Cara Mendapatkan Uang Dari Google Adsense.
Itu mungkin merupakan hal yang paling sering kamu baca di internet.
Dan mungkin kamu juga pernah baca tentang Adsense, tapi kamu belum paham cara menggunakannya.
Nah, kali ini BisnisReview akan membahas langkah-langkah yang harus kamu lakukan agar bisa menghasilkan uang $100 dari program periklanan milik Google ini.
Sebelumnya, kamu harus sudah punya akun Gmail (Layanan Email gratis dari google).
Kalau belum punya, ya kamu harus bikin dulu. Gampang, kok!
Cari aja tutorialnya di google. Buanyaaak...!
Nah, setelah punya akun Gmail, sekarang saatnya untuk cari uang.
Ikuti langkah-langkah di bawah ini:

1. Buatlah Youtube Channel Atau Blog
Ini langkah pertama. Kamu boleh pilih bikin Channel di Youtube dulu, atau mau bikin Blog.
Kalau kamu berencana untuk mendapatkan uang dari bikin video, maka kamu harus bikin Youtube Channel.

Jika kamu sudah daftar Gmail, maka otomatis kamu memiliki akun Google yang bisa kamu gunakan untuk Login ke Youtube, karena Youtube juga milik Google.
Kamu tinggal masukkan alamat Gmail kamu dan password-nya ketika login ke Youtube.
Kemudian buatlah Channel di Youtube.
Lalu buatlah video apa saja yang kamu suka, dan upload video itu ke Channel-mu.

Usahakanlah untuk meng-upload video hasil rekamanmu sendiri, karena kalau kamu upload video milik orang lain yang sebelumnya sudah pernah di-upload di Youtube atau sudah ada di situ, maka video yang kamu upload itu bakalan dianggap duplikat konten atau plagiat.
Kalau video kamu dianggap konten duplikat, maka bisa-bisa videomu malah dicopot sama pihak Youtube.
Atau lebih parah lagi, akunmu di-banned!

Jadi, agar akunmu selamat dan kamu bisa mendapatkan uang dari Google, ya buatlah konten-konten yang original, asli buatanmu sendiri.
Yang paling mudah, ya bikin konten tentang hobimu atau passion-mu.
Karena itu hobimu, maka kamu pastinya lebih memahami seluk-beluknya dibandingkan orang lain yang nggak punya hobi kayak kamu.

Contohnya nih ya, kamu suka masak. Maka buatlah video-video tentang masak.
Misalnya, video saat kamu masak nasi goreng ala kamu.

Jangan berfikir seperti ini:

"Duh, kayaknya tampilan masakanku kurang indah, deh. Masih kalah sama Si Anu. Mendingan nggak jadi aku upload, ah. Malu..."
"Apa nanti kata mereka kalau aku upload video jelek kayak gini?"

Nah, kalau kamu banyak mikir seperti itu, dan selalu takut tampil tak sempurna, maka kamu nggak akan pernah bisa upload video banyak.
Bahkan mungkin kamu tidak akan pernah upload video satu pun!

Jadi nggak usah banyak mikir. Asalkan itu konten original, punyamu sendiri, upload aja!
Pokoknya berbagilah dengan dunia melalui media Youtube.
Di dunia ini tak ada seorang pun yang sempurna.
Justru karena kamu nggak sempurna, makanya kamu jadi unik. Jadi punya ciri khas tersendiri. Jadi punya nilai tersendiri.

Keduanya cukup terkenal dan mudah untuk digunakan.
Kamu bisa menyewa Domain untuk meng-custom blog gratisanmu agar tampak lebih profesional.
Harga sewa domain biasanya sekitar $10.
Kalau kamu pingin profesional sekalian, kamu bisa sewa Domain dan Hosting sekaligus, dan bikin blog dengan CMS WordPress yang disediakan oleh WordPress.org.
Tapi kalo kamu belum paham tentang blog, ya mendingan pakai yang gratisan dulu, biar nggak menghabiskan uang. Sambil belajar sedikit demi sedikit.
Setelah paham, baru kemudian bikin blog yang lebih profesional.

Lalu gampang mana dan enak mana, bikin Channel Youtube atau Blog?
Yah, tergantung kemampuan dan keahlian kamu, dan juga passion kamu.

Bikin Channel Youtube itu gampang dan gratis selamanya.
Nggak perlu sewa hosting dan domain kayak bikin blog profesional.
Tapi bukan berarti membuat konten video di Youtube itu semudah membalikkan telapak tangan.
Walaupun kamu bisa bikin video dengan menggunakan kamera Smartphone-mu, tetap saja pada akhirnya kamu akan dituntut untuk profesional.
Dan tuntutan itu datangnya justru dari dirimu sendiri, bukan dari penonton videomu.
Karena kalo pelanggan channel-mu sudah semakin banyak, kamu pasti akan merasa butuh untuk menciptakan konten yang lebih bermutu lagi.
Dan itu tentunya membutuhkan peralatan yang jauh lebih baik dan lebih komplit daripada hanya sekedar sebuah smartphone. Ya, kan? Dan tentunya itu juga butuh uang, kan?
Tapi kalau hobimu menulis, kayaknya kurang tepat kalau pake media Youtube. Bagusnya, ya pake media blog.

2. Buatlah Konten Yang Menarik
Nah, setelah punya Channel di Youtube atau punya blog, sekarang saatnya untuk mengisi Channel atau blog kamu dengan konten yang menarik.

Konten yang menarik itu yang seperti apa?
Ikuti passion-mu!
Jika kamu suka membuat kerajinan tangan, seperti origami misalnya, maka buatlah video-video tentang cara membuat berbagai macam kerajinan tangan.
Atau sekalian aja, ambil juga foto dari kerajinan tangan yang sudah kamu buat, lalu postinglah di blog kamu.
Coba bayangkan, jika dalam sehari kamu bikin satu saja kerajinan tangan, lalu kamu bikin videonya, lalu kamu upload videonya ke channel-mu, dan sekaligus kamu ambil foto-fotonya, lalu kamu juga bikin postingan dan upload foto-foto tentang hal itu di blog-mu, maka dalam 1 tahun kamu sudah punya 730 konten yang terdiri dari 365 video di Youtube dan 365 postingan di blog-mu.
DAHSYAT, kan?

Passion itu apa, sih?
Em.., gairah. Semangat. Cinta, tapi bukan cinta buta. Pengakuan diri.
Terlalu luas untuk dijabarkan di sini.
Sederhananya, passion adalah gairah dan semangat untuk melakukan sesuatu di bidang tertentu. Kamu mencintai hal itu hingga kamu rela berkorban untuk melakukannya. Tapi bukan cinta buta, karena kamu tau betul, kapan waktunya untuk meninggalkan hal itu. Passion juga adalah pengakuan diri. Keinginan untuk menjadi "Nomor 1" di bidang yang kamu cintai. Dan kamu tahu betul bahwa kamu bisa mencapainya. Dan kamu bersedia melakukan apapun untuk mendapatkannya. Dan kamu tau kapan harus berhenti.

