Once upon a time there was a child ready to be born. So one day he asked God:

They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?

Among the many angels, I chose one for you. She will be waiting for you and will take care of you.

But tell me, here in Heaven, I don’t do anything else but sing and smile, that’s enough for me to be happy.

Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you every day. And you will feel your angel’s love and be happy.

And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me, if I don’t know the language that people talk?

Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak.

And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?

Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray.

I’ve heard that on earth there are bad people. Who will protect me?

Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life.

But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore.

Your angel will always talk to you about me and will teach you the way for you to come back to me, even though I will always be next to you.

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from earth could already be heard, and the child in a hurry asked softly:

Oh God, if I am about to leave now, please tell me my angel’s name.

Your angel’s name is of no importance, you will call your angel: Mommy.

Why Only 5% of People Could Succeed in Changing Their Fate?

Anyone wants to change his/her fate to be better. However based on research, there are only 5% of people who have commitment to change their fates. Meanwhile, the other 95% only hope, want or like if their fate change, but they never have strong commitment to change.

The 5% people, who have commitment to change their fate, make the change as a must and will do anything to change their fate. Meanwhile the 95% people act reluctantly and will give up soon if the challenge is too difficult by using any excuse to justify.

We are often got caught into shallow thoughts that only give less results. The causes are we feel reluctant to try to think big and are influenced by small things done by ‘small’ people (they don’t want to think and to become great people).

It is known before that people who think big and small are not related to race, religion, educational level, family background and wealth. The people who think small get used to living the way they are and they accept the current condition as the final result without trying to develop their God given talents by making reasonable excuses, like “I want to do a business but I have no capital”. The excuse seems reasonable, but it is not completely true. The capital is not always about money. Many people start business without money.

Research by IRS, a survey institution in USA, said that there are 5 million millionaires in USA who mostly become rich not from heritage. Instead, there are 300 billionaires who start businesses from zero.

Our biggest assets are brain and body. Brain is a marvelous and creative thing to create dreams and make the dreams come true by finding ways to make them happened.

It doesn’t matter if our dream looks impossible in the beginning. Wright brothers dreamed of creating a plane which looked impossible at that time (because there was no plane at that time). However they thought persistently, therefore they found a way to make it came true. As a result, their dream was fulfilled.

Now, start to dream the things that you wish for all this time. Then the most important thing is to act to make it happens by finding ways in your brain continuously. Remember, mind storming!

Dreams make may great things in the world. Dream also makes me could use a computer to write article. Dream also makes you could read this article. Dream also makes people to have passion to face a new day.

Dream is like breath in our lives. Without dream, someone will die because she/he can not grow, can not work and never be used. By the time your dream can be happened, your fate can change.

Dare to dream about great things. Dare to make them come true with any challenges and price that must be paid. Next, you must be dare to face the consequences, which are changes in your life.

What I Learned in Life

I’ve learned -
that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.

I’ve learned-
that no matter how much I care, some people just don’t care back.

I’ve learned-
that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.

I’ve learned-
that it’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts.

I’ve learned-
that you can get by on charm for about fifteen minutes. After that, you’d better know something.

I’ve learned-
that you shouldn’t compare yourself to the best others can do.

I’ve learned-
that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.

I’ve learned-
that it’s taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

I’ve learned-
that you can keep going long after you can’t.

I’ve learned-
that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

I’ve learned-
that either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I’ve learned-
that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades
and there had better be something else to take its place.

I’ve learned-
that heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I’ve learned-
that money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I’ve learned-
that my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time.

I’ve learned-
that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you’re down
will be the ones to help you get back up.

I’ve learned-
that sometimes when I’m angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn’t give me the right to be cruel.

I’ve learned-
that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love.

I’ve learned-
that just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want them to doesn’t mean they don’t love you with all they have.

I’ve learned-
that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you’ve had and what you’ve learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

I’ve learned-
that you should never tell a child their dreams are unlikely or outlandish. Few things are more humiliating, and what a tragedy it would be if they believed it.

I’ve learned-
that your family won’t always be there for you. It may seem funny, how people you aren’t related to can take care of you and love you and teach you to trust people again. Families aren’t always biological.

I’ve learned-
that no matter how good a friend is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I’ve learned-
that it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you are to learn to forgive yourself.

I’ve learned-
that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn’t stop for your grief.

I’ve learned-
that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I’ve learned-
that just because two people argue, it doesn’t mean they don’t love each other And just because they don’t argue, it doesn’t mean they do.

