The storyline is engaging and the book difficult to put down as was Book 2, "Shadow of Night." The author is working on Book 3. So a release date is unknown. But I want it NOW!

Preschoolers, bring your grownup to the library on Fridays at 10am to meet other kids, listen to stories, do a project, and have a snack. We have some fun stories and projects planned.
The last spring Story Hour will be Friday, May 10th. We will resume Story Hour in mid-June as part of our Summer Reading Program.
Forty Signs of Rain by Kim Stanley Robinson is the first of a series of novels about what happens when severe climate change impacts the United States. I really enjoyed the characters and the behind-the-scenes look at how the National Science Foundation sponsors research.
