First off, thanks for getting your Big Brother updates here at Big Brother Fix. It’s been a fun season and I hope you follow along with us next season for Big Brother 15!

The Big Brother 14 jury is nearly complete and the final 3 houseguests are battling it out for the title of the winner of the Big Brother 14 and a 500k prize.

By convincing both Danielle and Ian to throw the first round of the HOH competition, Dan won the first round. Now we move onto Round 2 of the HOH competition where Danielle and Ian will go to head to head for the opportunity to move to round 3 of the HOH competition. Ultimately, Ian won round 2 of the competition and now the house is in uproar after Danielle sees Ian and Dan celebrating Ian’s round 2 victory. She threatens Ian that if he takes Dan to the final 2, she will ‘taint his name’ with the jury and make sure that Ian does not have Shane’s vote.

In the final round of the HOH competition, Ian battled against Dan in a trivia game. Ian wins the final HOH. Being the final HOH, Ian is tasked with evicting one of the final three. In an effort to ‘honor his commitment to Dan’, Ian evicts Danielle.

After Dan and Ian have plead their cases to win Big Brother 14, it all comes down to this…the jury votes.

• Britney: Ian

Ian is the WINNER OF BIG BROTHER 14!

After Ian’s exciting Big Brother 14 win, Julie announced America’s Favorite Player. Frank wins the $25,000 prize!

• Since my last post (when Ian nominated Shane & Jenn for eviction), Shane won the POV and Jenn ended up being evicted from the Big Brother 14 house.
• Danielle had a strong week in the Big Brother house, as she won both HOH and the POV. She nominated Ian and Dan for eviction. Dan encouraged her to put  him on the block, so (as she always does) she went with his advice.
• Last night’s live eviction show was an exciting one that included a major blindside. Danielle used her POV to remove Dan from the block and replace him with Shane. Not sure what her strategy was with this plan, but she was completely shocked when Dan evicted Shane. Being so trusting of Dan, I guess she assumed Ian would get evicted.
• Round 1 of the HOH competition has been completed. Ian dropped first so it was down to Dan and Danielle. Dan apparently made a deal with Danielle and she ended up dropping too. Dan won the first round of the HOH competition. Now Danielle will go head to head with Ian in Round 2. The winner of this round will face off in the 3rd and final round of the HOH competition with Dan.Round 3 will take place live at the finale on Wednesday, September 19th.

Here is how the houseguests voted in the first eviction:

• Dan: evict Frank
• Danielle: evict Frank
• Jenn: evict Joe
• Shane: evict Frank

By a vote of 3 to 1, Frank is evicted from the Big Brother 14 house. After surviving being put up on the block numerous times and winning countless HOH competitions, Frank just couldn’t save himself this time.

Big Brother 14 Week 8.5 HoH Competition

There was a 3 way tie between Jenn, Dan and Danielle. They had to guess the number of minutes it had been since Jodi left the house.

Dan is the HOH winner.

Big Brother 14 Week 8.5 Nominations

Ian and Joe are nominated for eviction.

Big Brother 14 Week 8.5 POV Competition

This competition involved the houseguests moving a shark fin across a winding maze. Ian dominated in this competition and quickly took the victory.

Ian is the POV winner.

Big Brother 14 Week 8.5 POV Ceremony Results

Despite his ‘loyalty’ to Danielle, Dan shockingly puts her up in Ian’s place. Joe and Danielle are now on the block for eviction.

 Here is how the houseguests voted in the 2nd eviction:

• Shane: Evict Joe
• Jenn: Evict Joe
• Ian: Evict Joe

By an entire house vote, Joe is evicted from the Big Brother 14 house. I have to say, I won’t miss Joe’s yelling sessions in the Diary Room.

Yet another Pandora’s Box appeared in the Big Brother house. However, this week’s box did not cause quite as much drama in the house. Because Pandora’s Box was opened, Jessie Godderz (former Big Brother houseguest) removed all of the junk food from the house and replaced it with healthy food. Ian also won a new hammock as a result of opening the box.

Big Brother 14 Week 8 HOH Endurance Updates

• Joe and Jenn fell off while the live show was still airing.
• The live feeds are back so you can start watching the final 4 compete!
• 7:27PM BBT -> Danielle is the next to fall after feeling motion sick.
• 7:29PM BBT -> Dan follows Danielle and jumps off. Ian or Shane will win.
• 8:21PM BBT ->  Ian and Shane are still going strong. Ian seems to be holding up the best.
• 8:47 PM BBT – Shane asks downed HGs for some privacy so he make a deal with Ian. The houseguests all go inside.
• 8:48 PM BBT – Ian promises Danielle and Shane that they are safe this week. Shane drops.
