sun points. At this point, the garden should be full, so getting the extra 100 points to win should be easy. Just collect enough sun to offset the slot machine.

4) Keep the slot machine spinning! It will randomly drop one or three gems as long the patience lasts.

5) If the Zombies get close to the mowers, end the game. Just collect the sun lying on the field to end the game.

Killzone 3 picks up where Killzone 2 left us. The Dictator of the Helghast Empire is dead by the hands of Sev our protagonist. Though there is internal infighting amongst factions of the Helghast they are still on a warpath with the ISA. The Helghast Army greatly outnumbers that of the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance and it looks like the new leadership is hellbent on annihilating the ISA vermin once and for all. This trailer should give you a good feel for the story line in Killzone 3. It’s a bit the on serious side as was the second title but developers assure us that this game will include some lighthearted moments amidst all the death and blood of course. You may also recognize some the voice actors. One being that of Malcolm McDowell, who was most recently featured as the insane machine President from Fallout 3. This game looks amazing. Start a new game then win the race. After you win go to the first toilet that you encounter and save your game. Now, go to the main menu and select START GAME and then select RESTART STORY. DO NOT skip the cutscene. You will keep the money and PP that you earned after winning the race ($10,000 for first place) and repeat this as many times as you like.

12 Hints - Submit a hint! 

1. Six Shooter

Once you’ve progressed far enough into the game to have unlocked the Six Shooter revolver (by defeating the Cowboy Security Guard Psychopath in the South Plaza) it’s a good idea to carry his weapon around, which can be found on the sawing board he dies on. You can only have one at any time like all Psychopath weapons, so if you try to exit and re-enter the area to get an extra Six Shooter, you won’t find anything on there until you lose the one you’re carrying (or that your Co-Op partner is carrying). This weapon is incredibly powerful, more so than any rifle other than the Sniper Rifle. And it also has a great rate of fire. With this weapon you can easily take out most Psychopaths by simply corner shooting, or in some cases just continually shooting them as most Psychos will be stunned for a brief moment by each shot.

2. Quick Money

The money in the bank is literally, money in the bank. Walk round the four casinos and start hunting down ATM machines. If there is one there, give it a good smack, and you will be pleased to see $2,500 pop out of the machine each time. If there are two machines next to one other, you will get $5000. You can use this money to buy anything at the pawn shops, so have fun smashing ATMs.

3. Easy PP

In Fortune Park, follow the wall to the right of the Atlantica Casino and enter the side door. Combine the dynamite and meat you find here for the Dynameat. Leave the building and head to the right. At the fireworks stand, climb to the top and use the fireworks to attract zombies. Jump down into the crowd and use the Dynameat, retreating quickly. You will get a ton of PP. Leave Fortune Park and return to make the items respawn. Repeat this to attain very high levels.

4. Slot Machine Win

If a slot machine has a pile of money in front of it, you can play it and win it five times — after that you will not be able to win again unless you return to the map.

5. Free Zombrex!

Having trouble getting Zombrex for your dear daughter? Fear no longer! Certain missions give out Zombrex for rescuing survivors and you can even find some sitting around on high ledges.

1 . Code Blue, Inside the Slot Ranch Casino: Behind the stage curtains there are some equipment boxes. Jump on them, then to the giant dice, and finally across the gap to claim your prize. You can easily see the Zombrex beforehand, but not jump to it, if you walk up the metal stairs.

2 . Code Blue, Inside the Yucatan Casino: Go to the giant idol in the center and simply jump up the conveniently stair-shaped sides until you reach the offering plate. There you’ll find some Zombrex and a Light Machine Gun.

3 . If you are finding it hard to come across some zombrex rather than buying it, why not find it? If you check out the stage in Slot Ranch Casino head behind the curtain and to your right side is some boxes. Carry on around towards the maintenance room behind the stage and climb the boxes to the right of the door as you face it. You will see a nice free bit of Zombrex on top of the highest boxes. (Note: You cannot jump to the boxes from the overhead mez floor).

4 . You can find some extra Zombrex in the underground tunnel after completing the “Ticket to Ride” mission. It is near the underground access ladder underneath the Atlantica casino.

5 . In Big Roy’s Mart in Royal Flush Plaza (case related).

6 . Go to the stairs in Bennie Jack’s BBQ Shack in the Americana Casino and turn right when going up the stairs to the second floor. Jump on the balcony and then onto the closest light. Keep jumping across the lights until you reach the end.

7 . Backstage behind the curtain at Slot Ranch Casino. Climb up a stack of boxes and speakers. Jump onto a smaller stack of boxes and speakers to find it.

