Fishbone formed in 1979 in South Central Los Angeles, and were known for their undeniable energy, originality, and out of control live shows, best described as &amp;quot;tighter than a mosquitoe's ass!&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mashing up ska, punk, funk, and swing, the band came on the scene in 1985 with their self-titled EP, and inspired an army of bands including No Doubt and Sublime.&lt;br /&gt;

Norwood talks about the changes Fishbone has gone through over the years, influences, performing on Soul Train, and what keeps them going strong after all these years.&lt;br /&gt;