Lalu, kenapa kok harus ikuti passion?
Begini. Kalo kamu mengerjakan sesuatu yang menjadi passion kamu, bukankah kamu akan mengerjakannya dengan semangat? Bukankah kamu tidak akan bosan?

Ya. Kamu akan segera berhenti.
Kamu akan terdiam di depan laptopmu, bingung mau bikin konten apa.
Seandainya kamu bisa melakukan penelitian keyword sekalipun, kamu tidak akan pernah menggarap keyword-keyword yang telah kamu dapatkan dengan susah-payah itu hingga menjadi sebuah konten.
Kamu bakalan males untuk bikin konten.
Kenapa? Ya, karena itu bukan passion-mu.
Mungkin dalam waktu sebulan kamu sudah meninggalkan blog-mu atau channelmu sendiri.
Bahkan mungkin cuma dalam hitungan minggu.

Tapi, beda kalau yang kamu bikin itu konten yang kamu sukai, konten yang jadi passion kamu, atau jenis konten yang sesuai hobimu. Pasti kamu akan tetap bikin konten terus.
Nggak peduli orang lain mau nonton channel-mu atau tidak.
Nggak peduli orang lain mau baca blog-mu atau tidak.
Kamu akan terus memproduksi konten, karena kamu mencintainya.
Kamu mencintai apa yang kamu lakukan, kamu mencintai apa yang kamu tulis, kamu mencintai isi video yang kamu buat.
Bukankah dengan begitu, maka akan ada ribuan konten yang bisa kamu hasilkan?
Bukankah pada akhirnya akan banyak juga orang-orang yang memiliki hobi yang sama denganmu yang kemudian datang untuk membaca dan menonton kontenmu, karena kamu punya banyak konten yang menarik perhatian mereka?
Nah, kalo udah gitu, pasti nggak lama lagi, kamu akan panen DOLLAR! Hehehe...
Tapi ingat! Fokuslah pada konten, bukan pada dollar!

3. Promosikan Kontenmu
Setelah bikin konten, lalu apa?
Promosi!
Ya. kamu harus promosikan kontenmu.
Tujuannya, ya agar pengunjung blog-mu atau channel-mu makin banyak.
Dan sekaligus menambah banyak teman yang punya hobi sama dengan kamu.

Secara garis besar, ada 3 cara yang cukup efektif untuk melakukan promosi di internet.
Ada yang berbayar, tapi ada juga yang tidak.

Pertama. Promosikan kontenmu ke berbagai social media seperti Facebook, Instagram dan Twitter.
Media sosial adalah suatu tempat di dunia maya, di mana banyak sekali orang-orang yang berkumpul dan berinteraksi satu sama lain.
Zaman now, siapa sih yang nggak punya akun di medsos?
Jika kamu punya banyak teman di Facebook, atau follower di Instagram atau Twitter, tentunya akan sangat efektif jika kamu mempromosikan konten-kontenmu di sini.
Tapi, bagaimana jika kamu nggak punya banyak teman di Facebook, atau follower di Instagram dan Twittermu sedikit?
Ya mulai sekarang, berusahalah untuk menambahkan banyak teman di akun Facebook-mu.
Tingkatkanlah followermu di Instagram dan Twitter.
Caranya gimana? Cari tutorialnya di google.

Kedua. Bikin kerjasama dengan Youtuber atau Blogger lainnya.
Berkolaborasilah.
Ini akan membuat blog-mu dan channel-mu makin dikenal. Dan pastinya akan banyak pengunjung yang datang.
Cari Blogger atau Youtuber yang tema kontennya berhubungan dengan tema kontenmu.

Ketiga. Manfaatkan jaringan periklanan.
Baik itu yang berbayar maupun yang gratisan.
Kamu bisa menggunakan jaringan periklanan yang berbayar semacam Google Ads (dulu namanya AdWord), atau jaringan periklanan yang lainnya.
Atau gunakan jaringan periklanan yang gratisan. Banyak kok, di internet.

4. Daftar dan Pasang Adsense
Nah, sekarang saatnya untuk mendapatkan uang dari google.
Google punya program periklanan bernama Adsense.
Dengan menampilkan iklan dari Adsense di video-mu atau di blog-mu, maka kamu akan mendapatkan uang.
Jadi, setelah bikin Channel Youtube atau Blog dan mengisinya dengan banyak konten, maka kamu bisa mendaftar ke Google Adsense untuk mendapatkan iklan yang nantinya bisa kamu pasang di blog-mu atau di Channel-mu.

Tapi tentu saja ada syarat-syaratnya.
Untuk Youtube misalnya, harus sudah mencapai 4000 jam tayang, 1000 subscriber dan 10ribu views dalam waktu 12 bulan.
Hah, 4000 jam tayang?!
Eits, jangan berkecil hati dulu. Itu untuk 1 channel, bukan untuk 1 video.
Jadi, ya banyakin aja upload videonya.
Makin banyak video, makin banyak yang lihat, makin cepet 4000 jam tayang tercapai.

Untuk blog sendiri, ada beberapa syarat agar bisa diterima sebagai publisher (penayang) iklan dari Google Adsense.
Untuk masalah konten misalnya. Konten blog-mu harus sesuai dan tidak melanggar kebijakan Google Adsense.
Intinya, jangan bikin konten yang bersifat negatif.
Konten negatif itu yang kayak apa? Ketik aja di google: AdSense content policies
Nah, disitu banyak tuh, keterangannya. Baca pelan-pelan dan pahami.
Konten juga harus orisinal. Ngggak boleh hasil copy-paste dari konten di blog lain.
Nggak boleh pasang Adsense di blog yang isinya konten dewasa, konten download-download dan pelanggaran hak cipta.
Blog harus punya halaman Privacy Policy, About, Sitemap, Disclaimer, TOS, dan halaman Kontak.
Pasang 3 widget penting seperti, Popular Posts, Kategori/Label, dan Arsip.
Apakah harus 3 widget itu saja?
Nggak juga, sih. Ada seorang blogger yang pasang 3 widget juga, tapi widgetnya Recent Post, Social Media dan Popular Post.
Dia daftar Adsense, dan nggak ada sehari, permohonannya langsung di-approve oleh Google Adsense.
Munngkin karena usia blog-nya sudah 6 bulan dan kontennya bermutu.
Syarat lainnya, jangan ada iklan lain saat mendaftarkan blog-mu ke Adsense.
Bagaimana dengan template atau theme dari blog?
Untuk saat ini, Google sedang getol-getolnya menyarankan webmaster untuk menggunakan AMP template atau AMP theme.
Apa itu AMP?
AMP itu singkatan dari Accelerated Mobile Pages.
Kalau bahasa Indonesianya adalah Laman Seluler yang Dipercepat.
Untuk lebih tau lebih banyak tentang AMP, silakan googling.
Lalu bagaimana kalau nggak pakai AMP?
Asalkan loading blog-mu cukup cepat dan mudah saat diakses dari perangkat mobile, maka nggak ada masalah.

