Technical Competencies:

• Technical authority within the discipline as a skilled engineer with extensive experience and expertise
• Experienced in the use of appropriate codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation
• Experienced in use of design and assessment methods within discipline
• Experienced in use of analytical methods within discipline including theoretical background for analysis work (both manual and computerised)
• Capable in planning, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting
• Capable in commercial, contractual and administrative aspects of engineering project
• Capable in managing all aspects of discipline design and engineering project activities including multi-discipline aspects
• Competent in safety, health, environmental, and quality documented methods and practices for engineering
• Experienced in producing manhour and deliverables estimate (CTR) for discipline activities
• Capable in leading, supervising and organising of small / medium sized single discipline team within a project

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical major (No. 1 & 2), Civil or Marine major (No. 3), Electrical or Physic Major (No.4), and Chemical major (No. 5)
• Minimum 15 years of engineering and design experience in the oil & gas industry (especially for offshore)
• Capable being a team leader with a proven track record of performance improvement
• Excellent communications in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Menindaklanjuti Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan Nomor : SK.7110/Menhut-II/2010 tanggal 09 Nopember 2010 tentang Peserta Yang Dinyatakan Lulus Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS Kementerian Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2010, dengan ini kami sampaikan sebagai berikut :

1. Nama-nama pelamar CPNS Kementerian Kehutanan yang telah mendapatkan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) sebagaimana tabel terlampir, telah ditetapkan sebagai CPNS dengan Surat Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan.
2. Nama-nama CPNS pada tabel tersebut diwajibkan segera melapor dan melaksanakan tugas pada Unit Kerja Penempatan paling lambat tanggal 29 April 2011 pada jam kerja dengan menunjukkan print out download Pengumuman dan lampiran Pengumuman Panggilan melaksanakan tugas CPNS formasi tahun 2010, Surat Perintah Tugas (SPT) dan menunjukkan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian (KTPU) atau identitas diri lainnya yang sah (KTP/ SIM/ Foto Copy Ijazah).
3. Surat Keputusan CPNS akan dibagikan melalui Kepala Unit Kerja masing-masing.
4. Apabila sampai dengan tanggal 29 April 2011 tidak melapor dan melaksanakan tugas pada Unit Kerja Penempatan, maka akan dikenakan sanksi sesuai ketentuan peraturan pegawai yang berlaku.
5. Untuk menjadi perhatian bahwa Kementerian Kehutanan tidak menyediakan bantuan transportasi menuju unit tempat tugas dan akomodasi selama melaksanakan tugas. Gaji pegawai paling cepat diterima pada bulan Juni 2011.
6. Sambil menunggu kesiapan pakaian seragam dinas harian lingkup Kementerian Kehutanan, maka untuk hari Senin dan Selasa berpakaian kerja warna putih (atas) dan warna hitam (bawah), sedang untuk hari Rabu sampai dengan Jumat / Sabtu menyesuaikan ketentuan di masing-masing unit. Agar setiap CPNS menyiapkan kemeja batik untuk dipakai sekali seminggu di hari kerja sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing unit.
7. Bagi pelamar CPNS Kementerian Kehutanan yang belum mendapatkan Nomor Identitas Pegawai (NIP) dari BKN waktu keberangkatan ke tempat tugas akan diinformasikan kemudian setelah NIP disetujui BKN dan Surat Keputusan sebagai CPNS ditetapkan Menteri Kehutanan.

I. Jr. Geophysicist

Main Responsibilities:
• To process all seismic data under Supervision of Geophysicist and/or Sr. Geophysicist by received instruction on specifics assignments objectives, technical assistances and possible solution,
• To report and get reviewed by Geophysicist and/or Sr. Geophysicist on the job status of all seismic data on which he currently working,
• To gain the knowledge, application theories of geophysics and ability as much as possible to evaluate mineral deposits and prospective areas,
• To learn how to make proper and adequate geophysicist decision,
• To perform others seismic jobs if any.

Main Qualifications:
• Fresh graduate or minimum experience less than 4 years,
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in geophysics/ physics / mathematic / geology,
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.

II. Geophysicist

Main Responsibilities:
• To process seismic data that under Supervision of Sr. Geophysicist and/or Geophysical Supervisor,
• To report and get reviewed by Sr. Geophysicist and/or Geophysical Supervisor on the job status of all seismic data on which he currently working,
• To apply the knowledge and theories of geophysics and learn how to make proper and adequate geophysicist decision,
• Participates as a team member in specific phase of a broad geophysical assignment,
• Directs preparation of appropriate documentation of assigned projects,
• Able to be a Project Leader.

Decision Making & Authority:
• Run processing tests and production jobs and participate in decisions,
• Direct Junior Geophysicists on production needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum experience 4 - 7 years,
• Bachelor (S1) in geophysics/ physics / mathematic / geology,
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, familiar with seismic software.

III. SR. GEOPHYSICISTS

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Able to be a project leader for 2 or 3 projects,
• Participates as a team member in specific phase of a broad geophysical assignment,
• Conduct work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard geophysical practices and techniques,
• Participates in defining geophysical approaches and in planning and scheduling work,
• Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within budgeted time and cost constraints.

Decision Making & Authority:
• Make processing decisions for or with the client,
• Direct Geophysicists on production needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum experience 8 - 10 years,
• Bachelor (S1) in geophysics/ physics / mathematic / geology,
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, familiar with seismic software,
• Communication Skills within Processing Groups and Clients.

Operation Finance Controller (OFC – DDI)

Responsibilities:

· Control Industrial/ Manufacturing Related frame for 2 Factories (Fresh Dairy Product and Long Shelve Life Product) on Costing, Investment approval, Manufacturing Performance, and Post Mortem

· Managing Order to Cash Process, From Customer Service to Account receivable include supply chain analysis

· Responsible for Cost Accounting and Capex Management

· Lead and control budgeting process

· In charge of Manufacturing Financial Report for both country and regional reporting

· Manage Team which comprises about 25 peoples

· Direct report to the company’s Finance Director

Requirements:

· Hold min Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Master/ MBA is advantage

· Having a minimum 10 years overall experiences in Finance/ Accounting fields with 2-3 years as Finance Controller will be preferable

· Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined

· Fluent in English is a must

· Has experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment is preferred

· SAP Knowledge

· Experience in Internal Control system
