INSIDE DISH Talks Big Brother 11 With Julie Chen & Me!

“Inside Dish” has just released its first Big Brother 11 Friday Edition episode where this week’s guest is Big Brother host Julie Chen! Ross Mathews does a great job of getting Julie to open up and express her opinions on the HGs from the current and past seasons. Considering Julie stays very professional by not expressing her personal views towards the HGs (hence her nickname “Chenbot”) this is a real treat to her thoughts on the game.

The special treat doesn’t stop there though. Watch out for yours truly at about 9:15 into the video when Ross takes my call and I get to chat with the Queen of Big Brother herself. While it didn’t make it into the video I did manage to slide a “but first” into the discussion with a congratulations to Julie on her pregnancy.

From here on out we’ll be getting new weekly “Inside Dish” episodes each Friday featuring that week’s evicted HouseGuest. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to submit some more questions in from all of you readers here on the site!

Big Brother 11: Week 1 Nominations Revealed - Spoilers

Update: More spoilers for you. The Power of Veto is getting started. You can see who is going to be playing here. I’ll post up the results when they come in.

Last night on the premiere of Big Brother 11 it was revealed that Jessie (BB10) would be this season’s 13th houseguests after his team, the Athletes, won the first HoH competition. Not only did that make him the 13th HG, but also instantly granted him Head of Household (HoH) status, protecting both him and his Atheletes team for the week from nomination and eviction.

Once the premiere episode was over the live feeds turned on and we learned more about what’s going on within the house. Mostly that Jordan is a big supporter of rallying her fellow HGs to get naked and party. Yeah, she’ll be a fun one this season. Unfortunately, we also learned who had been nominated by Jessie…

The Week 1 nominations for Big Brother 11:

Chima

So far I’m very indifferent towards Chima, but I’m really enjoying Lydia and hopefully the rest of the house is too so we can keep her for many weeks to come.

The Power of Veto (PoV) competition should be coming up today or tomorrow so grab the Big Brother Toolbar and be notified as soon as the results are revealed.

Big Brother 11 Post-Premiere Reaction: What Did You Think?

Update: The live feeds are exactly that: LIVE! Click here to start watching now and see what’s going on inside the Big Brother House! What might you be missing? And I quote, sayeth the half-naked girl, “everyone needs to party in their panties.” I kid you not. It’s going to be a good season on the live feeds. Have you signed up?

Update 2: Oh. My. Gawd. Jordan just announced “we’re going to run around naked tonight.” Lydia is following her around during this. Is this Lydia’s plan to make out with another girl like she said? I may stay up a little late tonight…

Big Brother has returned like that old friend we were all anxious to see again. Best of all it started out with a bang as we met our new household of wonderful favorites and boo-hiss villains who we will follow for the next few months.

My villain might just have to be the mysterious HG who is not so mysterious anymore, is he?? That whole twist did not turn out as I had hoped. Ugh, another season of Jessie (BB10)? Yes, that’s right Jessie is our 13th HG!

So far I’m digging Lydia and Casey. She seems cool and he’s busy making funny jokes. Both are in the “Offbeats” group so hopefully they’ll team up well.

I’ve got my live feeds set up and ready with the clock counting down to 9PM PST when Big Brother 11 will flip the switch and turn it all on. Are you ready to watch it all? There’s still time to get the 3-month, $13/month discount rate.

Big Brother 11 Premieres Tonight - Get Ready

This is it. There’s no turning back! Big Brother 11 premieres tonight on CBS at 8pm (ET/PT) and I couldn’t be more excited.

Tonight we’ll see how the HouseGuests dealt with the “find a bed!” entrance, how the clique divisions went, who is already teaming up, and most importantly we’ll see that mysterious 13th HG in action! If it happened in the first four days of BB11 then we’ll see it tonight.

Most Awesome BBN Update Ever: Okay, faithful BigBrotherNetwork.com readers, I just got off the phone with Ross Mathews of “Inside Dish” and… wait for it… Julie Chen! My life is now complete.

I’ll post the recording and/or video as soon as I get it! Meanwhile, enjoy the latest “Inside Dish” video below. I need to go lay down now.

Ross Mathews and “Inside Dish” are keeping it coming with their preseason Big Brother coverage and today they’ve got a new video from their visit to the set of BB11. Ross is clearly living out a dream with this sort of access to Big Brother and I hate him for it. Okay, “hate” is a strong word but, I am terribly jealous. Sigh.

Big Brother 11 Live Feeds Do The Time Warp & Other Great New Improvements

The Big Brother live feeds are going to be another essential part of the Big Brother 11 experience. If you’re already one of the majority of BB online fans who get the feeds each season then you know what I mean. Big Brother 11 Early Results Leaked - Spoilers - Updated

The Big Brother 11 houseguests entered their new home yesterday and the game has been underway ever since. As I hoped, we’ve already got our first Big Brother spoilers leaked out from RealityBBQ. The cliques have been rumorishly confirmed along with how previous HGs play into that 13th mystery spot.

If you’d rather keep it a surprise until Thursday, then just move to the next post. Otherwise, click “Continue Reading” to find out what happened overnight…

Okay, BB spoiler time. The HGs were split into groups again to enter the house and Russell, Ronnie, Laura, and Kevin went first. The cliques divided up almost as I had guessed. I was so close! Swap Chima into the “Brainiacs” and Casey into the “Off-Beats” and you’ve got the cliques:

Brainiacs: Ronnie, Michele, and Chima
Athletes: Natalie, Russell, and likely Jeff
Populars: Laura, Jordan, and Braden
Off-Beats: Lydia, Kevin, and Casey

Now for the 13th houseguest rumor. Supposedly, as many suspected, it’ll be a past Big Brother player, but there won’t be just one. Instead there will be 4 of them, one for each clique. The groups still don’t know who it’ll be, but the tipster says “One of them had a showmance. Another was almost an All Star.” And, most interesting of all is the tip that the first HoH will be a former HG. Shocka!

Update: More news from the Big Brother house. Corner Office has returned and shared these new details on how the first night went and a huge clue on who might be returning as the 13th HG:

“As with every first night of Big Brother it was a love fest. Ronnie couldn’t hide his excitement.

During the “Getting to know you” in the living room, Laura and Braden sat in the “you got screwed chairs”.

Casey comes off as another Boogie, fedora and all.

Jeff wore the Chicago city flag on his shirt. He definitely has an accent

Michele downplayed her personal info.

Jordan is the new Jessica and everyone will love her.*

Watch out for Russell. He’s very chill and smart.*

Lydia and Laura were the first to talk game.* It was very brief and they said it’s hard to team up when they don’t know what cliques they’ll be in. Then Jeff and Russell joined them up stairs to play chess.

When Casey was called into the DR the rest of the HG made fun of him a little. Braden rapped as well as a white surfer from the OC can.

BB decided to divided the HG into their cliques after all. They found out when they entered the Back Yard for the HOH Comp

The first comp was endurance.

The Athletes seemed to have the best grip on the game over all. Not just the physical aspect but also the mental. They’re there to play.

At 11:30 the house had an HOH. You first met him in BB10 and he is sure to add a lot of drama to not only the house but to his clique as well.”

I’m thinking the HG we that we “first met” in BB10 might be Brian, last season’s first evictee. He was definitely a player whose time was cut short thanks to many unfortunate events. No confirmation though, just my guess and I could be wrong. Who do you think it might be?