Oiya, kamu baru bisa ambil (withdrawal) uang kamu di Adsense setelah mencapai US$100 (Seratus Dollar Amerika).
Untuk akun Adsense yang baru, yang pendaftarannya setelah November 2015, maka metode pembayarannya hanya lewat Transfer Bank.
Katanya sih, tidak ada potongan atau fee. Aku sendiri nggak tau karena akun Adsense punyaku akun lama.
Kalau untuk blogger yang sudah pernah daftar Adsense sebelum November 2015, ada 3 pilihan WD (Withdrawal) yaitu pake Check, Western Union (Kantor Pos) atau Wire Transfer.
Kalau lewat check, aku nggak tau. Aku nggak pernah pake check.
Kalau lewat Wire Transfer (Trasfer Bank), maka akan kena potongan atau fee sesuai kebijakan masing-masing Bank yang digunakan.
Bank Mandiri paling kecil fee-nya, cuma $5. BRI sekitar $15 - $20. Sementara, Bank BCA kena potongan $25. Untuk Bank yang lainnya, aku nggak tau.
Kalau lewat Western Union, nggak ada potongan sama sekali.

Nah, setelah kamu melakukan 4 langkah di atas, dari mulai Membuat Youtube Channel Atau Blog, lalu Membuat Konten Yang Menarik, lalu Mempromosikan Kontenmu, lalu Daftar dan Pasang Adsense, terus apa lagi?
Ya..., udah. Nggak ada lagi.
Cuma itu aja cara mendapatkan uang dari Google Adsense.
Setahun pertama, mungkin hasil Adsense-mu tak seberapa.
Tapi jika kamu terus melakukan langkah-langkah di atas.
Diawali dengan sehari 1 posting di blog dan 1 upload video di Youtube.
Lalu kalau sudah terbiasa, tingkatkan jadi 2 posting di blog dan 2 upload video di Youtube.
Dan kemudian tingkatkan jadi lebih banyak lagi, maka $100 tiap hari pasti bisa kamu dapatkan.
Sudah banyak kok buktinya.
Lihat aja penghasilan master-master di forum-forum Adsense seperti Ads.id, misalnya.
Banyak yang hasilnya bisa mencapai $100 per hari, bahkan $200 per hari, bahkan lebih dari itu.
Tapi ingat, tidak ada yang instan.
Mie instan aja harus direbus dulu walaupun katanya instan, kan?
Semua harus melalui proses.

Walaupun Bob Sadino sudah meninggal di tahun 2015, namun pola pikirnya masih terus digandrungi hingga saat ini.

Nah, di bawah ini ada 10 tips bisnis dari Om Bob untuk kamu-kamu yang modalnya pas-pasan.

1. Pilih Bisnis Di Sektor Yang Kamu Kuasai

Hehehe...

Perhatikan apa yang kamu kuasai. Apa yang bisa kamu lakukan? Kamu jago di bidang apa? Apa yang jadi passion kamu?
Jika kamu pikir kamu nggak jago di bidang apapun, dan kamu nggak punya passion, maka kemungkinan besar kamu sedang meremehkan dirimu sendiri, karena pada dasarnya setiap manusia punya kelebihan yang tidak dimiliki oleh orang lain di sekitarnya. Dan setiap orang pasti punya passion atau ketertarikan pada hal-hal tertentu, atau suka melakukan hal-hal tertentu.
Kalau kamu tetap ngeyel, bilang nggak punya passion, ya sudah, cari satu hal saja yang bisa kamu lakukan dan jadilah expert di dalam hal itu. Lalu jadikan itu sebagai passion kamu.

Kenapa kok fokusnya ke passion?
Ya, karena kalo kamu punya passion di bidang itu, kamu mungkin sudah memahami bidang itu.
Dan ketika kamu melakukan apa yang jadi passion kamu, kamu pasti bakalan enjoy ketika menjadikannya sebagai bisnis kamu.
Lagipula ini akan menghemat waktu, karena kamu nggak perlu repot-repot melakukan riset pasar.
Kamu sudah tahu jasa atau produk apa yang bakalan bisa kamu jual, apa kekurangan dan kelebihannya, dan siapa yang jadi target marketnya.

Intinya, usahakan untuk berbisnis di bidang yang kamu pahami.
Fokus di situ. Kemungkinan besar akan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat untung.
Jangan asal ikut-ikutan orang lain. Hanya karena orang lain sukses bisnis di bidang tertentu, lalu kamu ikuti juga di bidang yang sama.

2. Lakukan Promosi, Tapi Jangan Promosi Menggunakan Pihak Ketiga

Maksudnya apa, nih?
Maksudnya, kalau modalmu pas-pasan, jangan lakukan promosi pake Agency atau Konsultan.

3. Pelajari Media Sosial Dan Gunakanlah
Nah, ini masih erat hubungannya dengan tips bisnis nomor 2 di atas.
Pebisnis zaman now, tentunya harus punya media sosial, ya!
Karena media modern ini bisa jadi senjata yang sangat ampuh dan murah buat promosi.
Bahkan bisa dibilang, nyaris GRATIS!
Yang namanya bisnis di zaman now, emang nggak butuh keluar banyak uang untuk promosi.
Ini kan era teknologi digital.
Ada internet, ada WhatsApp.
Jadi manfaatkanlah teknologi itu.
Bikin grup WA yang ada kaitannya dengan bisnis kamu, dan selipkan promo kamu di situ.

Mendiang Om Bob tentunya pebisnis zaman old, tapi dia tetap setuju soal penggunaan medsos untuk sarana promosi.
Om Bob bilang kalau sosial media itu emang praktis banget kalo digunakan untuk membantu aktifitas promosi bisnismu.
Media Sosial di internet seperti Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, atau Twitter bisa digunakan untuk mempromosikan bisnismu secara GRATIS!
Tapi untuk Facebook, ada juga sarana iklan berbayarnya yang biasa disebut Facebook Ads.

4. Kasih Tau Teman-temanmu Bahwa Kamu Punya Bisnis

Ini masih bagian dari promosi, sih.
Cuma seringkali lupa dilakukan, atau malah sengaja dilupakan dengan alasan malu karena bisnisnya masih kecil.
Jangan malu! Semua bisnis besar itu dimulai dari bisnis kecil.
Google yang jadi raksasa internet itu, dulunya juga hanya dimulai di sebuah garasi rumah.
Amazon dan Facebook juga awalnya dijalankan dari rumah.