8 . Save the paramedic in the “Code Blue” mission. Bring the paramedic to Dean (“Once Bitten” mission), and the paramedic will give Dean a free Zombrex.

9 . On top of the tallest slot machine display in the middle of Yucatan Casino.

10 . Defeat the Postal Worker (mission related) in Royal Flush Plaza.

11 . Bring Richard (Hunger Pains) food and rescue him in the Silver Strip Diner.

6. Unlisted Missions

On top of the numerous calls and timed missions, several secret missions can appear then run out without you even knowing. Here is a list of the secret missions so you don’t miss out:

1 . Inside the Yucatan, before you meet Rebecca on Day 1. An optional boss fight is here, along with a survivor hiding in the offices. Head on over to the Food Court and raid it for Steak, and ONLY Steak. Upon entering the Yucatan you will be greeted with a cutscene. Afterwards, beat down Ted, watch him die, then hop up on top of Snowflake’s house. You should find 3 steaks total around her enclosure. Toss them way out there and wait. You’ll know when she’s eaten some because her health bar will have filled a bit. Just remember to stay out of reach, otherwise she’ll use YOU for lunch. After about 6 Steaks you’ll be greeted with another scene. Finally, save the poor guy trapped inside the Yucatan’s office.

2 . Royal Flush Plaza, Casual Gals store, Day 1. After rescuing his wife located directly in front of the Safe Room hallway, Gordon will appear here and need your help getting back.

3 . Royal Flush Plaza, upstairs, during the Rock Heroes mission. While escorting the band, swing by up here to see 3 girls doing their shopping. To get them to follow you have to carry their delicate shopping boxes back to the Safe Room.

4 . Americana Casino, VIP Poker Room. Starting midway through Day 2, some high-rolling poker players will set up a game here. To save them, you must pay the $100,000 buy-in then win. If you lose, you have to pay $100,000 AGAIN and keep trying.

5 . Food Court, after the Tastes Like Chicken boss fight. So, you’ve killed the psycho and untied the damsel, but she thinks you’re a terrorist and won’t come with you unless Jasper shows up. He happens to be in the Food Court too, but in an unlikely place. Find the nearest vending machines and get to climbing. You’ll find him on one of the many restuarant awnings. Re-unite the pair and hoof it home.

7. Wheelchair Accessible

Tired of carrying around survivors in your arms or on your back? Then just push a wheelchair up to them and wait for them to have a seat. You can then run back to the Safe House with ease. Just try not to hit too many zombies and walls or else the rider will fall out and the chair will break. Keep in mind, only 1 survivor can fit in the chair and even uninjured survivors can sit in it. (This tip is especially handy for transporting the soldier during the Shell-Shocked mission)

9. Hidden Spit Move

If you hold down the aim button, while unarmed, and press the throw or fire button, your will spit at zombies. It doesn’t damage them much, but it’s a secret ranged weapons that’s unlimited.

10. ATM Hax0r

If you have the “Hacker” item — Flashlight and Computer Case — You can double the money you receive from the ATM machine. Instead of $2,500 per Machine you will get $5,000.

11. Extinguish the Slappy Boss Fight

It may sound silly but there is an easy way to beat Slappy. Inside the toy shop where you fight him, there are squirt guns.

Grab one or two of them, then shoot him with the squirt gun a few times. He will then struggle with his flamethrower as the water messes with them.

You should be able to get a few hits with a mele weapon, then take cover. Repeat shooting him with the Squirtgun and swithing to a spiked bat or Defiler.

12. Faster Money

Collect all three gambling magazines, then, go to Slot Ranch Casino and play the large heart-shaped single pink slot machine on the first floor near the access point to the Food Court. Keep betting the max of $1,000 to win a lot of money quickly. It is possible to win approximately $1,000,000 every ten minutes. Note: Sometimes you may not win anything for three minutes, but then you may win three times in a row. Just keep playing until you win the desired amount of money.

3. Tape It or DIE! Secret Achievement/Trophy

Have you been wondering what that secret Achievement/Trophy is for? Just combine some Nectar (orange juice+orange juice at any blender) with a Queen Bee (start chopping zombies that slowly wave their arms about, grabbing at their necks) for a at a maintenance bench for a “Wingman.” Afterwards, watch your new friend pop zombie skulls.

4. 72,000 Zombie Kills

First off you need $2,000,000 and the DRIVER magazine. The magazine is found in BBQ Jacks by the soda fountain.

