:: PCI COMPLIANCE

Several Customers have recently let me know they have had calls from processing companies telling them they need to have a PCI review or that they are not in compliance. Let me assure you, everyone has successfully passed the test and everyone is registered with the processor's PCIDSS testing company. As the renewal dates for the tests come up we are going back in and updating the test certificate, as always we will provide you with the updated certificate as they are renewed.

:: INTERCHANGERATE INCREASES

The Interchange is made up of all the banks that issue credit cards. Twice every year they make adjustments to various card types. For those Customers on a tiered program (Qualified/ Mid and Non-Qualified) you may see a change to your costs. Any time you would like us to check your program, please fax us your statement. We will adjust your rates back down to our current selling price.