Tapi, itu kan bisnis internet, kalau bisnis barang fisik yang offline, kan nggak bisa gitu?
Kata siapa? Walt Disney, Harley Davidson dan perusahaan printer dan computer merk HP juga awalnya cuma bisnis rumahan.
KemChicks punya Bob Sadino itu juga awalnya cuma jualan telur dari rumah ke rumah.
Banyak kok bisnis besar yang awalnya hanya bisnis kecil-kecilan. Coba aja, cari kisahnya di internet.

Pokoknya jangan malu, kalau promo ke teman-temanmu.
Kenapa promosi ke teman-temanmu ini penting?
Karena kalo mereka tau bahwa kamu punya bisnis, maka ada 2 kemungkinan baik yang bisa terjadi.
Pertama, temanmu itu bisa jadi pelanggan kamu.
Kedua, mereka bisa saja jadi partner bisnis kamu.
Tapi jangan maksa-maksa juga, ya!
Promosilah dengan elegan dan sopan.

Kalo ada kemungkinan baik, berarti ada kemungkinan buruk juga, dong?
Ya, iyalah. Namanya juga dunia.
Kemungkinan buruknya, ya.., kamu ditolak, di-nyinyir-in, dihina, bahkan dicaci-maki.
Tapi, ya biar aja. Cuekin aja lah.
Toh, mereka juga nggak kasih kamu makan.
Mereka nggak kasih anak-anak kamu makan.
Mereka nggak tanggung biaya sekolah anak-anak kamu.
Mereka nggak tanggung biaya kontrakan rumah kamu.
Mereka nggak bayar tagihan rumah sakitnya, jika kamu atau anggota keluarga kamu sakit. Kecuali nyumbang dikit. Itu juga kalo mereka punya kedekatan sama kamu.
Yang namanya manusia, pasti ada aja yang begitu. Yang nggak kasih support ke kamu, tapi malah nyinyir doang!

Jadi fokuslah pada teman-temanmu yang tertarik pada bisnismu.
Baik yang berniat jadi pelanggan produkmu, maupun yang tertarik untuk jadi investor kamu.
Yang nyinyir, nggak usah dipikir. Bisa jadi mereka itu akan datang padamu kelak ketika kamu sudah sukses, karena butuh pekerjaan atau hanya sekedar pingin uangmu.

Teruslah memperluas network atau jaringan bisnismu.
Jika ada temanmu yang bisa membantu kamu untuk mengembangkan bisnismu, buatlah dia untung, bukan hanya kamu saja yang untung.
Yah, simbiosis mutualisme lah.
Buatlah bisnismu terkenal di kalangan teman-temanmu.

5. Buatlah Daftar Prioritas

Ini ada kaitan erat dengan urusan cashflow bisnismu.
Semua bisnis pasti ada modal lah, ya.
Kalo nggak modal duit, ya modal tenaga.
Nah, kalo modalnya duit, maka wajib hukumnya untuk menjaga cashflow.
Oleh sebab itu, maka membuat daftar prioritas jadi penting.
Kamu harus tau, mana proyek-proyek yang jadi prioritas kamu dan harus dilakukan dalam waktu dekat, serta berapa anggaran biaya untuk itu.
Kalo kamu nggak bikin daftar prioritasnya, kondisi keuangan bisnismu bisa kacau-balau.

Kok, bisa?
Ya, bisa.
Misalnya gini, kamu kan punya kegiatan promosi.
Nah, kegiatan ini, kalau nggak kamu patok anggarannya, maka bisa-bisa malah jadi nggak terkontrol.
Ada acara ini, disponsori. Ada acara itu disponsori. Buka booth di sana dan di sini. Asal promo sana-sini dengan alasan biar produkmu terkenal.
Di kemudian hari baru tersadar, ternyata udah habis banyak biaya buat promo tapi nggak penah ada hasil yang signifikan. Yang ada malah rugi.

Makanya, harus ada prioritas.
Mana yang lebih penting?
Menjaga stock barang, melancarkan dan mempersingkat jalur distribusi, atau promosi?
Semua itu tentunya hanya kamu yang tau.
Yang penting harus kamu patok anggarannya, biar bisa kamu kontrol.

6. Jangan Keburu Nafsu Pinjam Duit Ke Bank
Kalau untuk bisnis modal kecil, usahakan untuk tidak pinjam ke bank.
Saran dari Bob Sadino sih, mendingan kamu ajak saudara atau teman untuk investasi di bisnismu.
Tapi pemilik bisnisnya harus tetap kamu lho, ya!
Nah, kalo bisnismu dah ada untung, jangan lupa bagi hasil dengan mereka.
Kalau bisnismu bangkrut, ya mereka harus bisa paham dan bersedia menanggung rugi juga.

Dengan cara seperti ini, sama juga dengan mereka menanam saham di perusahaanmu.
Kalo kinerja perusahaan bagus, maka harga sahamnya naik, investor dapat banyak deviden.
Kalo kinerja perusahaan buruk, harga saham turun, ya investor nggak dapet apa-apa.

Kalo bisnismu bangkrut, maka investor cuma bisa gigit jari.
Tapi kalau bisnismu berkembang pesat, tidak menutup kemungkinan mereka akan tambah dana investasi mereka.

7. Modal Pas-pasan, Ya Harus Kerja Keras, Biar Hasilnya Memuaskan
Nah, ini tips bisnis ala Bob Sadino yang kelihatannya sederhana, tapi susah banget untuk dikerjakan.
Nggak banyak orang yang mau kerja keras membangun bisnisnya sendiri.
Kalo orang yang bersedia bekerja keras membangun bisnisnya orang lain malah banyak.
Soalnya, mereka dapet gaji bulanan, kan?
Kalo nggak mau kerja keras, bisa dipecat sama bosnya. Hehehehe...
Yang paling banyak, ya orang-orang yang pinginnya hanya pake modal kecil, nggak pake kerja keras, hasilnya berlipat-lipat dari modalnya.
Mana adaaaa.....?

MLM yang seringkali disamakan dengan para penjual mimpi saja butuh kerja keras untuk jual produknya, rekrut orang kesana-kemari dan presentasi kesana-kesini.
Money Game, yang sering berkedok MLM, tapi nggak pernah jelas ada produknya atau tidak. Itu saja masih harus kerja keras, rekrut orang sana-sini. Karena kalo nggak rekrut orang, mana bisa dapat uang. Kan, yang dimakan uang downline-nya! Kalo nggak dapat downline, ya nggak makan!
Kalo mau investasi kelas menengah seperti Reksadana misalnya, tetap aja butuh modal yang lumayan banyak dan hasilnya juga nggak mungkin bisa berlipat-lipat dari modalnya. Paling setahun sekitar 15%. Jadi baru bisa balik modal setelah sekitar 7 tahun, kalo lancar. Itu aja untuk Reksadana Saham yang tingkat resikonya tinggi. Kalo Reksadana Pendapatan Tetap, paling sekitar 8% setahun.