Next, buy the SUV key from pawnshop in Silver Strip. You find a SUV (a Humvee) across the street in Shamrock Casino.

With the SUV, just drive around the strip slaughtering zombies. With the DRIVER Magazine in your possession, your SUV with last three times longer.

When your vehicle is destroyed (or is about to be destroyed), enter any adjacent area that makes your game load a new map. Once you do, go back the Shamrock Casino and the SUV should have respawned with full health.

Using this method, you can get about 4,000 zombie kills with each SUV; all this only takes about 15 minutes of real time.

5. Zombie Genocide Master

First off you need $2,000,000 and the DRIVER magazine. It is found in BBQ Jacks by the soda fountain. Next, buy the SUV key from pawnshop in Silver Strip. You find the SUV (Humvee) across the street in Shamrock Casino. Now, just drive around the strip slaughtering zombies. With the Driver Mag, your SUV with last 3 times longer(4X4). When your SUV dies, enter a Casino that makes you load. Come back out and your SUV will be back in Shamrock fully repaired. You get 4,000 zombie kills with each SUV and it only takes about 15 minutes (real time) to rack up 72,000.

6. Zombie Fu

I found the easiest way to kill 1000 zombies with your bare hands was to go into the toy store on the first floor of Royal Flush Plaza & grab some fireworks. Go upstairs to Ragazines & grab the magazine for combat (increases damage from hand to hand).

Go downstairs and jump the railing into the big craps table (the one with the big dice & security guards). Stand next to the railing & throw fireworks to attract zombies to you. As they stand there trying to hit you just throw haymakers (if you have unlocked that already) & use face smash & pick up & throw to kill them.

As far as I can tell, skill moves work as long as you are not holding a weapon. They cannot hit or grab you from the other side of the railing.

It took me about 20 minutes to get the trophy. You also unlock a new outfit in your locker (tattered clothes, aka he Shaun of the Dead clothes).

7. Handy Man (Case West DLC) 

The description for Handy Man reads “You created all the new combo weapons in Dead Rising 2: CASE WEST. Duct tape, to the max!” But to get the Achievement you cannot build ANY weapons other than those required. Build them in THIS PRECISE ORDER:

Shocker – Defibrillator + Medical Tray
Zap N’ Shine – Floor Buffer + Electric Prod
Lightning Gun – Blast Frequency Gun + Electric Prod
Reaper – Sickle + Katana Sword
Impact Blaster – Impact Hammer + Blast Frequency Gun

4 Hints - Submit a hint! 

1. Zhang Li Boss Tip

An easy sure-fire way to whack this guy is to take a DEF-12 shotgun and any other weapon that is fairly accurate at long distances (any assault rifle or sniper rifle). Zhang Li will dance around the arena and rain on Jo’s pretty young butt with death plasma. Evade the shots using Jo’s dodge and when you have a clear shot, feel free to shoot back but only if you are sure of a hit.

Damaging the boss enough prompts a shift in attack pattern, and Zhang will hurl obstacles that are diffult to dodge due to the size involved. Simply go to the far end of the platform when Zhang is lifting the object and run (normally) to the other end when the object is thrown.

Continue the attack on Zhang and this prompts him to jump down to Jo’s level and attack with the ViBlade. To counter this, dodge and Zhang will falter, dropping the weapon. Normally, you’d take the sword and hack, but it is better to shoot him full on with a double blast from the DEF-12. Zhang will begin his regeneration sequence once he jump back up. Shoot him with the long range weapon to stop his recovery process and Zhang falls back into the ring. Now take the ViBlade and start the hacking and it should be able to finish him off (or at least do serious damage) before he repeats his pattern.

2. HAWK Shield On Vehicle

Jo must have the Hawk weapon unlocked for those vehicle stages. Include it in her kit and head for the vehicle. Stand next to the vehicle and throw the HAWK weapon as far out as possible. Before it returns, board the vehicle and when the HAWK returns to Jo’s atavism, pressing RB will activate the ballistic shield while Jo is riding.

3. Friendly Fire Off (Ranked Matches)
When creating a ranked game select deathmatch “dark-ops”. When the scenerio is highlighted hold LEFT on the D-Pad while pressing GREEN. Cycle through until Eradication is showing again. Friendly fire should now be off. (Unverified)

4. Multi Achievements

Eke out a few gamertag points by setting up a fake multiplayer game (local). The majority of killcount and games achievements can be unlocked with a non-moving training “dummy”.

