Life is ever changing things. everything is changing. you were a child, now you become young. who were young, now become old. so the principle of nature is changing. but we are feared person, we fear of change. you have to remember everything is changing but the principle of changing will never change, it remains as it is that everything is changing.

I know one man who was working with one corporate office, before 2 years. He is very smart and hardworking. His office was in Bombay. His salary was nice and he was really well to do. One day His boss told him to go to Delhi where company starting new office. And his boss told him to give double salary and one home to live without rent. immediately he told that no I am not ready to go Delhi. His boss told that this is the best offer for you and if you go than your future will be too bright. But he was not ready to go new place. he came to me and told me everything. I told him to go to Delhi, this is big opportunity but he was so fear to change the place. He was telling me that yaar, this old is gold. I told him old is not gold every time. If you leave this opportunity than in future you will be repent and this type of opportunity never comes so many times. But he was not ready to accept new things. and always told no I can't fit in new office. No I can't accept the change. I told him that once you were in college. now you left and came here in office. That was also changed. Then why you don't accept the change but he was not ready to go Delhi so his boss told him to leave the job. He left the nice job and for 6 months he was without job. after 6 months he got one job which was giving half sallery than what he was earning. now when he comes to me he always telling me yaar, I did very big mistake. if did not told no to my boss and went to deadly than I would be more happy.

So friends all we are doing same mistake so many times. We never accept new things and always cling to all things and we always playing a dirty roll with ourselves and always telling ourselves that no I am not interested in new things. But at that time we always forget that old is not always gold but on the contrary if you go to new place you can find more pleasure and happiness and more satisfaction.

Suppose if you stands in first steps of ladder, if you want to go to second step then you have live the first then only you can go another step. If you are not ready to live the first step then how you can achieve anything.

We are doing all this thing cause,

We are very feared person. We always think how new thing will be. If anyone wrong will happen then I will be finished. But before doing anything how you can say that wrong will happen. So never think like that way, If anything wrong will happen you can come back but you will not go to new place then how you will it is better or not.
The main thing everybody have fear of failure. We all think if I will do new thing and if if I failed then what people will say that is big mistake we are you doing. never think of others nobody never how much bother of you. Some time will pass and nobody will remember your failure and this best line "SABSE BADA ROG KYA KAHENGE LOG".... so never have fear of others.
Third thing is everybody has fear of failure. If you feel that don't worry you will have a great experience. And this experience will be your assets of your future. And remember you will be more strong by not experience but you will be more and more strong my bad experiences.

So friends new versus old is gold. But always try new things and you will get new and marvelous treasurer that you will love and you can always say yes I did so many new things so I am proud of myself.

In any interview your main objective is to convince the employer why you are the right person for the job. you have to prove that you are having the right skill,personality and the drive to make things happen in your new avatar. you should never say the following:

"Oh, i feel nervous."

even if you are more nervous than you have ever been, no company wants to appoint someone who lacks self confidence. in this case only remember " honesty is not the best policy".

"I'll do whatever"

when you say something like,"I don't care what jobs you have, ill do anything!" that a big mistake. Target your search to a specific role in the company, and explain why its exactly what you are looking for.e

"Sir, I know I don't have much experience, but..."

this mistake is very easy to make, especially if you are a recent grad or career changer. when you apologize for experience your're essentially saying that you are not quite the right fit for the job.

"Sir, its on my resume."

The interviewer very well knows that its on your resume, but he is that its on your resume, but he is asking you about a particular job or experience, you have to tell him more beyond a written word.

"Perfectionism is my greatest weakness."

This does not reveal your true insight into your work style or personality try a more genuine response.

Use of word "like"

filler words "like" and and "um" may indicate lack of confidence.

"How much vacation do I get?"

Remember the employer is more interested in knowing what you can do for them what can you do to improve the business processes, develop the organisation

"No sir I don't have any questions."

Not having any questions for the interviewer communicates that you are not interested enough to learn any more.

" I would like to start my own business as early as possible."

Employers are interested in appointing people who are going to be around for a while and if there is any suspicion that you are just going to collect your first month paycheck and is waiting for your own thing, your chances of getting selected are less.

"Would you like to see my references?"

Offering up your references to soon may hint you are desperate.