Intinya, kalo kata Om Bob, kalo udah tau modalnya kecil, ya bekerja keraslah!
Masih kata beliau, "Kamu harus punya prinsip begini: Modal Kecil + Kerja Keras = Hasil Memuaskan."

Jadi nggak ada untung besar tanpa kerja keras.
Coba diingat lagi. Bagaimana Bob Sadino mulai membangun bisnisnya saat beliau dalam kondisi yang benar-benar susah, hingga akhirnya meninggal dunia dengan mewariskan bisnis besar untuk anaknya.
Jadi kalo kamu belum siap dengan hal itu, mending pertahankan pekerjaanmu dulu lah, ya.
Atau kalau kamu mau melatih mentalmu biar jadi mental pengusaha, cobalah dulu usaha kecil-kecilan tapi yang tidak mengganggu pekerjaan utamamu.
Nanti kalau sekiranya hasilnya sudah STABIL, sebulan hampir bisa dipastikan minimal dapat laba sekitar 2x lipat dari gaji kamu, dan mental kamu sudah cukup kuat dan yakin bisnismu adalah bisnis yang bisa bertahan dalam jangka panjang, maka boleh aja kamu terjun full, 100% jadi pengusaha.

Ingat baik-baik, pengusaha itu cobaannya banyak.
Ketika kamu sudah memutuskan untuk terjun jadi pengusaha, bisa aja setahun kemudian kamu bangkrut karena satu dan lain hal.
Keluargamu mau makan apa?
Nah, sudah siap menghadapi hal kek gitu, belum?
Kalo belum siap, mending tetep jadi pekerja aja.
Jadi pegawai negeri jauh lebih enak.
Tiap bulan gajian.
Gaji didapat dari pajak rakyat.
Selama negeri ini berdiri, kamu nggak akan kehilangan gaji kamu.
Kecuali kamu melakukan pelanggaran seperti korupsi atau bolos kerja sampai 46 hari.

8. Jangan Bosan Dan Mudah Menyerah
Masalah akan selalu datang.
Jangan bosan untuk menghadapinya.
Emang sudah nasib pengusaha begitu.
Bisnis gak selamanya untung terus dan berjalan lancar.
Bisnis itu ibarat roda berputar, kadang di atas, kadang di bawah.
Jangan mudah menyerah ketika diterjang masalah.
Jangan lantas cari bisnis baru hanya karena bisnis yang sedang berjalan banyak dirundung masalah.
Coba cari solusi dan terobosan baru untuk menghadapinya.
Tapi kalo bisnismu yang sekarang udah nggak jamannya lagi, alias udah kuno, ya jangan ragu untuk pindah ke bisnis baru.
Kalau masalah yang muncul disebabkan karena bisnismu sudah nggak relevan dengan zaman now, seperti bisnis rental DVD, misalnya, ya jangan ragu untuk menutupnya.
Yang namanya teknologi itu cepet banget bergantinya.
Kalau bisnismu terkait teknologi, ya kamu harus sering update dan upgrade pengetahuanmu, biar nggak ketinggalan info dan bisa segera ambil keputusan penting untuk menghadapi masalah yang mungkin akan muncul menghantam bisnismu di kemudian hari.

9. Sabar Dan Doa
Semua bisnis butuh proses sebelum benar-benar bisa menghasilkan return yang relatif stabil.
Seperti orang bikin rumah, pondasinya harus kuat dulu.
Begitu juga dengan membangun bisnis, ada pondasi yang harus dibangun agar bisnismu nanti nggak cuma seumur jagung.
Kem Chicks punya Om Bob juga nggak dibangun dalam sehari langsung jadi.
Semua ada prosesnya.
Bersabarlah menjalani prosesnya.
Semua akan indah pada waktunya.
Dan jangan lupa berdoa agar bisnis kita berkah.

10. Stop Bikin Rencana! MELANGKAHLAH!

Kata Om Bob,“Stop Bikin Rencana! MELANGKAHLAH! Bisnis itu cuma modal dengkul. Bahkan jika kamu gak punya dengkul, pinjam punya orang lain.”
Sepertinya asal ngomong aja, ya?
Kayaknya yang ngomong sesat pikir, ya?
Tapi jangan salah! Ini omongan orang yang sudah terbukti berhasil membangun bisnis dari jualan telur ayam negeri secara door-to-door sampai jadi bisnis sebesar Kem Chicks.
Dan masih ada 4 bisnis lainnya yang nggak kalah besar.
Ada KemFood, KemFarm, KemTravel dan The Mansion at Kemang.
Beliau bukan pebisnis kemarin sore.
Ngomongnya nggak mungkin sembarangan.
Dia ngomong apapun, maka reputasi dan kredibilitasnya dia pertaruhkan.

Juga jangan dikira mudah untuk jualan telur ayam negeri pada waktu itu.
Waktu itu telur ayam negeri belum menjadi barang umum seperti sekarang.
Telur ayam negeri masih kalah pamor dengan telur ayam kampung.
Orang-orang Indonesia disekitar tempat tinggal Om Bob, nggak ada yang mau beli telur itu, yang mau beli malah bule-bule expatriat yang tinggal di situ.
Ini pengakuan Om Bob sendiri.

Jadi yang paling penting adalah MELANGKAH!
Daripada banyak berfikir lebih baik banyak melangkah.
Yang penting kamu siap mental dan serius dalam menjalani bisnis kamu.

Apple's iPhone update in the autumn of 2018 could see three or even four new iPhones launch at the same time.
Whether it’s called the iPhone XI, the iPhone X2 or something else altogether, Apple is sure to follow up the iPhone X with a similarly premium model in 2018.

It’s now well-known that Apple has been slowing down iPhones as they age, but if you’re worried that the same thing will be done to the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus you might not need to be, as the company has suggested that it may not need to throttle them.

The slowing of phones was to prevent unexpected shutdowns, but The Verge reports that in a letter responding to questions from Senator John Thune, Apple said:

"iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X models include hardware updates that allow a more advanced performance management system that more precisely allows iOS to anticipate and avoid an unexpected shutdown."

That comment doesn’t explicitly say that no throttling will occur, but it suggests it may not be necessary, or may not be as extreme if it is.

Money back
In related news, Engadget reports that Apple has also said that it’s “exploring” the possibility that customers who’ve paid full price for a battery replacement could get a rebate to cover the cost above the $29/£25 fee that’s being charged now that Apple’s throttling has come to light.

That’s down from $79/£79, though only applies to the iPhone 6 and beyond as earlier handsets weren’t throttled.

That’s far from a confirmation that this will happen, but it means there’s a possibility you’ll get some money back if you’ve paid full price.

