After all these years, we’ve finally done it! You asked. We Answered. We’ll remain open throughout the winter at our South First and Rainey Street locations. We may also have some pop-up opens at our Space 24 location, so keep your eyes peeled on our social media — more surprises to come! As if all of this was not already astonishing enough, here’s the implication of our announcement… we’ll be open for DELIVERY all winter! So you can ask us to send over some banana goodness right to your door! Find us on Doordash, GrubHub, Postmates, and UberEats. Thanks for being groovy Austin!

Catering team member: Dip bananas to order at our catering events, provide excellent customer service.  We especially need people that are able to lead catering, which means that you have a car and are a good independent thinker and problem solver and can communicate in a friendly manner.  This position is low commitment; there are no guaranteed hours, but there is high flexibility because you can accept shifts on an event-by-event basis.  Especially need people for weekdays during the daytime.
Catering manager: In charge of scheduling and managing our catering events, new client acquisition, current client relationships, email list.  Need a self-motivated, entrepreneurially-minded person that is a good written and oral communicator.  Must be organized, be able to follow through on commitments, be a creative problem-solver. 20-40 hours/week.

]]> Big news!  After working towards this for some time, we have now switched chocolates!  All of our chocolate is Fair Trade Certified logo MS Paint interpretationnow Fair Trade Certified, which means that standards are in place to ensure that all workers involved in the process of farming and processing the chocolate are paid fairly, given safe working conditions, and allowed to thrive.  We hope that by offering this in addition to our already ethically-sourced bananas, we can continue to grow as a socially responsible company.

In addition, our regular chocolate and our vegan chocolate are now the same chocolate.  The only difference is that the vegan chocolate is kept separate to prevent cross-contamination from the other dippings.

For vegans:
This chocolate does not contain dairy, but it was crafted on equipment previously used for milk chocolate, and it does contain sugar (certified Fair Trade).   If you have any questions about this, you can reach us through the form under the “Contact” tab.
