Sandra Russell is a native Texan. She is employed by Workforce Solutions of Central Texas Board office as an Executive Assistant. Sandra has worked at the Workforce for 14 years. She served as an ambassador before joining Belton. She has served as an Ambassador for the Belton Chamber of Commerce for 6 years. She has also held a position as a member of the Workforce and Education Committee. She is now the Past Chair of the Leadership Belton and still serves as a committee member. She currently serves as Chair of the Belton Chamber Ambassadors. She has 3 daughters, Juanette, Andrea and Miranda. She has one grandson (Devon) and a granddaughter (Aiyana). She enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new things, spending time with family and friends. She’s active in her church and enjoys singing in the choir. She enjoys Zumba and Yoga and now is learning to play guitar.

JoAn Musick-Dillard, who shared the 2010 Ambassador of the Year award with her husband, has been an Ambassador for almost a decade. She served three terms as Belton City Council Member and in 2002 was honored as Citizen of the Year by the Belton Area Chamber. Active in community service, she also serves as a member of the Bell County Health Board, long time trustee of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, which honored her with an honorary doctorate in 1995, and life member of the board of Belton Christian Youth Center. She is a past president of Bell County Museum, the Belton Woman’s Wednesday Club, twice president of Belton Kiwanis Club and BCYC board. She is a generous philanthropist, named in 2002 to the Alexis de Tocqueville Society for contributions to United Way, chaired a recent campaign to raise $1 million for BCYC, was on the steering committee to raise funds to expand the Bell County Museum and also is a generous supporter of First Baptist Church, Belton, Hope Pregnancy Centers, Texas Baptist Children’s Home and several other charities, The City Federation of Temple honored her as Community Volunteer of 1999. JoAn was born in Temple at Scott and White, spent her professional life as an educator in Houston ISD, retired in 1981 as an elementary supervisor and moved to Belton, where she and her husband Doug Dillard enjoy their precious dogs Annie, Shadow, and Bunny.

Doug Dillard is a retired creativity consultant specializing in public relations, advertising, marketing, and organizational development. Since coming to Belton in 2007 to marry his childhood sweetheart JoAn Musick-Flowers, he remains active on the after-dinner circuit as a humorist and as a volunteer for several local non-profit organizations including Ambassadors. He founded his own public relations and advertising firm in 1965, won numerous awards and was listed in Who’s Who in the South & Southwest, Who’s Who in Public Relations and PR Blue Book. He became president of a fund-raising management company specializing in fund-raising for non-profits, then spent four years as editor of the Texas International Business Directory plus a newsmagazine and online electronic bulletin board that pre-dated the rise of the Internet. He retired in 1995 as vice president for the Radio and Television Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, where he directed public relations, direct mail, marketing, graphics and printing for programming that reached more than a half-billion in 87 countries. He received two lifetime achievement awards for contributions in religious communication. The Temple native, an ordained minister, preached his first sermon at 15 and held numerous posts as pastor, mission evangelist and minister of education before beginning his career as consultant. Concurrently Dillard had a parallel career as a cartoonist. He published three cartoon collections, illustrated several other books and filmstrips, and for 30 years published editorial cartoons in The Baptist Standard and other religious publications. Clark Hugo is a Financial Services Representative at Texas Partners Federal Credit Union where I have worked since July of 2008. I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business and Honors Political Science from Howard Payne University (where I met my wife Johnnie.) We have a two year old daughter, Lizzie, who brings us all the joy in the world. We attend Harvest Church in Temple. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, volunteering at community events, and participating in church activities.

Lorrie Anderson was born and reared in Southwestern Pennsylvania just outside of Pittsburgh. She has two children and five grandchildren. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics from West Virginia University. Most all of her professional life has revolved around special community projects and managing volunteers. Her areas of expertise are Managing Volunteers, Organizing Events, Public Speaking and Hospice.

Jessica Krobot was born in the small town of Bay City, TX and was moved here to Central Texas soon after by her lovely family. After graduating Belton High School, she attended Sam Houston State University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. In 2011, she moved to Austin but has recently decided to come back home to Central Texas! Jessica likes to travel, craft, and spend quality time with her friends/family. She currently works for the Temple Daily Telegram as an Advertising Executive and loves every minute of it!

Richard (Dick) Wood was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He came to Texas over twenty-five years ago and never looked back. He had a successful ten-year run as a restaurant manager and then fifteen years in retail. His last nine years as the General Manager of the non-profit Next to New Shop of St. David’s Episcopal Church. Two years ago he joined his wife, Debbie, as Executive Director of Summers Mill Retreat and Conference Center and relocated to the country just outside of Belton. He is a member of several local Chambers of Commerce, including Salado, Temple, and Killeen. He is active in the First Presbyterian Church of Belton. He and Debbie have three children, five grandchildren (number six is on the way!) and two Boxers. When he is not at The Retreat you can find him on the golf course or a motorcycle.

Cyndi Woytek, FIC, is a Financial Representative with Modern Woodmen of America – a fraternal benefits organization in the insurance/financial services business for the last year. She is a active member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and works with many professionals who are concerned with protecting their assets, while reducing expenses and improving the bottom line. Cyndi’s leadership and motivational talents developed while working as an Executive in Retail Sales for twenty-seven years and earning several awards; including Outstanding Operations/HR Manager, CEO Cup – Safety Award and Chairman’s Award- Outstanding Sales. She has most recently earned Financial awards: Rookie of the Year 2011, Sure Start 1, 2, 3 and 4 Career Development Award’s. She continues to be involved in her local community by volunteering for Temple Breakfast Lions Club, Mid-Tex Safe Kids Collation, Altrusa International, Temple Chamber of Commerce – Workforce Development Committee, Belton Chamber of Commerce – Ambassador’s and United Way of Central Texas – Chrome & Carol Committee. Today, Cyndi speaks to groups and professional organizations regarding important concepts that can lead to financial success. She is dedicated to helping individuals, businesses and families achieve financial security. Cyndi grew up in Temple, is a graduate of Temple High School & Temple College. She has been married for twenty four years and has two daughter’s in college. She is currently completing coursework toward her Security 6/63 License -Brokerage Services designation.

Lita M. Daniel was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. After living in Atlanta, GA for 20 years she moved to the Dallas area in May 1999 and then moved to Belton in the fall of 2005 when her husband, Dan, was offered a position as a contractor at Ft. Hood. After moving to Belton she decided to turn her love of organizing into a career as a Professional Organizer and started her company, Regain Your Space, in September 2006. She is certified in the Clear & SIMPLE system of organizing, and is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and the NAPO-Austin Chapter; the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD), and the Texas Stars Toastmasters Club. She has earned a Level 1 Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization, Basic ADD Issues with the Chronically Disorganized Client, CD Client Administration, and Understanding the Needs of Elderly CD Client. She was also awarded the 2009 Ambassador of the Year award by the Belton Chamber of Commerce. Because we live in such an increasingly busy world that makes so many demands on our time and energy, getting and staying organized is vital for personal and professional success. When people are drowning in a sea of clutter, feeling overwhelmed, and don’t know where or how to begin the process of unburying themselves from the clutter, disorganization and chaos, Lita steps in to their rescue to help them turn that cluttered and disorganized space into a more functional and efficient one. Her goal is to not only organize her clients but to teach them the skills they need to maintain their newly organized space.
