None of the dishes are available on the A’la Carte menu. Each menu consists of 4 courses with tea or coffee. Sweet and sour prawns, chicken chatt masalla, chilli and honey chana and cucumber raitha. Jhinga 65: A variation on India’s most popular street food. King prawns marinated in a spicy, tangy, sweet and sour sauce. Coated in chick pea flour and deep fried to a crispy finish. Tikka Shawrma: An Indo-Arab dish of sliced Chichken tikka pan fried with onions, capsicum and tomato in a tamarind infused dressing. <span>Main Courses:</span>Machli baaza: A staple Bengali fish dish of pan fried Talapia fish fillets. Lightly spiced and served with aubergine slices and green beans with sesame seeds. Coated in a buttery sauce. Kashi Bhuna: A goat curry cooked just as it is in Bengali homes, usually made on special occasions. Cooked on the bone for added flavour. Spicy and slightly hot. Or Shahi Chicken Korma: The original Korma, cooked the way it has been done for 4 generations of our family.