And if you’re worried that your phone is being throttled that’s already been addressed, as Apple is giving you the option to turn the ‘feature’ off as part of an iOS update.

The iPhone X is the huge leap forward that Apple's handsets needed. Aside from the original iPhone in 2007, this new iPhone is set to have the biggest impact on Apple’s smartphone direction ever. Apple itself is calling it the future of the smartphone, the embodiment of what it’s been trying to achieve for a decade. But while the iPhone X is all about premium parts and an all-new experience, it’s a huge gamble for the Cupertino brand too as it tries to reclaim some leadership in smartphone innovation.

Losing known, reliable elements like the Touch ID fingerprint scanner, the home button; introducing new methods of navigating and unlocking the phone – and charging a lot more for the privilege – seems risky for a company that was already treading new ground by doing away with the traditional headphone jack last year.

But the iPhone X is the handset we’ve been demanding from Apple for years – a world away from the increasingly-tired designs that those who just want a new iPhone have had to make do with.

The fervor around this phone tells that story – everyone wants to know if the new iPhone X is worth having, partly because it actually represents a new iPhone, and that fervor is such that they don’t seem to care about the cost.

So… is the iPhone X worth having? Will it change the direction of an industry where many of the specs Apple has put in – wireless charging, bezel-less displays and face recognition – are already on the market?

Can Apple put all this together in the way that just works, and create the greatest iPhone of all time?

It’s almost pointless to discuss the price of the iPhone X – it’s the most expensive flagship phone on the market, but iPhone users are more willing than most to look past cost.

But, while the focus here is going to be on the technology, we still need to at least mention the price and release date.

The iPhone X costs $999 / £999 / AU$1,579 for the basic, 64GB model. If you want the larger 256GB model it’s going to cost you $1,149 / £1,149 / AU$1,829 for the privilege.

Word is that Apple is looking at a cheaper variant for 2018, as it looks to bring the bezel-less form factor to a lower-cost, non-OLED variant... but that's strictly rumor for now.

The initial issues with stock are now over, and you can grab the handset in a a number of ways - with the iPhone X colors pretty limited this year, and the option of two storage sizes your main choices.

The first thing you’ll notice about the new iPhone is hard to miss: the new screen blazes into your eyes the second you pick up the handset.

The 5.8-inch OLED display is, quite simply, the best thing Apple has ever crammed into an iPhone. It’s leaps ahead of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus for so many reasons: the sharpness, the quality, the fact that it fills the whole front of the phone, and the color reproduction.

It’s also using a new, longer, screen, but while it looks larger than the iPhone 8 Plus’ 5.5-inch display on paper, it’s only marginally bigger in terms of actual screen real estate – it’s just stretched upwards.

OLED technology means you’re getting deeper blacks and more blinding whites, so everything from websites to the photos you take will look a little better.

Some will point to the fact that Samsung has been using OLED screens on its phones since the first Galaxy, but Apple counters that by saying it’s only now that the technology is good enough for its phones.

On the face of it that sounds defensive, but when you use the iPhone X you can see it’s a screen that’s incredibly, well, Apple.

It’s not the sharpest or most colorful screen on a smartphone, but it’s clean, crisp and doesn’t suffer from terrible color shifts when you move it around. It’s a great display to look at, and that’s what you want on a phone.

It's also been dubbed the best in the world, by the esteemed DisplayMate testing, showing that it's the brightest and more color-accurate OLED on the market and good off-centre brightness shifts - showing Apple can tune the tech from Samsung really well.

The term ‘bezel-less’ has been bandied about for the iPhone X, but that doesn’t really tell the right story. Yes, there are slight bands around the edges of the screen, but they don’t mar the experience – they give the fingers something to land on, preventing accidental touches of the screen.

Apple could reduce these further in the future and offer a more visually-appealing iPhone, but on the X the experience is still striking.

Talking of visual appeal, the notch at the top of the iPhone X is something that’s going to divide opinion, and that’s fair. Apple has taken this little chunk out of the top of the screen to house the new TrueDepth camera, and it encroaches on the display.

In portrait mode it’s hard to notice it’s there, and the way the notifications bar spills around it is nice.

However, place the phone in landscape mode and it’s far more noticeable; it’s an irritant when you’re watching movies, as when we wanted to expand them to fill the screen (one of the real beauties of having a longer display) elements of the action were cut out by the notch.

The longer screen is also thinner though - this means there's less real estate for typing. We didn't notice this at the start, but when flipping between the X and an older iPhone, you'll really see there's less space for your digits to tap onto.

While we’re talking about that longer screen, the 18:9 format is something we’ve seen on a number of other phones this year, and in the Android world the apps are largely encoded to fill the display just fine.

On the iPhone X, however, that’s not the case, with many apps we used packing massive black bars above and below the display. That's quickly started to improve though, and each day more apps update for the longer screen.

The issue with apps using the black bars is that it makes the iPhone X look like any other handset from Apple - even an iPhone 3GS – and given the screen is the main visual differentiator on this phone, and you want every app to fill the display nicely. There are now very few apps left that have these bars above and below, with most expanding the screen to fill the whole front of the phone and curve around the notch.

The new display on the iPhone X also showcases a new feature for Apple: HDR playback. The phone can show movies encoded in the HDR10 and Dolby Vision formats, and combined with the OLED display the images offer so much more depth and realistic color reproduction.

If you’re watching a scene with explosions in it, the effect is incredible on the iPhone X – much like with all OLED screens.

However, it’s inherently harder to make out detail in darker scenes in HDR movies – that’s something you’ll need to adjust to.

Compared to the LCD screen of the iPhone 8 Plus, there are times when you can see less of the action, but compare them side by side and you’ll see that the overall richness, depth and quality for watching movies is just higher on the iPhone X.

Like the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, the X uses a True Tone display, which mimics the lighting conditions around it and will adjust the white balance accordingly. It’s not a reason to buy the phone on its own, but it’s a really premium little extra that you’ll grow to like.

Verdict
The iPhone X was a huge gamble from Apple, but one that really paid off. Losing the home button and altering the design was a dangerous move, but one that was sorely needed after years of similarity and the premium design, extra power, all-screen front mix together to create - by far - the best iPhone Apple's ever made. It's impossible to give a perfect score to something that costs this much - but this is the closest to smartphone perfection Apple has ever got.

Mystic Rainwater Collection System 14209 by Oatey

The Mystic rainwater collection system is used to recycle rainwater by directing rainwater from downspouts into collection barrels (not included) for re use in lawn and garden watering. The Mystic is easily installed and will fit on a standard 2'' by 3'' residential downspout. Step by step instructions are included along with a 4' high flow hose to connect the diverter to the collection container. The 2 piece design is made of durable, UV resistant material and can be painted to match the downspout color.

