I started using Korean skincare products about a year ago, and it completely changed my skincare routine. Since then, I’ve even started using some of the products on my son’s skin too! As a teenager, growing up in the 90’s and early 2000’s I would devour books. Then life happened and so did kids and I just didn’t have the time to sit down and read. Now that my kids are getting older and able to be more self-sufficient, I am actually able to find my way back into books. Bringing so much-needed relaxation into the chaos of four children. When you think of literature, what comes to mind? Things like Greek Mythology, where you have Odysseus of Ithaca, Zeus, Hades, and Persephone. Following into a land where you can get away from everyday life. A small getaway from the crazy world that we currently live in. Sometimes that is where you least expect to find peace in the words written on a page.

I grew up knowing how important it is to brush twice a day. No matter what, I always took the time to brush! However, flossing was here and there. Recently, I started focusing on flossing and aiming to do it at least once a day. Of course, when I first started, my gums would bleed! 

I was excited to try the BB Floss! First, I prefer the black floss because it’s easier to see how clean my teeth are! 

The black floss feels sturdy and doesn’t unravel when I am flossing. My teeth definitely feel cleaner after using the black floss!

Serenity Acres Farm was kind enough to send me the Ultimate Skin Care Set. As a fan of goat’s milk soap, I couldn’t wait to try their products. They sent me the unscented set, that includes:

Since my son has sensitive skin, I am using the Creamy & Gentle Goat Milk Soap and Moisturizing Goat Milk Body Cream on his skin. I use soap on his face and body without worrying about irritating his skin. The body cream is just as gentle. I use it all over his body.

I feel like growing up in the 90’s was the best time to be alive. We had the best of both worlds, and we didn’t even know it. Every day, I wake up feeling like this world is spinning faster and faster. I turn on the TV or the radio, and there is nothing but hate and fear. My youngest daughter who is 7 loves Syke because she is the only pup that can fly. And like Iris she’s a tiny little thing. She loves that Skye loves the color pink, because it’s her favorite color too. There is so much that children and even adults can find in common with the characters. My favorite character is Everest. (Huskys have always been my favorite type of dog) With her ice breath, she can always CHILL any situation when the need arises. ( See what I did there! )
