A Far Cry From That Kodak EK6 Instamatic Camera

Photography is such an important part of our
Existence that it is often more than just a hobby,
Or even a Passion…Instead Photography is truly
Part of who we are…

With Photography we make time timeless…
Whether it is with the picture of a new born baby,
A really Happy Birthday, A Wedding, A Graduation…
Or any countless number of similar Special Events…

Simply put, Photography is Magical, It is how we
“Save Time in a Bottle”…

And so it was that I came to discover the joys of
Photography, when at 12 an uncle gave me a
Kodak Instant Camera after he had bought himself
A new one, so many Christmases ago…

I can recall, as if it were yesterday, going to a sports meet
At school and being the star of the show with my camera
that spat out pictures that developed right before your eyes.
Heck, I think one of my pictures may have even helped
Determine who won a race!

Funny though, I only truly appreciated the power of a
Camera many years later while at University…

Ah, but that story is for another show!