"When will you inform me?"

Looking interested is good, but looking too much interested makes you less desirable last but not the not to conclude as a job interviewer for past 30 plus years my recommendations, be confident but not be over confident. Do not think that the employer is short of candidates with merit like you. For you getting an employment that also you love is jackpot never miss it for anything. Let your ego do not play any role here. The employer is the king here if you want the job you should be submissive and impressive intellectually. You may be deserving but the employer is the deciding authority here. It is better to avoid questions raised doubts about your salary as this may prove that your concentration is in the salary pack and not in the work.

The job interview in English normally contains specific questions and answers. In order to be successful you need flexibility in the usage of tenses. The first impression is the best impression. When you walk in to the room the very first impression you make on the interviewer can have a great influence on the rest of the interview. It is important that you introduce yourself and shake hands.

The first question is often a "breaking the ice" type of question. don't be surprised is the interviewer asks you something like:

How are you today?

Don't be surprised by the friendly tone.

The interviewer wants to put you at ease. answer the question without going into too much detail. the language you use should be simple but polite, for example;

I graduated with a degree in engineering. etc.

If you are a current student you should use the following present tenses:

I am currently studying at the university of Savitribai phule, pune and will graduate with a degree in engineering in the may.

I am studying Mechanical engineering at the savitribai phule, pune university, etc.

You should not forget to add any computer training, distance education courses, etc. make sure to mention your English studies. This is very important if English is not your first language and the employer may be concerned about this fact. experience and qualifications work experience is the most important subject in any job interview therefore, it is important to explain your experience in detail. employers want to know exactly what you did and how well you accomplished your tasks. be confident, and frankly express your accomplishments in the past employment.

The tenses you should use are the following:

When talking about current employment be careful to use the present perfect continuous. this indicates that you are still excusing these tasks at your current job, for example:

X company have employed me for the last 5 years as a HR manager. i have been managing the personnel department for 5 months. etc,

While discussing about the past employment use past tenses to indicate that you are no longer working for that company, for example:

I was with X company from 2010-2015 as a store keeper.

I worked as a supervisor at the Y while i was living in Mumbai. etc.

Responsibilities you have to demonstrate your qualifications and skills, which are required for the job you are applying for. the job skills that you have acquired in the past may not suit tow he current job. it is important to explain how your past skills may be used for the current job.

Every man has past. And past is gone, yet we people never forget our bad past. and it is impossible to free from that, but if you forget the past then it is good, no good but is very necessary to forget bad past. this is all mind game. if you can aware of your thoughts from moment to moment then all problem will be solved.

If you have know the story of Arunima Sinha who is great mountain climber in the world. one day she was travelling in the train some thieves came in the compartment and try to snatch her golden chain. she was in some sports and she is very darer so she refused to give her golden chain. that thieves threw her out from the running train. she was injured badly and her leg to be cut. and now she had one artificial leg. with this artificial leg she decided to become a mountain climber. and decided to climb Everest mountain. it was too hard, not too hard but impossible to take this type of decision. but she did it and she has now so many records of mountain climbing. if you have not read her story then you must read it.

So if you read her story then one thing is clearly come out that she had forget the past accident. and started new life. if we were there, we would cry. but she forget the past and lives a new life. and got everything and become a great achiever. We are so sleepy person. most of time we thinks our past bad experiences and always we regret. but it has no value at all. what is gone is gone you can't change anything now, not single even a single thing you can't change. So why repent.

I knew one man he was always telling that I had very good girlfriend and she was so cute and beautiful. and now the time has been passed of 8 years. now he is married and his girlfriend also married but always he repent. I talked to him so many times what has passed, now what can you do now, you both are married. now you forget all this things. but he always tell me I never forget it.

We people very sleepy person. we say what can I do, I cant do anything. I never forget my past. you think when you say I never forget past, it is very strange thing. if you can't forget then who will come an take your memory. This only total matter of your unawareness. you simply unaware and thinking your past and than complaining that I can't forget past.

Whenever you have this type of problem sit and take one pen and notebook and write , what I am thinking, why I am thinking this past and it is useless to think of past. and when I can't change anything then why I am thinking of past. whenever this type thoughts comes of past where you did mistake then you can divert your thought immediately think only for best of future. The thoughts of past is a useless and if you try, it is not difficult to forget the past. the only thing is that you should aware of your thoughts. great philosopher J. Krishnamurti says yo have to did of your each moment which past.

