Winter is for me the most complicated seasons to get well dressed in appropriate clothes to combat the weather and be trendy. On the other hand, white and black for day and night outfits, are my favorite colors this season. El invierno es para mí la temporadas más complicada para conseguir ir bien vestida con ropa apropiada para combatir el clima, que favorezca la figura. Por otra parte, blanco y negro, para outfits de día y de noche, son mis colores favoritos esta temporada. Cuando la motivación principal es estar calentita en estos días tristes de invierno, lo mas fácil es ponerte una capa de ropa tras otra y a la calle. Pero con un buen fondo de armario en blanco y negro, crear looks elegantes de invierno no tiene que ser un desafío. El blanco es tendencia esta temporada otoño invierno, igual que el estampado de pata de gallo y el de cadenas o vestido pañuelo. In summer one of my essentials when it comes to going out is sunglasses. I confess that I had wanted some mirror sunglasses like this for a long time. Spa Garden Bio cosmética ecológica natural

El mes pasado tuve la suerte de conocer en Biocultura la marca de cosmética ecológica certificada 100% natural Spa Garden Bio. Me animo a compartir con vosotros mi experiencia con la marca y os destaco un par de cosas que me encantan de su formulación. La primera es que no tienen ingredientes de relleno, algo habitual en otras arcas para reducir los costes del producto. Se han esforzado en que cada producto cumpla su función específica y para ello han creado una fórmula con la concentración idónea de cada ingrediente (todos ecológicos como ya os mencioné al principio). La segunda cosa es que sus precios son asequibles y aún te lo parece mas cuando pruebas los productos: una pequeña dosis es suficiente para que hagan el efecto deseado.

Bálsamo Orgánico Equilibrante Cuerpo y Cara

Este producto lo ha testado mi marido. El mismo día que lo traje de Biocultura se lo aplicó y fue tan espectacular el resultado que se lo quedó. Desde entonces se lo sigue aplicando tras la ducha y los hongos de sus pies están desapareciendo. Harto de usar productos de farmacia sin resultado, por fin ha conseguido desprenderse de tan molesta afección de la piel. El bálsamo está elaborado con mantecas, aceites de frutos y semillas 100% vegetales y ecológicos certificados con propiedades bactericidas, fungicidas o antiinflamatorios Sus ingredientes estrella son los aceites de Neem (insecticida natural, cicatriza heridas, combate virus, bacterias, hongos, reduce el acné y el eccema) del árbol del té ( antifungicida, elimina piojos, protege de picaduras de mosquitos, calma picores, seca herpes) y esencial de menta (descongestivo, antiinflamatorio, repelente natural contra bacterias e insectos). Otra curiosidad. Mi marido tenía pequeñas venitas varicosas en sus tobillos que también están desapareciendo con el uso de este bálsamo. Supongo que tiene mucho que ver con las propiedades antiinflamatorias del aceite de menta.

Aceite Orgánico Contorno de Ojos Pestañas y Cejas

Su aceite de ricino orgánico es el ingrediente que hace que este producto sea único y os cuento por qué. Para mi el ricino era solo un purgante del que mis abuelos me hablaron cuando era una niña. Pues resulta que las virtudes de este aceite van mucho más allá, ya que se trata de un triglicérido compuesto por ácidos grasos esenciales, como el omega 9, y vitamina E que al penetrar en la piel estimulan la producción de colágeno y elastina. Aplicado en el contorno de ojos hidrata la piel y retrasa los signos de envejecimiento, arrugas, manchas y líneas de expresión. También se aplica en pestañas y cejas que crecen y vigorizan gracias a sus aceite de semilla de pepita de higo chumbo, onagra, rosa mosqueta y comino negro. Me lo aplico por las noches, sobre la piel limpia, antes de ir a dormir y al día siguiente noto mis ojeras deshinchadas, apenas me maquillo porque mis pestañas están creciendo fuertes, con cuerpo y mis cejas definidas.