I just purchased this ahead of a projected rainy weekend in Utah, which is a rarity in the second driest state. I measured exactly and ended up cutting out 6 1/2 inches of gutter vs. what the recommendation was. This allowed me to use the same hole for the gutter strap but regardless it is easy to push the sheet metal screw from the strap through the gutter to make a new hole if needed. I started with a Dremel tool to make the cut but a hacksaw was easier all around. Place cardboard behind the gutter before you cut and be patient, the back cut is the slowest. Took about 3-5 minutes per cut. Make sure you are above the top of your rain barrel. The hose that comes with it I am sure is fine but I used the corrugated hose that came with my rain barrels because it won't collapse and the black is less obtrusive.
I filled both 55 gallon barrels in about 8 hours. Would have been much time less had I waited for the heavier rain that came overnight. My barrels are not the sealed type and so I can either divert the extra runoff away from the house with the hose from the barrel or use the plug that comes with the unit to winterized it. I chose to plug it until the next storm because the runoff from the downspout goes into my garden. It works exactly as others have said. The water sticks to the inside wall of the gutter and thus diverts easily to the barrels. Very little comes down the downspout until the barrels are full. I don't remember if it said this anywhere but obviously you can have it divert to either side.

These are the 2nd set of diverters that I've had. My first ones were powder coated metal and were a lousy fit and poor design. These are a great fit. I need to paint them to match the down spouts, but they work great. First 1/4" of rain we had after I installed them, all my 50 gal barrels were full.
I see where some people are skeptical about the small interior trough for catching rain. The water running down the inside of the downspout mostly clings to the side. Note that the upper section should not slide too high onto the downspout. It should stop no lower than the plastic seam, else the water will break surface tension and miss the collection trough.
I've also noted some people complaining about the white tubing that comes bent up in the package. It does take a day or so "relaxing" in the sun to soften it up, but I'm delighted with it after that. It has a 1-1/4" inside diameter so any plastic tubing connectors will work with it. Oatey gives you plenty of it, and I was very happy with it. Note my pictures of a couple different installations.

This is a great rainwater diverter! It works well and is reasonably easy to install. If you have metal gutters it can be a little difficult cutting out the back part of the gutter but its not terribly frustrating or even time consuming. I'd also like to address a common comment mentioned in both the questions and reviews.

To Connect this to a Blue 55 Gallon Food Barrel:

Buy a 3/4 x 1/2 Reducing Male Adapter at your hardware store. (See the picture below)
Buy a small hose clamp. (See the picture below)
The threaded end of the PVC Adapter will fit in the smaller hole in your lid.
Place the Hose Clamp around the Enclosed Tubing.
Place the tubing over the other end of the adapter and secure the clamp.

This filled an entire 55 gallon on the first mild rain we had. Realize however that the amount of water you collect is influenced by a lot of different factors including how much guttering you have and how many other down spouts are available.

My only complaint about this product would be the tubing. It is very stiff and somewhat kinked. Overall I would much prefer something a little easier to work with. However given that it still collected a large amount of water and handled overflow correctly I can't complain too much.

I have six 40 gal. oak colored barrels that I purchased more than a year ago, but when the oak colored barrel is $33 more than the green barrel, and is otherwise identical, guess what color my additional two barrels are. We have a front yard fountain and live in an area with very hard water, so I didn't want to have to clean hard water deposits from the fountain and mess up the pump, so I cycle rain water through the fountain. I have three interconnected barrels per downspout in the backyard which only take about a two hour rain to fill them all. You have to elevate the barrels to get a jug or bucket under the spouts. Mine are elevated about 10-12 inches with block. One inch rubber hose with worm gear hose clamps connect the barrels (better than the "kits" they sell). Each barrel is about 1/2 inch lower than the one before it in line. The last barrel in line has a overflow return back to the downspout which sends the overflow to the street. Oh yeah, those little holes in the front?--I plugged them to force the overflow to go to the next barrel in line. Sure saves on the water bill !

Excellent barrel. Just installed this with a diverter as shown in my pic here. I highly recommend the diverter so you can divert water to the regular downspout during winter. Also, when there is heavy rain you can divert a slower amount into the barrel so it doesn't overwhelm the screen. The screen is meant to keep mosquitos out so it doesn't allow a lot of water to enter the barrel without overflowing the top of the barrel. I plan on just using my regular downspout when there will be heavy rain. If you don't use the diverter just make sure the ground around the barrel will drain excess water away from your foundation. Since my ground does slope away a little bit I didn't bother attaching an overflow drain. I will just let the overflow drain down the barrel's front overflow screen.

I'll start with 5 stars. Will update next season.
We have an unhappy reviewer stating poor quality simply based on the overflow nipple. Seriously? Another reviewer is unhappy because he left it outside in the "prolonged" winter and the bottom cracked. Since he had it for like a year and a half, he is upset because the warranty of 30 days was not extended to cover his loss. Did he leave water in it to freeze and expand?
The barrel is plastic. Empty it in the fall if you have cold winters. Put it in a protected area. A garage or a shed. Toss it in your basement. It only weighs 22 pounds. If you leave it outside, cover it to keep out rain water and stop the UV light from deteriorating the plastic and bleaching the color. Take some responsibility!
This barrel cannot be used with the automatic type of rainwater collection pipe (Mystic Rainwater Collection System).
This must be used by simply pointing your existing downspout into the top of the barrel. So yes, overflow will exit the cutout on the top front of the barrel spilling down the front. Connect a hose to it. There are also 2 additional connection nipples located near the top towards the back. They are capped with rubber caps. Remove the caps, secure a piece of hose to each nipple and point the hose away from the structure.
I don't really understand, hopefully someone will explain, the huge price differential with the same products sold by the same sellers on this site. I purchased my barrel a couple of weeks ago. The price was 67 bucks and there was a coupon for 8 bucks. No shipping charge. So my cost was 59 bucks. Today I see this barrel priced at 87 with 2 bucks for shipping. Are the lower prices simply sale prices or is there some other more devious plan going on here.
If you can get this barrel at the lower price, go for it. For 90 bucks, a better barrel can be found.

