Amar’e Stoudemire took time off from the Knicks to mourn the death of his brother in a car crash.

The brother of New York Knicks star Amare Stoudemire died in a car accident early Monday morning in Florida, a team spokesman confirmed to ESPNNewYork.com.
The Florida Highway Patrol issued a report that said Hazell Stoudemire was driving a Cadillac Escalade north on U.S. 27 in Lake Wales, Fla., at a high rate of speed and collided with the rear of a tractor trailer at 1:42 a.m. ET. The report said that the 35-year-old was not wearing a seatbelt and was declared dead at the scene. Police are awaiting test results to see if alcohol was involved in the accident.

The team said that Stoudemire was traveling to Florida to be with his family and would not be with the team for Monday night‘s game against the Jazz in New York. The team did not know when he will return. Knicks coach Mike D’Antoni said Stoudemire can take “whatever time he needs to take” before returning to the team. [via]

Beyonce was spotted at the Jay-Z Shawn Carter foundation charity concert at Carnegie Hall. This is the first time Beyonce was seen since she gave birth to her baby daughter Blue Ivy. Beyonce wore a crimson dress by Alice Temperly with an Alexander McQueen clutch, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Christian Louboutin heels. Doesn’t her post baby body look amazing?!!!

Gisele Bundchen is getting blamed for some unfavorable comments she made about the Patriots. The Insider.com filmed the supermodel while she had a major meltdown after the Patriots lost the Superbowl. Gisele was being heckled by a Giants fan when she complained that her husband could only throw the ball and it wasn’t his job to make sure he caught it. Now there are rumors that some people within the Patriot’s inner circle fell that Gisele’s comments have violated a special code where players and their wives don’t bash each other.  Watch Gisele lose it in the Insider.com video if you missed it. Gisele seems really mad that her prayers didn’t help her husband lose the game. Doesn’t she realize God is busy with bigger problems. Why didn’t she send a prayer to help end World Hunger? Or maybe a prayer for Global peace. She could have ask for prayers so she could help the poor and suffering who live below the poverty line in her native Brazil.


Gisele Bundchen Blames Patriots QB Tom Brady's… by BigBlueBruiser

Her swipe at the Patriot receivers is said to have left Brady’s fellow players feeling “disappointed”, with claims she violated ‘the “code of brotherhood”.

A source told TMZ: “It’s like knocking someone when they are down.”
Later the Brazilian model met with her husband behind the scenes and consoled him with hugs. 

According to reports, Brady was so dejected after the match that he spent almost 20 minutes sitting down in the Patriots locker room staring at the floor.
Gisele kept a tight grip on Brady’s hand as the quarterback appeared before the media sullen-faced. 

Brady had started the game hoping to equal Joe Montana’s record of four Super Bowl wins, but early mistakes put the New York Giants in a strong position. [via]
