The domains usually refer to the Chinese or European domain endings , i.e. www.yourdomain.cn or www.yourdomian.eu.  This is a scam and you don’t have to react to it!
You also don’t have to worry about it affecting your business, since:

1. To buy a domain in a certain country you have to be registered in this country.
2. A domain from a random foreign country will not be relevant to the searches run in the country in which you have your business.

Have you ever seen a website ending in .cn or .nl in South African search results? – Probably not. So until then there is nothing to worry about and chances are the so called third party looking to buy those domain names doesn’t exist anyway.
