Hey Everyone,

I am sorry I havent been on here for a while, school, work and kids, had been stressful lately, not to mention I just had a death in the family, which I came back from Miami on Sunday. The soon to be in thing...if its not already, and really to me, I've always liked bright colors, which goes great with a tan complection, (any color does) , but anywho the new style I keep seeing more and more of, especially in sunny Miami is brights, so I have picked out a couple of cute dresses, (because dreeses is a spring / summer must have.

Im a freak for pink, especially hot pink, so when I saw this dress you know it was love at first sight. To me at least. They also have this is a vibrant sky blue color., you also can never go wrong with a yellow, which is probably the brightest out of bright colors you could wear.

Wear Your Real Size!

I have to really vent about this problem, because next time I'll probably yell about it in the store.

How many times do you go out and find something you really like, that you must have , and are prepared to buy it BUT they don't have your size? This is a very big problem for me lately.

I don't understand why females do this, its quite annoyging. I mean why are you trying to put your size large ass in a size small pants, or Blouse, or panties, or shoes even???...my goodness.... Please explain?

I know you all want to be a small, and all you have to do to do this is workout if thats the case. Im not trying to get down on anyone, or call anyone names BUT why would you want something so tiny on you anyway, does it make you feel good? Because I know if I was a large then I sure as hell would not be putting on any size that im not, because I wont be able to breath, and quite frankly its going to look very ridiculous and sloppy!

Please bigger sized people do not take this offensive, especially if it does not pertain to you, your the smart ones....BIG is beautiful, as well as any shape, because its all about whats within, and for the ones that do it...please STOP , it just looks like your trying to hard to fit in, and I mean that in more ways than one....literally.....

This is just a question.....If you knew somebody for many years but they lived somewhere else, in another state...(duh) ..... what would you do if you couldn't be without them? OMG I have been here for about a year now, and coming from Miami, its kind of hard to enjoy myself down here in because the scene's are totally different. I do not go anywhere...ahhh.. I don't or shall I say I haven't met anyone worth going out with, and I'm talking about man wise, and female wise, as a friend...its soooo different than Miami....Houston is like no play , not really fashionable, people speak very very country, they are so nice (nothing wrong with that part) . I need to really get out, I'm either going to have to take a trip somewhere, which I really dont want to do , because that's going to mean spending more money. I have to get out, I have school, work, children , so many ideas running through my head and I need the biggest break, I need some kind of social life. I mean my ex lives here (children's father) but we don't go out and stuff, he's also in the same position (no social life). People wonder why I'm broke because I'm always shopping at the mall, and I really can't stand the mall but yeah Houston lacks boutiques, I found a couple but eh whatever...lol...And on top of all that they have no H&M here.....wtf....this is ridiculous !

So people of Houston, I am not trying to down your city, although it does seem that way, but please explain to what there is to do here besides a damn BAR.

Oh My Goodness, I am really so very tired of people wanting to be models, ok there is nothing wrong with making your dreams come true if that's what you want to be ( a model) but do you know how really hard models have it? Its not easy! I meet so many people everyday that tell me, you should be a model blah blah blah, yea yea yea, Ive been a model...well not any high fashion runway model, but in a couple of movies as an extra, (when they needed a pretty face) and a couple of music videos (nothing skanky).

But as I browse my friends, myspace pages all I see is these girls half naked talking about they are models.! I mean have some class why dont you. Yes I know there are different kinds of models, but I'm sorry someone who has to take there clothes off or barely have any on should not be calling thereself a model. Your a Nudists!! lol, You like the attention it brings you by the people who see you, but then again why should you have to take off your clothes to do so? Is the face really not all that pretty? Is that what you feel you have to do to get attention, then the females complain about the lo-life men in there lives...lol..helllllloooo look how you met them, look how they saw you, and

I'm sorry if this disrespects any female out there because you have to do what you have to do, but have some self respect for yourself. Because guys who give you all that attention just want one thing....not only that but they don't think the world of you as you would want your man to think. Then i see all these pictures of again, people calling thereself models when they are taking bootleg at home pictures....lol....if your a model sweetie you have a professional portfolio along with a resume.