I've been wanting a pair of Sorel "Joan of Arctic" boots for a while, but didn't like the lace up so when I saw the Lea boot with no laces, I jumped on it. This boot has exceeded my expectations so far. I commute to Philadelphia for work and walk a lot, in different types of weather so I was looking for something waterproof/snowproof but stylish enough to wear with business suits. This boot fits the bill and will look great with jeans, too.
The boots arrived and I noticed that initially they were tight in the mid-foot area, and I have a narrowish foot to begin with. However, I'm happy to report that after wearing them around the house for a day with a pair of socks, they are perfectly comfortable. I usually wear a size 8, sometimes a 7.5, I got the 7.5 and they are perfect.
Today I took them for their first test drive - I walked 20 blocks to work from the furthest train station. This is a big risk for a pair of new boots, but I am delighted to say they are VERY comfortable and supportive. No blisters, chafing, and I had to keep looking down to see if I was really walking on heels, because it doesn't feel that way. At 53 years old, I can really appreciate boots that are comfy and stylish since normally I just go for stylish! Already got my first compliment on them, too. Beautiful boots! The gray color is just like pictures. They run very narrow. I usually wear a 6, 6.5 in most shoes and boots but I really want to wear thick socks so I went with a 7. They are a little long but tight around the ball of my foot. There is plenty of room in the toe and the heal. If you have a narrow foot I would say they are true to your normal size. My feet are average not wide. I’d recommend recommend trying a 1/2 to 1 size larger with this boot if you want to wear thick socks. As for the hight of the heal it’s very comfortable. I worked for 6 hours with them on, no problem. It’s very snowy here now and I felt sure footed walking around in snow, ice and slush. I don’t see any water or salt damage to the leather and no scuffing yet but I have only had them for 3 days. The tightness in the boot has loosened a bit. I would definitely recommend these boots and if I could afford it I would buy them in every color. - Robin D

These boots (Sorel Lea Wedge) are super cute! But they are NARROW. And not the kind of narrow that can be fixed by going up a half size. I comfortably wear an 8.5W in Bob's/Carlos (by Carlos Santana)/etc and a 9M in all other shoes, including a pair of Sorel rain boots that I finally destroyed this season. I ordered a 9 for the first pair and MY GOODNESS they were tight. There was no way I was going to be able to wear them. I then ordered a 9.5 (I have never worn a 9.5 in any shoe in my life), and while I was able to get those onto my feet when I wasn't wearing socks (just a bit tight, but not unmanageable I thought), I was completely unable to pull them on when I was wearing thin, dress socks. Such a shame because they were super adorable! If you don't have a wide foot, I completely recommend them. But if you do, purchase with caution. - Kaay. Dee. Kay

I just want to know what mesothelioma is. When looking for that information, I have discovered something horrible about it. So, what is mesothelioma actually? Below are snippets of information from wikipedia:

Mesothelioma (or, more precisely, malignant mesothelioma) is a rare form of cancer that develops from transformed cells originating in the mesothelium, the protective lining that covers many of the internal organs of the body. It is usually caused by exposure to asbestos.

The most common anatomy site for the development of mesothelioma is the pleura (the outer lining of the lungs and internal chest wall), but it can also arise in the peritoneum (the lining of the abdominal cavity), and the pericardium (the sac that surrounds the heart), or the tunica vaginalis (a sac that surrounds the testis).

Most people who develop mesothelioma have worked in jobs where they inhaled asbestos, or were exposed to asbestos dust and fibers in other ways. It has also been suggested that washing clothes of a family member who worked with asbestos increases their risk for developing mesothelioma. Unlike lung cancer, there seems to be no association between mesothelioma and tobacco smoking, but smoking greatly increases the risk of other asbestos-induced cancers. Some people who were exposed to asbestos have collected damages for asbestos-related disease, including mesothelioma. Compensation via asbestos funds or class action lawsuits is an important issue in law practices regarding mesothelioma.

Signs and symptoms of mesothelioma include shortness of breath due to pleural effusion (fluid between the lung and the chest wall) or chest wall pain, and constitutional signs such as unexplained weight loss. The diagnosis may be suspected with chest X-ray and CT scan, but must be confirmed pathologically with a biopsy (removing a sample of the suspicious tissue) and microscopic examination. A thoracoscopy (inserting a tube with a camera into the chest) can be used to acquire biopsy material, and allows the introduction of substances such as talc to obliterate the pleural space (a procedure called pleurodesis), preventing more fluid from accumulating and pressing on the lung. Despite treatment with chemotherapy, radiation therapy or sometimes surgery, the disease carries a poor prognosis. Research about screening tests for the early detection of mesothelioma is ongoing.

Readbud Is A Scam

About 7 months ago, I attended a PTC program called Readbud. I just wanted to know whether Readbud scam or not, because few reviews about it. I found some proof of payment on the internet, although they look suspicious. However, very few who say that Readbud is a scam.

Around last November, I reached the promised payout value, and I do redeem, but in fact until now there is no money coming from Readbud into my Paypal account. Even when I asked the admin, no reply at all. Well, now I have proven myself that Readbud is a scam.

To the friends who had signed up through my link in my previous post, entitled Work At Home And Get Paid To Read Articles: I apologize for that.

This is a lesson for me that everything looked "To Good To Be True" is probably a scam.

Tonight I'm trying to access some websites, but that appears in the address bar always following URL address: http://urlseek60.vmn.net/search.php?tbn=panda2_0dn&type=dns&v=10062&q=www.WEBSITENAME.com, just like the image above.
And the page that appears displaying the words: "Sorry, we can't find "www.WEBSITENAME.com". Please check the spelling of the web address." and some PPC ads from clkads.com and Yahoo Search at the bottom of the page. When I click on the words at the bottom-left that says "Click here to disable the Domain Advisor", nothing happen.

I think Firefox is trouble or my computer infected with malware or spyware. After I have studied, it turns out this error is not due to malware, spyware or trouble in Firefox, but because the Toolbar of Panda Cloud Antivirus. I think the filter on the Toolbar that has problems.

A few days ago, I was installing Panda Cloud Antivirus because I want to know the performance of antivirus that uses the method which they called the "Cloud", which they said would not burden the computer because we no longer need to download the update files, all files updated will be on a central server, and Panda Cloud Antivirus will work automatically when the computer is connected to the internet.

Well, after 2-3 days of free Antivirus is installed, the above-mentioned problem arises. So I decide to uninstall Panda Cloud Antivirus. And there is no longer an annoying problem as I have told above.

This new extension for Firefox gives the user full - access to other Internet surfer's accounts, including Amazon.com, Twitter, Facebook, Dropbox, e-mail account, Google, Yahoo, and Foursquare. Of course this is illegal because accessing a computer without authorization is a federal crime according to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986.

Through his website, Butler said that the hack was intended to highlight how the website compromise users' personal information. "This is a widely known problem that has been talked about to death, but very popular website continues to fail in protecting their users," said Butler.

Firesheep using the same public WiFi networks to steal cookies in real time from Internet surfers browsing session. Firesheep will livestream for the user a series of links to various sites with passwords and logins enabled, as people access their accounts.

Is Firesheep steal data from Firefox users only?
Firesheep takes private cookies from other browsers, like Internet Explorer, Safari, and Chrome, although this add-on is only for Mozilla Firefox.

What is the Mozilla's stance on Firesheep break out?
Firefox director Mike Beltzner said that security flaws in other websites are not the company's responsible. "Firesheep is an add-on for Firefox is created and distributed by third party developers.