I’ve learned-
that we don’t have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I’ve learned-
that you shouldn’t be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.

I’ve learned-
that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I’ve learned-
that no matter how you try to protect your children, they will eventually get hurt and you will hurt in the process.

I’ve learned-
that your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don’t even know you.

I’ve learned-
that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.

I’ve learned-
that credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I’ve learned-
that the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.

I’ve learned-
that it’s hard to determine where to draw the line between being nice and not hurting people’s feelings and standing up for what you believe.

The Principal of Appreciation

This principal helps you to change your grateful attitude into a habit with giving attention and appreciation to the goodness in your life.

The law of Rhythm tells us that every single thing in the universe and in our life is growing or dying. Simply said, This Super law says, “Create or destroy.” Anything that is not growing will die. We are always moving one way or another.

We also know that to let things grow we have to give it energy and attention. You can see it on your plants at home. When you give it energy and attention, the plants grow rapidly and healthy. Everything in this life long to be appreciated, whether it is plant, animal, or people. Whatever receives energy and attention will grow.

Appreciation is one of the highest forms of attention. Appreciation is a strong and important part of gratitude. If we don’t give attention and appreciation to the goodness in our life, the goodness will start to die. When we truly give attention and appreciation to our goodness, it will grow. It’s really simple.

Most of us have seen for ourselves that appreciation is one of the best ways to strengthen our relationships. If we don’t appreciate our couple, our children, our family, our business partners, our friends, or ourselves, that relationships will start to die. They respond immediately when we give them appreciation, so we need to give appreciation to them.

Who needs attention and appreciation the most in your life? They are the people whom you spend most of your time with. They are your children, your family, your couple, and your colleagues. Regretfully, they are the people whom we consider are supposed to be like that. A gift once or twice a year is not enough. It is not a big trip or big gifts that make people feel appreciated; but those little things that you do every day. The real appreciation does not have to be expensive or great. Little things that are done consistently, with the right focus, create the strongest impact.

Some easiest ways to tell people that you appreciated them in fact are the most ignored ones. Gratitude, fulfilled promise, politeness, cards, small souvenirs, or frequent communication are the ways to build relations with others. Healthy meals, exercises, rest, and recreation are important ways to build relations with our selves.

Remember, there is nothing in this universe which always stays still. Everything is dynamic. If we don’t appreciate life, relations, and our environment, their value will be decreased. Next are some good questions to ask for ourselves:

• What do you appreciate the most in your couple? How do you show it more effectively and more frequently?

• What do you appreciate the most in your children? How do you show it more effectively and more frequently?

• What do you appreciate the most in your family? How do you show it more effectively and more frequently?

• What do you appreciate the most in your friends? How do you show it more effectively and more frequently?

• What do you appreciate the most in your health? How do you show it more effectively and more frequently?

• How do you believe that appreciation will attract more things that you want in your life?

• Why the gratitude feelings and appreciation are important to reach your vision?

Staying Young by Reading a Book

Whoever we are, we want to stay young, so are men. It can be seen from the changing of man life pattern represented by metro sexual people who go to beauty salon frequently, just for cream bath, facial treatment or something related to body treatment.

Metro sexual people, such as women, have seen body treatment as human needs that must be done. The point is everybody wants to look good, healthy, fresh and fit. But, do you know that reading a book can also make us stay young?

A good book needs 20 years of the author’s experiences plus 2 until 3 years of compiling it to become a good book. If so, imagine that by reading a book, we can save 23 years of our life compared to experience it ourselves.
It still does not include calculating the stress level which can be eliminated because we don’t experience it ourselves.

As an illustration, the year 2001 was a golden moment for Hollywood movie industry with $8 billions invested for the industry. However, in the same country, people invested $25 billions each year to buy books and in 21st century, there have been 100.000 new books written each year.

On the contrary, the condition is different in third world countries. A Survey said that most people in third world countries spent their money to buy needs from the neck – down, such as clothes, pants, watches, handbags, rings, bracelet, shoes and so on.

We forget that part of the body which makes a lot of money is located above neck, which is brain. The things that we need for our brain, like books, motivational cassettes or attending self development seminars that should become our main needs are often forgotten.

You just choose, spending 23 years to get knowledge about something by experiencing yourself, or reading a book that may spend 2 till 3 weeks of your time and get lessons from author’s experiences, so it will increase your intelligence and emotional capability. After that, an increase in your income will follow as a result from an increase in your intelligence and emotional capability.
