I believe all US car companies offer deals to military deployed overseas or pending return. Never heard about Volvo specifically.

I can’t figure out exactly what the status of this is. It’s at a U Chicago library URL, but if you go to the parent page, it appears to be a personal page run by someone named Peggy. (Which I found a little surprising, gender-wise, but whatever.)

So like, is this some library employee’s pet project?
