Here is another cool clock from Art. Lebedev Studio. This time, they are offering the Segmentus Clock that runs like an analog clock but with digital style numbers. The hands move about making numbers that are rather difficult to read to show the time. The seconds count down with the little hands that complement the cool looking clock for any home.

The clock is shown in clear with black hands or a black version with white hands and measures 7.3″ x 16.9″ x 2.9″. The problem is that it remains a concept for now.

Here is another idea or a unique design for seating solutions for the home. This time around, climbing ropes take the form of a sofa, something that should be interesting to check out. A good idea for the people into wall climbing and have retired from the hobby, this rope sofa was designed by Oscar Andersoon. He is a student over at the Berkmans College of Art.

You have to admit it does bring something new to the plate. Of course using the color theme of the ropes would vary and this is certainly something worth having. It looks like it would fare well if you place it in the outdoors.

The thing is they cost $100,000 a pop which should be quite stiff. Then again, there are people who would shell out even more than that just go get some unique and comfy furnishings for their habitat.
