I sold my property while abroad, so I needed someone I could trust to manage all aspects of the sale at a distance and keep me informed. In advance of my sale, I made a list of real estate agents recommended by friends and colleagues and telephone interviewed the top four. Ben Chimes was the best of all agents we interviewed; calm and personable, offering early tips on the sale, and an excellent communicator.

With the unit now sold, we can say with certainty that we made the right choice: Ben did an excellent/excellent job. From beginning to end, he kept me informed, explained the rationale behind the sales price, the pros and cons of the current market conditions, and the steps he would take to arrange showings.