Aceite Orgánico Purificante Facial Tacto Seco

Este aceite facial se aplica como un sérum indicado para pieles grasas, con tendencia acneica e imperfecciones. Parece raro que aceite y piel grasa vayan juntos en la misma frase ¿verdad que sí? En este caso, se trata de un aceite seco que no engrasa sino todo lo contrario: purifica, minimiza y equilibra el ph de la piel. Para mí es ideal, en este momento de mi vida en el que las hormonas pierden el control a veces y me salen granos impropios de mi edad. El aceite de Neem y los aceites esenciales del árbol de té, geranio (es repelente de insectos, antiséptico, astringente, cicatrizante, diurético natural y equilibrante hormonal) y lavanda (combate acné, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, erupciones y quemaduras de sol) dan equilibrio, purifican y evitan la aparición de imperfecciones en mi piel. Lo aplico por las noches sobre piel limpia, en las zonas grasas en las que aparecen los molestos granos hormonales y desaparecen en un par de días.

Aceite Orgánico Regenerante Facial Tacto Seco

Podríamos decir, sin caer en el error, que este producto es la joya de la corona de la línea Spa Garden Bio, simplemente por el amplio número de ingredientes activos que lleva y que hacen posible que la piel se renueve cada noche tras su aplicación. Al despertar, tengo esa sensación que producen las ampollas tipo flash que hemos usado alguna vez en nuestra vida, antes de maquillarnos, para acudir a un evento especial. Pero en ese te caso es para un diario y con productos completamente naturales. Sus ingredientes activos son: Baobad Salvaje (calmante, antiinflamatorio, nutritivo, ilumina, tonifica y aporta elasticidad a la piel); Jojoba (controla los brotes de acné, hidrata y porque es rico en antioxidantes, reduce el daño celular causado por los radicales libres facilitando el control de las alergias); pepita de uva (hidrata y tonifica); Granada (limpia en profundidad a la vez que nutre); Comino Negro (calmante, regenerante, vitalizante, hidratante, regulador ph y antiinflamatorio); Rosa Mosqueta (potente antienvejecimiento, reduce manchas de sol, hidrata, cicatriza, aumenta la elasticidad); pepita de higo chumbo (se le conoce como el bótox vegetal porque es un potente reparador de efecto lifting); Onagra (Omega 6 que equilibra los efectos hormonales en la piel revitalizándola y combatiendo eczemas, rosáceas y psoriasis); Hibisco (antioxidante con vitamina C que mima las pieles sensibles) y Azahar (activa la microcirculación y tonifica capilares. Ideal contra pieles apagadas. Astringente, antiséptica y antioxidante). A mi me da la vida este aceite porque ya no necesito maquillarme al levantarme. El tono de mi piel está mas igualado, mi tez iluminada, tengo buen color de cara de manera natural y eso a mi edad, y con el característico color pajizo que me viene dado de fábrica, es todo un logro.

Aceite Orgánico Regenerante Cuerpo y Cabello Tacto Seco

Las sensaciones que se desprenden de este aceite corporal seco son propias de una aromaterapia que te envuelve, haciendo que la hora del baño sea inolvidable. No os exagero. Su olor a jazmín, naranja y granada... es tan relajante. Además, como se aplica tan fácilmente, da gusto usarlo en el cuerpo tras la ducha. Solo unas gotitas sobre la piel húmeda y secar con la toalla sin refregar. En el cabello seco aplicar en las puntas y cada semana un baño de aceite a modo de mascarilla para luego lavar y enjuagar. La melena se queda jugosa, con volumen y brillo. No necesitas nada mas. Sus componentes son: Baobab Salvaje, Jojoba, Granada, Hibisco (todos éstos te expliqué mas arriba cómo funcionan), aceite esencial de jazmín (rejuvenece la piel y el cabello, es antiséptico y relajante) y aceite esencial de hoja de naranjo amargo (hidrata, anticaspa, acondicionador, fijador del cabello y regenerador)

Cosmética Ecológica Certificada

En este post voy a hablaros de Indigo Eyes Nature, una marca de cosmética ecológica certificada, pensada para todo tipo de pieles, incluidas las más sensibles. Ideal para quienes son intolerantes al gluten: la celiaquía y sus enfermedades asociadas. - Crema Corporal. Mi hija está embarazada y fue la primera en probar este producto que consiguió quitarle los granitos que le estaban saliendo en la piel de su barriguita de ocho meses. Desde entonces, se la aplica a diario y su piel está nutrida e hidratada. El aroma es ligero y su textura fluida, a pesar de que hidrata en profundidad. Lleva extracto de frutas, avena y geranio.

