MillionYoung from Florida is a new guy in town. I just received his EP titled “SunnDreamm”, and it’s a little piece of indie heaven. Reminding me of Grandaddy, Tough Alliance, and a little Lo-Fi-Fnk this makes me want to bring the friends over for a game of Ouija and wine. Romantic, Natural, and Heartwarming MillionYoung is sure to make a few indie kids get in the mood for a picnic at the Grand Canyon. Think road trip’s and bicycle rides.

“Another Likeley Story” is the new single off Au Revoir Simone’s album, Still night, Still Light. Social Disco Club remixed the track — loopy and peaceful comes to mind. It keeps the spirit of Au Revoir Simone while throwing in some disco influences.

Idaho’s Bodie Lee is about to release an EP titled Go Chic Lightning. It’s out through Lightning Speed records and features remixes by the likes of Faze Action, Rudy’s Midnight Machine, Ajello, and Agent 86. Melbourne’s Agent 86 definitely churned out a disco bomb with this one so its a suitably titled track. Agent 86 in my eyes is one of Australia’s finest deejays, and I think he’s an underrated producer.

O’Spada is back with a new single leading up to their debut album which is due early 2010. “Ten Strikes” is more quirky pop that could only come from Sweden. It’s a perfectly punctuated track that’s a fun kiss-off.

We’ve posted Wolf Gang before and have concluded that we pretty love him in any form but especially in remix form.

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs delivers a remix that is pretty tame by Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs standards but still totally loveable. Though we’re still waiting for something from TEED that reaches the full insanity that TEED has only hinted at before. This isn’t that but a nice stepping stone anyway.

And it’s a good day because we have a second Baby Monster remix coming at you. Not quite as moody and atmospheric as their other work but a great jam… this is feel good music.

DTL’s “Set Me Free”, with its larger than life vocals, has always had the potential to become a total circuit party track. NROTB kinda dance around this fact delivering two big room mixes that aren’t quite circuit but might find themselves played in this arena. Of course, NROTB stay true to their underground banger roots and keep the instrumental as dark and twisted as possible.

I almost don’t want to tell you this track is from The Bravery because I know how some of you hipster fags think, but whatever — “The Spectator” delivers. Totally in love with this one. The first thirty seconds sound like they’re lifted from MGMT or something but the song takes a turn and becomes something of its own.

Back on a Monday with the premiere of a brand new Juan Maclean remix of Example’s new track “Won’t Go Quietly.” Juan Maclean creates an anthem here with throbbing, swirling synth that’ll leave you with such a good feeling. And as if by magic, Example’s vocals weave in and out of the instrumental becoming part of it at times. This is uplifting floor filler disco. The single is out January 11th with additional remixes from E.P.I.C, Men in Masks, DC Breaks, Cyantific and Wire.