3 Easter Eggs - Submit a easter egg!

1. Jack Dark’s Gun

Unverified. Go to the very first level in the game. Play through it as normal until you get in that elevator takes you to the surface. As soon as you get to the end of the elevator ride, You will see Jack Dark (the guy with the magnum). As soon as you see him, free 1 slot in your inventory and get your fists up (up on the d-pad). Go up to him with your fists and press secondary fire (RB) to steal Jack’s gun (His gun is no different than a regular magnum except it has a black handle, a black barrel, and 200 ammo instead of 75.).

2. Underwater Exit (Fatal)

Start off Mission 7. This will be much easier if you do it on Agent. As soon as you start off against the Brothers, go down one floor so you’re on the left side of the boat. You’ll see these columns that you can take cover behind. Go up to the second one and take a gun without a scope, (Magnums, CMP-150s and Uzis work best) and press LEFT-TRIGGER, A, A really fast behind cover.

Soon you will enter the wall, and you then press LEFT-TRIGGER and A and COMBAT ROLL into the wall. This will send you underwater, allowing you to se the Trinity Base from the outside. Underwater. With no air supply. And you don’t die.UNLESS you go to far off the rock ledge you fall on, in which case you will fall out of the map to your death.

3. Cheeky Monkey

On the very first mission, when you get to the part where you let out the Camspy, look at Jo’s butt. You should hear Chandra say “Why is the Camspy checking you out?”

1. Level Up Glitch

During the Tainted Blood mission in Ostargar, collect the three Vials of Darkspawn Blood but avoid collecting the Grey Warden Treaties. After you have the vials, talk to Duncan and choose the conversation option “We have the blood, but not the scrolls.” The conversation will end and you’ll get experience! You can repeat the conversation and get the experience each time — you can do this all the way up to the level cap at 25 (if you are patient)! You can click through the conversation fairly quickly once you’ve done it a few times.

Note: An update / patch has fixed this. To use the glitch, you’ll need to avoid the update.

2. Free Specialization Books

The Specialization Books that vendors sell can be attained without spending any gold. Save your game, then purchase the book. You will get a message on screen that says “Specialization Unlocked.” Load the game that you saved before buying the book. You will have the Specialization unlocked and the gold.

3. Unlimited Enhancement Crystals for Shale

In Redcliff, convince the innkeeper to join the fight. This will leave the barmaid in charge. Ask her for supplies and she will give you anything in the shop for free. Leave town and go to camp. Come back and get more supplies. Every time you return she will have a random assortment of the current and lower tier below crystals for Shale. They start to sell for 1 Gold Piece after you reach the “Cear” tier.

Note: Leaving the town before defending it will result in a lot of dead villagers, possibly the barmaid as well.

Update: You don’t need to leave the town for the crystals to reappear. You simply need to leave the inn and re-enter it.

1. Easy Ceremonialist and Sacrilegious Trophies / Achievements

To collect both the the Sacred Ashes Trophies / Achievements (Ceremonialist and Sacrilegious) quickly without replaying the entire game, save your game before you ascend the stairs to the ashes. During the scene, collect a pinch of ashes and then put blood in the ashes. Allow yourself to be killed afterward and reload your save. This time, collect the ashes but don’t put the blood in. Leave the temple and fight the disciples waiting for you to get the second Trophy / Achievement.

2. Unequip for the Win

In the origins stories, be sure to remove all the items of those that accompany you (and leave your party) prior to their departure. You may need to save the gaem more often. You can use these items to sell or equip as needed.

Another example: once you return from the Kokori Wilds, before talking to Duncan, remove all the equipment from Jory and Daveth since they are destined to die.

3. Ghost Bridge Solve for Urn of Sacred Ash Quest

Follow these steps to get across the Ghost Bridge for the Urn of Sacred Ash quest:

1: Right one, right two, left three.

2: Player steps on first section of ghost bridge.

3: Right two, left three, left six.

4: Player steps on second section of ghost bridge.

5: Right two, right four, left six.

6: Right four, left one, left six.

7: Player steps on third section of ghost bridge.

8: Right four, right five, left one.

9: Right five, left one, left five.

10: Player crosses successfully.

Note that on the console version as each piece of the bridge becomes solid it remains solid permanently greatly reducing the difficulty of this puzzle.

4. Gold Exploit

Exploit may be removed with future Xbox Live updates.

In the city Lothering the Quest “Traps are a girl’s best friend” one can repeatedly do the quest, earning Gold and XP. It is boring but one earns a lot of gold and XP.

You should do this before connecting to Xbox live as a patch has fixed this problem and if you were caught stealing in Lothering the Quest giver will refuse to talk to you all together.
