[Sorry] A few days ago, this guy tried to steal my phone. I found it, picked it up, and then it was locked for whatever reason. (Looked all funky.) I didn't have a password and tried guessing one, only to have it tell me it was the last attempt. I tried calling T-Mobile (I think the lady screwed me over) because she told me that she had no idea what my phone was doing and to just type in a random password. Which, in return, made my phone go CRAZY and started wiping everything. It really made me mad. Then my phone wouldn't turn back on in forever. Then it had some weird message, it was a white screen with some kind of triangle, square, and circle or something saying to reboot 515 or whatever it was. Finally, I talked to Blackberry and they had no idea what was going on either. Finally, the lady told me to look up this update software thing and reput it all on my phone. So I finally got it to work, and my phone's back on. The problem is, I have the Fave5, and it doesn't show up on the screen anymore. You have to go through all these folders to find it. Also, the outside of the phone, usually it shows who's calling, who's texting, even the clock.. But now all it shows is T-Mobile. Which is NEVER used to do. All the settings say that it's supposed to show everything, but it's not. And now it seems like it's not showing my Fave5 at all. I just did another hard reset (and wiped the whole phone) to see if it would turn back to complete factory settings... But it did not. Everything's still messed up. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please let me know! I don't have the money to get a new phone. And I don't see what the point is of paying $100 phone bill when my phone's messed up!
