If you are looking to try something different on the grill, I suggest picking up a breast of lamb. The breast contains some ribs and some sort of breast plate. Those of you who don't like fatty meat, you might want to avoid this one. For the Barbecue Bachelor: Fat = Flavor. The key is to grill it correctly so that you melt away as much fat as possible.
Step 1) Trim all of the excess fat you can.
Step 2) Marinade the meat in a mixture of olive oil, crush garlic, rosemary, pepper, and plenty of kosher salt for 24 hours
Step 3) Fire up your grill and get it to about 250 degrees.
Step 4) Using indirect heat, cook the meast for about 2.5 hours (Dont worry, its almost impossible to dry this baby out)
Step 5) Finish the lamb at 350-400 degrees for another 30 minutes.

That's it. If done right you will be rewarded with a delicious, wonderfully fatty meal...and did I mention that you can usually buy this cut for about $2.29/lb?
