&lt;span style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;Rodaremos dirección cementerio Cuestadarco y Carbayu, son los indicadores de referencia en Sama, para realizar la subida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

El plato QRing tiene dos zonas diferenciadas, una de desarrollo creciente y otra decreciente. La zona creciente, se sitúa donde la musculatura de las piernas, durante la acción del pedaleo, es capaz de desarrollar toda su potencia. El plato QRing, en ese momento&lt;br /&gt;
concreto, crece hasta dar un desarrollo 2,6 dientes superior, respecto al desarrollo&lt;br /&gt;
original del plato (si usamos un plato QRing de 53 dientes, en la zona de máxima ovalización será equivalente a uno de 55.6 dientes) con el fin de aprovechar al máximo toda la potencia que desarrollamos y no desperdiciar energía. Inmediatamente después de superar ese punto concreto, de máxima fuerza, el desarrollo comienza a decrecer progresivamente hasta lograr su desarrollo mínimo en la zona del punto muerto (en este caso el plato habrá decrecido 2.6 dientes. Usando un plato QRing de 53 dientes, en el&lt;br /&gt;
punto muerto, el desarrollo será equivalente al de un plato de 50.4 dientes). Pasado el punto muerto, el desarrollo vuelve a crecer progresivamente hasta el siguiente punto de&lt;br /&gt;
máximo esfuerzo. Durante una vuelta completa de los pedales, el plato QRing&lt;br /&gt;
pasa por 2 zonas de máximo desarrollo y dos zonas minimizadas de punto muerto, consiguiendo una&lt;br /&gt;
optimización da la entrega de fuerza, una aceleración moderada de la cadencia de pedaleo, en el paso por la zona de punto muerto y una reducción notable de los efectos nocivos del punto muerto, sobre rodilla y musculatura. Tanto el máximo crecimiento como el mínimo son proporcionales y su incremento y descenso, progresivos. Las piernas no perciben picos de fuerza, sino que el pedaleo, de forma natural, se vuelve más redondo y harmónico, ya que el plato ayuda al ciclista a dosificar su fuerza y aplicarla donde es necesario. Esta proporción perfecta, entre las zonas extremas hace que los elementos mecánicos de la bici no sufran y perciban el plato QRing como si fuera redondo. La cadena no recibe tirones ni el cambio sufre tensiones nocivas, con lo que la precisión de cambio es perfecta. La proporción existente entre crecimientodecrecimiento máximos, es proporcional a su vez, al diámetro del plato. Esta proporción crecerá cuanto mayor sea el plato y decrecerá con los desarrollos más pequeños, adaptando la ovalización a cada momento y situación de pedaleo&lt;br /&gt;
