We're Moving!

Hey, y'all!!

I have been working on moving the blog to a new platform! It's been a long time coming, and I finally decided to take the plunge. I have some technical issues to address and a few more tweaks to make, but I'm really excited about the change, and excited about all the hard work I've already put into it.

And while I'm trying hard to get everything just so, I'm not worrying too much about perfection. There will be issues or missing things. There will still be room for changes.

You will still be able to find me at divinemrsdiva.com. I'll post here again when the new site goes live!

What a treat! 😁 I am on my friend Brandon's podcast, WNUT Talk, to chat about a variety of topics! I took the opportunity to force him to partake of some truly horrendous boyband media, which filled my inner 13-year-old with glee! (It's what he gets for making fun of New Kids when we were kids. 🤪)

WNUT sits down with Hailey to find out the status of the show's hiatus, as well as bring her ire back to the hate-starved masses! What modern trends need to go? Should restaurants have children and no-children sections? Why is 98 Degrees performing the Offspring in concert? And why shouldn't short girls date really tall dudes? Community Center: Welcoming Fall

To honor the return of autumn this year, I sat outside to appreciate the company of my beautiful backyard animal friends on a lovely, non-rainy day. Of course, I took loads of photos in the process.

Enjoy some moments that include my friends Scrubby J., Sideways, and the Stellystreet Boys.

We've been wanting to see a Chestnut-backed Chickadee for a while,
and my first visitor of the day happened to be one!!

There are five or six regular Steller's Jays. I call them
the Stellystreet Boys.

This is my amazing, handsome, talented friend Scrubby J.
He stops by every day to play fetch with me. I throw peanuts and he catches them mid-air!

This is Sideways. He's so sweet and comes running to me to say hello.
Sideways has a tilted head and, after taking these photos,
it looks like his eyes are a little crooked. (see below)

This is the shot I was hoping to get - a Steller's Jay framed by my backyard fuchsia.
