first of all, make sure that the buttons are not blocked by some adblock extension on your browser.

the template should come with floating buttons (see the article on this site). the check mark should control whether the floating buttons show up or not. if you would rather have the default buttons, see http://3w.blogidol.ro/2011/06/add-1-and-other-social-buttons-to-your.html

It's a Greetbox. It greets people based on where they came for (Google, Facebook, etc) and can be easily closed forever by clicking on the X. Like I said earlier, just search and replace to make it work for your blog. I explained how to add it at http://3w.blogidol.ro/2010/05/adding-greetbox-to-blogger.html ; if you want to remove it, look at how it's added and work backward.

Here are my obs:
1. Not sure what you're asking me, but you can click, hold and drag sections around, then click preview, then finally Save arrangement (in the Blogger Layout).
2. Take out one "Home", you only need one.
3. In the Blogger Template -> edit HTML, make sure you search and replace www.alsosprachzamolxis.com with shanebazinet.blogspot.com
