The route has not changed and covers 25 Kilometers over quiet city streets, and an optional more difficult, 25 Kilometer ride on country roads around the Rouge, a total distance of 50 Kilometers. For your safety the ride is being monitored by several cycling organizations. For those who choose not to ride, there is a guided hike. This is a Rain or Shine event, dress for the weather conditions.&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sun, May 11th:  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.bikingtoronto.com/events/2008/05/sun-may-11-zm-islander-crit.html" title="permanent link"&gt;ZM Islander Crit&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;Cars are not allowed on the Island Course. The Course is 1800 m long on very good condition pavement, flat.