So friend, if you aware of your thoughts, you can forget the past. and if you think, this is not important then don't think like that way, if you think, this is not important that don't think like that way, if you think continue of past mistakes, you will be reunited

So start from today to be did of past of each and every single moment.

Confidence word is the very nice word. you have need of confidence in every moment of your life. I have seen many people start the work but cause of lack of confidence they leave their work in between and they start the other work to avoid this position every one has to learn how to build self confidence.

Suppose you have decided today that I will wake up tomorrow early in the morning and go to gym or for morning walk, when you wake up morning so many thoughts starts in your mind. You start to tell yourself that I have no mood today, and today I have to finish so many other work, so I will not go for gym today and I will go from tomorrow this is vicious cycle. you don't understand what are you doing. You are doing very wrong way to treat yourself. today is gone, now it will never come back and most important thing you have lost your confidence.

You have to think deeply for this. We will go deep in this and try to find solution

First thing when you wake up, first you are saying that I have no mood today but think really have you no mood today, is it real? no this is only your thought. You have to be aware at this time. And you have to tell yourself nothing doing when I decided to go for gym or morning walk than I will go, sure go. if you will be firm with your mind and if you start to go than nobody can stop you.

Whenever this type of situation comes we never think deeply. And always we are saying I am tired, I have no mood, I will do better tomorrow. this is all thoughts only. If you will not aware then it will be very very harmful to you. And if you not allow anything to yourself and with firm decision if you go to gym or morning walk than when you finish it, you will have a confidence and you will feel full day happy. And this is the best practice. and when tommarrow comes, with confidence you will sure go for gym. but if you didn't go than next day most of time you will not go.

Friends, confidence is not necessary but it is most important things in life. and it is not available in the market from where you can buy. you have to earn from yourself only. And remember nobody can give you confidence. by doing and finish the work you can get confidence.

Whenever any work comes, you think so many negative think. And you delay your work. And we are very sleepy person. We never see our thoughts are wrong and negative and we delay the work and loose our confidence. If you never allow yourself to have such negative thoughts and if you continue do your work without any delaying than you will have more and more confidence. And when you finish your work you will be a happy person. but if you delay your work than confidence will never come.

And friends, remember only thoughts are responsible for everything. so aware of your thoughts and be confident

Dream can be seen when we are sleeping but can be finished when we are awake, just stepped further, by keeping aside our past and think about our present and future. Every morning keep aside our past and think about our present and future. Every morning keep reminding our self that we can do it. If we fail once, it will not hurt us, but if we forgot to stand once again, then it will hurt us the most.

Sometimes, that is some circumstances because of which we are not able to pursue our career in that particular field, but if we want to be successful person. we have to overcome our weakness to our strength! If there is a believe in our dream then nobody will stop us to achieve them.

Do hard work, our weakness will become our strength. If we have strength to achieve them but we cannot believe in it, then we cannot achieve. Keep our trust on our dream and then work hard to achieve it. There are many problems or many struggles with we have faced silently but that all reflect in our work and success.

I don’t have any experience to judge you but what I observed is you are friendly, supportive and also very cool. You are so simple that I am free talking to you. You took off my pressure and I forget that this is an interview. I want to give 9/10 because our learning always going on so no one is perfect yet.

12. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

In five years, I would like to see myself in a leading position with more responsibility, knowledge, and skills. I would be more mature regarding my personality and taking decisions for this organization and encourage my juniors to give their best.

Yes, I will definitely work with your company because the money that comes from the lottery can fulfill all the need and requirement I agree it can’t give me happiness but hard earned money can give me happiness and inner peace and sir/mam happiness is more important than the materialistic things for me.

Yes sir/madam, I love to travel as my personnel hobby also and as a fresher travelling is opportunity to see the world with company work. Travelling will makes to learn many things in life is lead changes in our life in good way of improvement.

I don’t have any problem to work at night in weekend because I am fresher, my first priority to gain more knowledge and experience, because I think company growth is directly related to employee growth, if it is necessary to work in night, I will with my company in any situation.
