When running on harder grounds, there is pain. Perhaps there is an old injury causing the pain in the (right) ankle?

When tibia and fibula breaks, it's common that the smaller bones in the foot also are injured.

Many years ago I used to eat lunch here almost every day of the week. Always the same, I can still remember the order "En 90-grammare med mos, dressing och lökketchup, sallad och tomat".

Scottish Highland Cattle at Kullaberg

Abusing the filter options in Cinelerra. Cinelerra has native export to mpeg-4, h264 and other formats, but i can't get it to write a proper (i.e. Quicktime Player-compatible) .MOV. So, this was rendered from Cinelerra to a Quicktime Movie-container with PCM-sound and MJPEG-video. Compressing, cropping and resizing was made in ffmpeg, like this:
