We've added two new outlines this month, both of which focus on Jesus stories that the first Christians might well have used after Easter to remind themselves and others of God's great love:

Jesus and the leper: To whichever of the stories of Jesus you turn, it seems that you encounter the whole gospel! The account of how he dared to touch the man with a skin disease and brought healing as well as inclusion surely sums up what is meant by God's grace. This is a simple way to tell that story.

Exploring forgiveness: Being told we should always be ready to forgive those who hurt us is all very well but it's just not that simple! This is at the heart of the very practical question that Peter put to Jesus once, as recorded in Matthew 18:21-35. The parable Jesus then tells about the unforgiving servant is a focus for this idea.

Lent is approaching fast. Perhaps you are planning a new series with your group or maybe you are looking for material for some spring all-age services. Traditionally, 'getting ready for Easter' takes six weeks - and many Christians use this time to 'journey with Jesus' towards the cross and resurrection. Barnabas in Churches has lots of tried-and-tested material to help you do just that, so take a look at:
