First National Bank of Omaha Pay Yourself First Savings

This new savings account pays you a bonus for making a transfer from a First National Bank checking account to the Pay Yourself First Savings account. A few details from their site.

Offer expires July 31, 2009. Consumer accounts only. Limit one offer per household. A First National Bank checking account is required to open the Pay Yourself First Savings account. Transfers to the Pay Yourself First Savings account must come from a First National Bank checking account. For the first six months after account opening, a $5.00 bonus will be paid per transfer of at least $25.00 for up to two transfers per month with a maximum monthly bonus of $10.00. After six months, a $1.00 bonus will be paid per transfer of at least $25.00 for up to two transfers per month with a maximum monthly bonus of $2.00. Months are based on the accounts’ service charge cycle date, which may not equate to a ‘calendar month.

The account currently only pays .30%. To get the maximum benefit of this account you would only transfer the minimum. I don’t see this as being worth the effort but if you already have a checking account with them it might be a good deal.

Banco Popular $125 Checking Bonus

You can earn up to $125 in bonuses from Banco Popular by taking the following actions. Minimum opening deposit is $50 ($25 in NY). Bring in your debit card and unused checks from your current account at another financial institution and they will pay you up to $25. The first ACH deposit of $1 or more must be received within 60 days of account opening to qualify for the $50 cash payment (depending upon the day that the account is opened, some accounts may have up to 106 days to receive the initial deposit to qualify for the $50 cash payment, but this is not guaranteed.) The first bill must be paid by the Bill Pay service within 60 days of account opening to receive the $50 cash payment.

Zecco Forex up to $200 Bonus

Zecco is offering up to a $200 bonus when you open a Forex account with them. The details from their website: To qualify for cash bonus, you must open and fund a new Zecco Forex trading account by July 31, 2009. After first trade is initiated, cash bonus will be deposited to your account within 3-5 business days. Bonus amount varies based on amount of deposit according to the following schedule: $200 bonus with deposit of 10,000 or more; $100 bonus with deposit of $2500 -$9999; $75 bonus with deposit of $1001-$2500, $50 bonus with deposit up to $1000. Cash bonus cannot be withdrawn within 90 days of initial funding. Existing Zecco Forex customers who have funded and traded are not eligible to receive this promotion. Self-directed trading accounts only; managed accounts and accounts referred by an Introducing Broker are not eligible to receive this promotion. Limit one cash bonus per customer. This offer is non-transferable.

WTDirect up to $150 Savings Account Bonus

Starting tomorrow July 8, 2009 the WTDirect Savings Account is scheduled to offer up to a $150 bonus for the opening of a new account. This bank promo is not yet listed on their site but I spoke with a CSR who confirmed the savings account bonus would be starting tomorrow. The bonus is tiered depending on your initial funding amount. You receive a $25 for an opening deposit of $10,000, $50 for an opening deposit of $20,000, $75 for an opening deposit of $30,00, $100 for an opening deposit of $40,000 and $150 for an opening deposit of $50,000 or more. The account currently pays 1.76% APY. You must fund the account by 7/31. Funds must stay on deposit through 10/31. The bonus will be paid around 11/20. This promotion may end at any time. National Bank of KC Checking $40 Gas Card Bonus
