Demi Lovato‘s reps deny that the former squeaky clean Disney actress has checked into rehab again.  The rehab rumors started after Demi said she was leaving twitter and reportedly broke up with her boyfriend.  Demi’s reps denied that the singer was in rehab for substance abuse when she checked in to get help when she was 18. Demi recently admitted that she got help for a drug problem in an interview with Seventeen Magazine.

Painful Past
“I’m not going to lie,” Demi says. “I was self-medicating. I was doing things like drinking and using [drugs], like a lot of teens do to numb their pain. [via]

We don’t know who to believe about the rehab rumors because Demi’s reps claimed she was only getting help for an eating disorder the first time she checked in to a facility. Get better Demi!!

A gossip website reported on January 19 that the singer/actress had checked into a Malibu treatment center to deal with substance-abuse issues. However, the Blind Gossip report didn’t pick up steam until this week. When MTV News reached out to her reps for comment on Wednesday (January 25), they said, “Demi’s team confirmed it’s untrue.”
Earlier this week, Lovato did have some news for her fans when she announced she was taking a break from Twitter. “Twitter break. It’s for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble! Haha. Anyway… BYE!” she tweeted on Saturday.
It’s not the first time Lovato has left the social networking site. She quit tweeting in October 2010, shortly before she entered a treatment facility to deal with personal issues including eating disorders and cutting. Lovato joined Twitter again in May 2011, months after she left the center. [via]

Rihanna tweeted a new photo of her bare knuckle “Thug Life” tattoos.  The Umbrella singer showed off her pink flesh colored tats and sent a message about the late rapper Tupac Shakur. Do you think Riri has been smoking too many kush blunts?!  These tats don’t make any sense.

Rihanna ‘s latest tattoo seems to be a homage to the late rap star Tupac Shakur. 2Pac had the words ‘Thug Life’ tattooed across his stomach and the ‘Umbrella’ singer has posted a picture of herself with the same words, apparently tattooed in pink ink, across her knuckles. The picture was accompanied by the message: “All these bitches screaming that 2pack back Thuglife. In response to some of the feedback that she has been receiving on her new adornment, she stated “I’m thinking I shoulda got a tear drop instead!!! Thuglife maybe next time.” [via]