- Contorno de ojos para combatir bolsas y ojeras. Reafirmante, hidratante, antiinflamatorio, descongestivo, refrescante y calmante. Desde que empecé a usarlo es como si durmiera mas horas. La mirada mas abierta y descansada. Tiene un efecto detox que me encanta. Extracto de Camomila y de Ginkgo Biloba, Ácido Cítrico, Árnica, Harpagofito, Salvia y Rosa son algunos de sus ingredientes.

- Crema hidratante facial, para todo tipo de piel, regeneradora, reafirmante y antiedad. Da mucho de sí pero nada de grasa. Tras usarla durante dos semanas mi cutis está mas suave y mis poros mas cerrados. Como base de maquillaje es perfecta. Lleva en su composición aceite de semilla de cannabis (le llaman el aceite milagroso para la piel), aceite de argán, extracto de centella asiática (reparador) y extracto de margarita (ilumina y previene la hipermentación de la piel)

- Exfoliante facial que limpia en profundidad eliminando las células muertas, proporciona luminosidad e hidratación. Su grano es muy fino, no daña el cutis. Hamamelis, Aloe Vera y extracto de semillas en su composición.

- Serum facial con efecto antienvejecimiento, antioxidante e hidratante. Las pieles sensibles y/o irritadas lo adoran. A base de ácido hialurónico que te deja la piel renovada, tranquila, evitando la aparición de granos. A mi me ha enamorado este serum. No quiero que se termine nunca. Lo uso de día y de noche, antes de la crema hidratante. El extracto de flor de Rosa Centifolia y el de flor de Jasminum Officinale junto al ácido cítrico, son algunos de sus ingredientes.

3 razones para visitar Sevilla

Las calles de Sevilla están llenas de turistas todo el año así que el otoño no iba a ser menos. En octubre parece que es primavera y además hay otras razones para visitar la ciudad. Los comercios, bares, espectáculos... están llenos de sevillanos y extranjeros que buscan diversión e historia. Sin embargo, lo cierto es que no facilitamos la estancia a quienes vienen al sur ¿Sabes por qué?

1. Compras y gastronomía. En Sevilla tienes lo que quieras y a buen precio pero a veces el cliente tiene que esperar y el trato no es personalizado.

2. Calles de Sevilla. Esta ciudad es muy especial pero a veces huele mal. Los contenedores de basura en exteriores y los excrementos de caballos son los máximos responsables. En realidad, el ayuntamiento es quien debería tomar cartas en el asunto. Una opción podría ser soterrarlos y poner más papeleras que se limpiaran varias veces al día.

3. Transportes públicos. No solo de Sevilla vive el hombre... sus alrededores son fantásticos: la ciudad romana de Itálica y el monasterio de San Isidoro del Campo en Santiponce; los dólmenes de Valencina; el coto de Doñana en Huelva... todo a menos de una hora pero no hay transportes públicos eficientes con los que poder acceder a esos y otros destinos. Una pena =(

Perdonad que este post sea diferente, llámalo negativo, pero hay cosas que caen por su propio peso y no quería dejar pasar la oportunidad de que fueran reivindicados en este blog. ¿Qué razones hay en tu ciudad para no NO visitarla?