To become a REAL industry model , you need to have a talent agent, (modeling agent) , a portfolio as referenced above, and an exotic look with the right measurements for your field.

I also think that "Americas Next Top Model " is a joke, because of all the seasons they had, along with the winners they had, I have not seen ONE female from that show, do anything big, well except EVA, she did apple bottom jeans....Big Woop....That's Urban Fashion, not High fashion, and last time i checked Tyra was a high fashion model, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway I just had to vent that for a second, Its quite annoying to me. Not to mention all the people getting ripped off, trying to become a model, please people read in between the lines.
with that being said I am so going to get my beauty rest...

The REAL 2008 Diet - Faith

Ok, I'm watching lifetime TV network, like I always do, and every other commercial on that station as well as others is a commercial for dieting pills, or dieting plans. OMG people the real big secret to shedding pounds is ....hellllllllllllo EAT PROPERLY, meaning don't eat so much junk food, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, do not help if you are trying to diet. Exercise is also an important thing, and this again is common sense. You all are being lazy buying diet pills, and weight watchers food, when you can get all this at your local grocery store..Is America that lazy? I mean my goodness.

Not only that but look at how many different commercials there are for dieting, with different companies trying really hard to convince you that this is the one to buy. Obviously they don't work because if they need, they wouldn't have so many different ones to choose from. These such companies haven't been around 10 or so years, and with all the chemicals in these pills, how do we know later on down the road you wont end up being diagnosed with something?? God forbid that happen, but I'm trying to make a point here.

You want to lose weight, well I'm going to tell you how do to it, and no I'm not a nutritionists, and someone who knows about weight issues and such, but after being pregnant I was big, and I have always been really skinny, so I'm going to tell you what I did. Hopefully you do it, and it works. I mean come on now its FREE....lol...well except the groceries you will have to pay for...

1. STOP being LAZY
Get off your butts and start walking, go bike riding, walk the mall, park, something, just don't stay laying down all day.

2. Eat Right
You can eat whatever you want, but watch out for things that have sugars in them, because that's what really makes you gain weight. It's okay to have ice cream and things like that just don't make it a daily routine. Pastas, rice, bread, are all starchy foods, but you do need them. As well as meats and veggies, mix it up. , and don't worry about what time you eat, because to me that whole don't eat after a certain tiem is nonsense. If you don't work out yes of course your going to gain weight eating at all type of hours. Try to eat all 3 meals a day with a snack in between.

3. Exercise
Its going to be hard at first to get on a routine but you CAN do it. Crunches are great, leg lifts, squats, all of these and more exercises will help you shed your pounds off.

4. Pray
Yea I said it, God will give you everything you want in life, if you meet him half way , have faith in him, as well as yourself , and show him you really want it. Before you workout or feel the need to eat something , you know you should not be, ask God to give you the strength that you need to exercise, and to not eat those fatty foods. After all your body is his temple, and he wants us all to be healthy, so trust me on this one you pray, you'll get it.

I'm not going to get into full detail because alot of you are not going to take this seriously or really listen, and I can't help anyone who doesn't want to be helped. But hey its your health, and you need to keep on top of it. Don't have a cant do attitude, have a CAN do attitude. Grab a friend if you don't want to exercise alone, you all might think of new things to do exercise wise. Plus its always good to have a really good support team to back you up.

Hey everyone, I want to take the time out right now from all the gossip, and the fashion...(I cant believe I said that) No serious stuff here, the reason why I have no been in my blog on a daily basis is well, yeah my kids, two school, and 3 because I am reading a very wonderful book called "The Power of Positive Thinking" By: Norman Vincent Peale.

Of course everyone has problems in there life, has a bad attitude, can be very negative, and just does not care about life period, because they feel down in the dumps...Well I'm here to tell you I have ...excuse me ...HAD a couple of those problems, until I decided to read a book outside of what I usually read, you know my whole Chit LIT books, and drama. Well after reading my first chapter in this book , I can and will say it changed me alot, and reading into it more, and changed me even more, because I had an open mind reading the book and really concentrated, about what was being taught, in this self help book.

I LOVE IT!

