Cases of murder and bombings are heard each day and to set things straight we request a special team to do a homicide clean up in the affected areas. Many states have witnessed such acts of felony and this has been attributed to high number of people engaging themselves in narcotic drugs and drunkard ness. In some special cases, spouse can kill each other over disagreement or on the most frustrating grounds of adultery. Researches carried so far indicate that such cases continue to be on the increase and little can be done to prevent them a 100%.

What goes where?

First of all, the government is keen on alleviating this vice in the society. The first thing is identifying the cause of all this problems and trying to come up with a long-lasting solution. The good news is that many people who are caught doing this simply face the law and are charged on grounds of murder. On the other hand, reported cases indicate that some incidents happen on similar basis and getting the culprits can be very easy by analyzing some information.

So why wash the mess:

In the last 2 decades or so, various companies have been trained to undertake an exercise that is believed to restore the affected areas hit by such cases. Sanitization and decontamination of biohazardous material is what is incorporated in the homicide clean up exercise.

Experts have warned over the last few years that, some diseases are transmitted when people try to attend to the victims of death without the necessary knowledge and special gears such as gloves, nose masks or helmets. To add to this, there are numerous occasions where chemicals continue to react even after the death of people and they should be dealt with accordingly and disabled.

What about the after math?

What seemed the work of the psychologist has now changed hands and is done on the root level. One package can benefit family members who are still suffering from the most trying times of their life. By contacting the special companies who undertake the exercise, there is double benefit. First, the company understands that there is a long lasting frustration and therefore comforting the affected can save the frustration from becoming long life issues.

Secondly, loss of property is sometimes witnessed and filling insurance forms for the family who can hardly concentrate on anything can save a lot of headaches while guaranteeing reimbursement. This leads to restored people, atmosphere and property. In deed this is what our society has been looking for and if these fellows specializing in the work are embraced in our everyday life, people will have no problems. The government should minimize the cases if it is possible and homicide clean up should also continue to help us understand things which we can not change in anyway.

MMDA officers are not allowed to group together in order to apprehend. They are not even allowed to stand together in groups of 2 or more. The only time they are allowed to work together is for special operations (probably when they apprehend groups of buses for smoke belching).

Swerving IS NOT a traffic violation. Moving one lane to the left or right is not swerving, no matter where on the road you do it. And it is even less of a violation when you do it with a signal. Swerving is defined as shifting 2 or more lanes very quickly. So you can argue your way out of this, and call the Metro Base for help.

Sadly, using the yellow lane is a traffic violation and will get you a ticket. However, buses are really not allowed to go out of the yellow lane, so if you see selective apprehension of private cars only, you may complain.

MMDA has confirmed that your license MAY NOT BE CONFISCATED at a traffic apprehension. The only time they can do so is if you are part of an accident, or it is your third violation and you have not settled your fines yet. They are only allowed to give you a ticket, which you can contest. He recommends actually receiving the ticket in some instances, so that you can report the officer who did it.

Also, you are free to ask any of these officers for their “mission order”, which is written by their supervisor. If they apprehend you for a violation that is not in their mission order for the day, you can report them and they will receive disciplinary action.

Soccoro Jabor, a declared person with disability (PWD) crawled down from the stairs of an airplane owned by Cebu Pacific.

Soccoro, a woman without limbs, and her husband made a trip to Singapore to celebrate her birthday and their wedding anniversary, but had a bad experienc after the airline refused to give them a wheelchair lift as they fail to pay Php11,000.00 for wheelchair usage.

She preferred to use the stairs and crawl after refusing to pay as she was not notified that there is such a fee for the wheelchair usage. On the other hand, airline officials extended hands to help her climb down but she also refused saying that she wants to tell them that she should have been notified before hand.