Good morning, sweethearts! Today a short post with the images of a clover green buttoned skirt that I had been looking for a long time and which I finally found in the zaful online shop. Hay veces en las que unos accesorios adecuados y extraordinarios producen un cambio radical en un outfit, también en el estado de ánimo ¿a que sí? A mi, estos pendientes de inspiración retro, me han hecho valorar que haya tiendas online en las que, sin salir de casa, puedas hacer tuyos accesorios económicos con mucho estilo. 3 pasos para reducir la celulitis

Por fin llega el verano. Mucho calor pero también playita, terrazas y lucir palmito chicas. Así que yo ya empecé los 3 pasos para controlar y reducir la celulitis local, generalizada y acúmulos de grasa con el tratamiento Body10 Reducer de Ardaraz que se compra en Amazon. Sin embrago, ya sabéis que yo uso protección solar todo el año, tanto en la ciudad como en la playa. Nunca antes había probado ningún producto de La Roche Posay aunque no he dejado de ver sus productos en numerosos blogs de belleza y la curiosidad me empujaba a probarlo yo misma. Aunque solo llevo una semana usando el producto, creo que ha sido tiempo más que suficiente para poder tener un criterio acertado y compartirlo con vosotros en el blog.

Ecija the City of Towers

Écija, the City of Towers, is a must see city in Seville, Spain. Founded in the VIII century a.C. by the Tartessians, it is conquered by the Romans in 200 BC. and there begins its splendor. Around the year 14 a.C. the "Colonia Augusta Firma Astigi" was founded, a great roman city that was the capital of the Bética: paved streets, temples, baths and amphitheater, next to a bridge through which the Via Augusta crossed the Genil river. In Islamic times it was called Istiya (or Astiya) and it was provincial capital during the emirate and the caliphate, in which an important Berber settlement settled. Its nickname: Madinat al-qutn (The city of cotton). In the Late Middle Ages and the Modern Age Écija was conquered by Fernando III and distributed among the new Castilian settlers. The 18th century arrives, considered "El siglo de oro ecijano", with a splendor of civil constructions and churches. The ecclesiastical and aristocratic power of the city brings together 40 noble titles, 13 of them Grandee, and the historical center of Écija still conserves one of the best legacies of architecture and baroque art of Andalusia and the Iberian Peninsula: palaces, churches (with the towers that have made the city famous), convents, public buildings and palace houses. An exceptional historical heritage. Some of its titles: in 1402 Enrique III restituted to Ecija the title of city. Tendencias Moda Flamenca Feria Sevilla

La Feria de Sevilla empieza en Febrero. Cuando el frío aún arrecia la ciudad, el Salón Internacional de la Moda Flamenca, SIMOF para entendernos, arranca su pasarela. Tendencias, colores, volantes, estampados, accesorios que se van a llevar cada año en la Feria de Abril. Moda flamenca sí, porque el traje de flamenca se reinventa cada año en el sur de España. La esencia permanece pero no sus formas. Por ejemplo, este año el pret a porter ha llegado al traje regional llenando de botones las delanteras, el mantoncillo se cruza por delante, la flor del pelo se ponen cerca del recogido (moño o coleta), las mangas se vuelven asimétricas, regresan los clásicos pasa cintas, las faldas mejor con camisas masculinas e importante: siluetas fluidas, porque la comodidad este año prima ante todo.

Cómo cuidar el cutis en primavera

Hola amores, hoy quiero compartir con vosotros mi último descubrimiento en asuntos de belleza. Empecemos por el principio: la primavera y sus efectos en la piel. ¿Cómo cuidar el cutis? A mi me han salido unos granos rojos que me traen de cabeza. Reacciones cutáneas que necesitan de un tratamiento específico que solo un especialista puede recomendar. Pues bien, en la tienda online www.farmaciasdirect.com puedes consultar gratuitamente, cuestiones como éstas para que no te gastes el dinero inútilmente y sin salir de casa, desde tu móvil u ordenador. Mi prescripción fue la siguiente y mi experiencia con cada uno de los productos SVR (Laboratorios Filorga):

- SVR SEBIACLEAR ACTIVE Cuidado Intensivo Granos y Puntos Negros 40 ml Aunque los resultados se notan tras 7 días de tratamiento, yo ya noté la mejoría al segundo día de usar la crema. De textura ligera y acabado mate, me la apliqué en las zonas donde me salieron los granos: alrededor de los labios, en la punta de la nariz (qué horror) y en la parte superior de las cejas. Sus ingredientes estrella son: Niacinamida 4%, Gluconolactona 14%, Ácido salicílico y Agente matificante. Me la aplico de día y de noche.