Don't get me wrong I didn't completely do an entire 360 in my life but alot of things I have changed because of this book, and well because it has taught me to taker a higher power GOD , not that I didn't believe in GOD before , because i strongly do,he has blessed me in many things, and I see this , and I'm very thankful for it. Everyone and anyone should read this book, mothers, fathers, tachers, students, singles, EVERYONE, read it and see what it does for you, and if you know someone who has many problems then buy a copy or lend them yours, I make a promise to you, if you read this book, something will change about you...

What has changed about me has been my attitude, I blow up at anything that annoys, I have no patience , I am very short tempered, I want everything NOW or I get really upset, I have alot of great ideas but sometimes feel like I will never accomplish it, and I can be very very negative. After reading this book... I have way more patience than I did before, my temper...well everyone will get mad sometime or another...but I have controlled mine so much, everyone is shocked that I don't get mad like I used to, My ideas well Im not giving up on what I want to do in life, for me and for MY children, I am going to stick with it. Last but not least my attitude & negativity...well hmm, what is that again? I am such a strong positive person, and my attitude well it still needs work, but barely now. With this book and the BIBLE I will....I AM...going to do everything and anything my heart desires.

I thought I would share this with you , because I have no idea how you..my readers...carry on in life, and what your life is about...and well sometimes you need to know that people do care although not knowing you, so that's why I decided to tell you all a little bit about this book, and how IT CAN change you, for the better as well as having Faith in GOD.

I know some of you might be shocked by this post because of all the fashion, and gossip, and just the way I speak on my blog, about certain things and certain people, but my eyes have been opened not to be a superficial B****, who just cares about herself...well my kids too...who thinks shes better than everyone else, and happened to be very materialistic. Not anymore...don't get me wrong, I'll still be shopping...lol...

Anyways readers I hope this has given you some kind of feeling of wanting to grab this really great book, to better yourself, and life.

Britney Spears' sister Jamie Lynn is pregnant at the age of just 16.

Jamie Lynn has revealed she is "shocked" to be expecting her first child with boyfriend Casey Aldridge.

She said: "It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected. I was in complete and total shock and so was he."

I cannot believe that came out of that child's mouth, she was shocked...LOL...what did you think you have unprotected sex and nothing happens? LOL wow, and you think the poor thing would learn from her sister, I wonder how the mother of both Spears girls feel, Both of you daughters do not make you look good as a parent. ! Well hopefully Jamie Lynn is a way better mother than her sister Britney.

The 'Zoey 101' star, who is 12 weeks pregnant, kept the news a secret until she got used to the idea. She told her mother Lynne shortly before Thanksgiving.

She told America's OK! magazine: "I took two weeks to myself where I didn't tell anybody.

"Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone's opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me.

"My mom was very upset because it wasn't what she expected at all. A week after she had time to cope with it and became very supportive."

Ok So I know I haven't written in a while, almost a month, Im soooo sorry, but school is around the corner, and so is Xmas which you know how that takes up time, not to mention my two little girls....ahhhh..I haven't even been able to sleep my full 6 hours a day. Oh well , so If anyone saw I love NY 2 last night how suprising was it when she picked Tailor Made??? I really thought she was going to pick Boodah, I was 100% sure she was. Wow Tailor Made though? I do not think it is going to last at all! he's to wimpy for her, and he to me just wants to be spoiled by her, as he said in a previous episode, which sorry she's so not going to spoil that man. But hey Good luck to her and Tailor Made, because an I LOVE NY 3 is going to be played out already. Hopefully Tiffany (NY) will start to do others things with her acting career besides lame reality tv shows. But hey when there is nothing on to watch and you dont have a good book to read, and your completely broke because you just bought that expensive Fendi bag, that you knew you should have but had to get it, what better thing to do then watch a drama tv reality show!

Lots of people have no idea what to get others for Christmas, there scared they wont like it, to small, not the right color, so this makes shopping for us misareble and frustrating. I founf the perfect solution, although its been around for a while, never like this, and I mean they are soooooo cute, many designs to choose from, for him, her, kids, grandparents, mom, dad, so many to choose from, Yeah I know it didnt take any thought in the present but honestly, some people won't tell you that they really didn't like you gift, so better to be safe then sorry.
