The recipe is easy. Pour one quart of water over three Earl Grey tea bags in a quart jar. (Hang the strings over the lip of the jar so you can fish the tea bags out later.) Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, press the tea out of the tea bags with a spoon and discard the tea bags. Voila.