- SVR HYDRACID C20 30 ml. Con mi edad, estoy obsesionada con productos que aporten luminosidad a mi piel y este producto es un complejo luminoso antiarrugas muy potente. Con vitamina C, combate los radicales libres y es un potente antioxidante que previene los signos de envejecimiento de la piel, además es fotoprotector. Su textura suave la absorbe mi piel rápidamente y da mucho de sí. Yo me la aplico de día y de noche, tras usar SEBIACLEAR ACTIVE, y mi piel se queda uniforme, tersa, mate, noto un efecto lifting tonificante que me encanta.

- Pack compuesto por SVR LIFTIANE CREMA 40ML + SVR LIFTIANE CONTORNO DE OJOS Y LABIOS, ARRUGAS 15 ML

La crema está indicada para pieles secas y sensibles. De acción reafirmante y antiarrugas el cutis se alisa e ilumina desde el primer día. Su composición está libre de alérgenos y contiene activos anti-envejecimiento: ácido hialurónico, resveratrol puro de última generación y antioxidantes de efecto anti-envejecimiento global que activan las sirtuinas (proteínas de la longevidad celular). Para empezar os diré que la crema tiene un perfume muy sutil que me encanta: almizcle y flores, tan primaveral. Me lo aplico día y noche tras HYDRACID C20 y noto que el tamaño de mis poros disminuye y mi piel está tersa y suave. ¡No quiero que se acabe el bote!

El contorno de ojos y labios tiene el mismo aroma que la crema como el efecto antiarrugas y lifting. Las bolsas de ojos disminuyen, se drenan y el color oscuro de las ojeras desaparece. Los labios cobran una apariencia jugosa. Como os dije, llevo solo una semana usándolos y ya noto sus efectos así que de aquí a que se terminen los productos tengo muchas expectativas sobre ellos.

Os confieso que no conocía estos productos de la marca SVR (Laboratorios Filorga) y que me alegro de haberme atrevido a probarlos. La relación calidad-precio me parece fantástica, al igual que el servicio gratuito que ofrece la farmacia online donde los adquirí. Os animo a entrar y echar un vistazo. Además, ahora todos estos productos tienen un 20% de descuento sobre el precio de venta.

What to see in PUGLIA in a week? Our Puglia road trip started in BARI. First day we took a walk through its old town which, thanks to its port, Greeks, Romans, Lombards, Saracens and Byzantines passed by. All those conquered the city leaving beauty corners worthy to walk on foot: Bari Vecchia or Casco Viejo, where the Plaza del Ferrarese is, Piazza Mercantile and the Wall; the town of the nineteenth century, Borgo Murattiano, theater district and the Palazzo Municipal; the Norman basilica of San Nicolás and the Romanesque Cathedral.

¿Qué ver en PUGLIA en una semana? Nuestra ruta en coche por Puglia comenzó en BARI. El primer día dimos un paseo por su casco antiguo por el que, gracias a su puerto, pasaron griegos, romanos, lombardos, sarracenos y bizantinos. Todos esos pueblos conquistaron la ciudad dejando el testigo de rincones dignos de recorrer a pie: Bari Vecchia o Casco Viejo, donde se encuentra la Plaza del Ferrarese, Piazza Mercantile y la Muralla; el pueblo del siglo XIX, Borgo Murattiano, zona de teatros y del Palazzo Municipal; la basílica normanda de San Nicolás y la Catedral románica.

Second day we went to ALBEROBELLO, a town with very special streets, especially in the Rione Monti area with small and narrow streets full of trulli (trullo in Spanish, pyramidal construction with a stone dome with religious symbols and limestone walls, typical of some towns in the Apulia region, especially in Alberobello) declared National Heritage of Unesco in 1996.

El segundo día nos dirigimos a ALBEROBELLO, un pueblo con calles muy especiales sobre todo en la zona Rione Monti con pequeñas calles y estrechas callejuela llenas de trulli (trullo en español, construcción piramidal con cúpula de piedra con simbología religiosa y paredes en piedra caliza, típico de algunos pueblos de la región de Puglia. Especialmente la encontramos en Alberobello) declarados Patrimonio Nacional de la Unesco en el año 1996.

