The weight loss niche is still a very big money maker. Especially this time of year with summer approaching and people worried about how they will look in swimsuits.

There are a lot of weight loss products that you can become an affiliate of and promote. But I find that a big problem with ANY affiliate program is trying to make the minimum for cash out.

How much I have to earn to make cash out is a very big factor I use in choosing what programs I want to be affiliated with. So when I decided to do some work in the weight loss market, I decided, right up front, NOT to affiliate with just one product.

Instead, I wanted an affiliate that offered several weight loss products. That way I could easily duplicate sites, formats, etc, each promoting one weight loss product and yet have all the earnings fall into one pocket for quicker and easier cash out.

So ask yourself: What kind of 'Call to Action' statements are on your website?

Once you clearly show your website visitor that you understand their wants and needs, what do you do to close the deal? What is your call to action?

Be assertive! Guide your site visitor. Tell them what needs to be done. Tell them how they need to act. Call them to action.

What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is special code that you are given when you sign up as an affiliate.

Once you decide on which vendor or vendors you want to promote, you need to register as an Affiliate.

Once your registration is accepted, you will be given a special code that is your ID for that affiliate. It is very important that you include this in your links to the vendor's site. It what separates you from everyone else and it is what will earn you money if your visitor makes a purchase.

Coding your link to the vendor's site is very easy. When you log on as an affiliate, and pick a product or products to promote, the site will give you the code that you need. Just use this code and you are all set.

Normally I don't promote ClickBank products. Yes, some are very good products but I find it hard to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Website Design – Fulfill Your Visitors’ 10 Second Need

You need to grab and hold your site visitors’ attention within 10 seconds. If you don’t, they’ll move onto another site. So how do you do that?

Start by putting yourself in the midset of your site visitor. What information would you want if you were visiting your own site? The better you an answer that question, the better your chance of having your visitor bookmark your site, contact you, or fill out a form.

Made the assumption you don’t have enough information, as a site visitor, to make an informed decision. Talk to your visitor in terms they understand. Offer them some insight or information. Tell them to click for more info or to give you a call.

But they will only take action if you have built some level of trust and understanding. You site should make your visitor feel confident that you understand their wants, needs, problems, etc. One way not to accomplish this is by using saying the same old thing used on other websites. BORING! And boring loses. Your site needs to address issues that appeal to your customer and, if it does that, your visitor with stop and stay.

Before you start a new website or sit down with your coder, ask yourself a few questions. Start to think about what your audience is looking for.

Do they want immediate answers and solutions? Probably. These visitors are people very much like you...using the internet more than any other type of media to get answers to their questions. If your page doesn't get their attention within 8 - 10 seconds, chances are they will move on and you've lost them.

People take very little time to read what is on a web site. They need information and they want it fast. They don't have the time or want to listen to wordy descriptions or comments.

Think about what they want. Information? Quick fix? A bargain? A large selection? A phone number? Once you make your list of what you believe your visitors are looking for, have all the answers handy BEFORE starting your site design.

NO WAY!