POLIGNANO A MARE, MONOPOLI and CONVERSANO were the objective of our third day. Polignano is a fishing village of marine style whose white houses are like pearls facing the blue of the Adriatic sea. Essential: the Lama Monachile beach from the viewpoint; enter the old town from the Arco Marchesale and the Piazza Dell'Orologio. In Monopoli a walk through its narrow streets full of flowers and its coves will be enough. Conversano already existed in the Paleolithic. Visit its megalithic walls and Romanesque churches, Castello Aragonese, Cattedrale di Conversano ... facades, bell towers, interiors and altars: tandem of Romanesque simplicity and pomp.

POLIGNANO A MARE fue junto a MONOPOLI y CONVERSANO el objetivo de nuestro tercer día. Polignano es un pueblo pesquero de aires marineros cuyas casas blancas son como perlas enfrentadas al azul del mar adriático. Imprescindibles: la playa Lama Monachile desde el mirador; entrar al casco antiguo desde el Arco Marchesale o la Piazza Dell’Orologio. En Monopoli un paseo por sus estrechas calles llenas de flores y sus calas será suficiente. Conversano ya existía en el Paleolítico. Visita sus murallas megalíticas e iglesias románicas, Castello Aragonese, Cattedrale di Conversano... fachadas, campanarios, interiores y altares: tándem de simplicidad románica y pompa.

El cuarto día fue para visitar MARTINA FRANCA, que aún conserva las cuatro puertas que servían de entrada a la muralla con 24 torres que tuvo hasta la reunificación de Italia en 1861. Visitar la Piazza XX Settembre, atravesar la Porta di Santo Stefano (una de las cuatro puertas) hacia Piazza Roma, donde está el Palazzo Ducale (s. XVII), perderte desde allí por callejuelas hacia Piazza Plebiscito y contemplar su barroca Basilica di San Martino. El centro histórico peatonal de LOCOROTONDO bien merece una visita para descubrir sus iglesias, balcones rococó y el mirador de la Villa Comunale para disfrutar de las vistas del valle. Por último, CISTERNINO fundada por colonos griegos y destruida por Hannibal cuando ya era romana, no siendo habitada de nuevo hasta el año 800 cuando una orden religiosa construyó un monasterio griego ortodoxo. La ciudad renace durante la Edad Media de un modo anárquico, arquitectónicamente hablando, lo que aún hoy día perdura en su centro histórico, de inspiración medieval, lleno de callejones con arcos, estrechas calles blancas y pequeños patios.

Quinto día (cómo pasa el tiempo) para visitar OSTUNI, conocida como la Ciudad Blanca, por el color de sus edificios pintados con cal, además de que la ciudad está ubicada sobre la cima de una colina amurallada y con torreones aragoneses del mismo color que ciega a la vista en días soleados. Hay que sumergirse por sus callejones y escaleras para llegar a su punto más alto donde encontramos la Catedral. No olvidéis llevar calzado cómodo para hacer turismo a gusto.

MATERA, habitada desde el Paleolítico, la reservamos para el sexto día. Hay que aclarar que no pertenece a Puglia. Matera pertenece a la región de Basilicata, pero como estaba cerca nos pareció imprescindible visitarla. A pesar de sus casas excavadas en la roca, llamadas Sassi e iglesias rupestres, pintadas con frescos, no fue Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO hasta 1993. Sus calles empedradas han sido escenario de películas: Ben Hur, La Pasión de Cristo o la que ahora se estrena, María Magdalena. Una ciudad imprescindible en tu viaje por el tacón de Italia.

Where to sleep in Puglia

If you are looking for a small charming hotel (they only have 8 trulli) in the middle of nature, but near the most beautiful cities to visit in the heel of Italy, I recommend 'Trulli de Acquarosa'. Its owners, Luca and his family, have restored the remains of an ancient village immersed in a beautiful field of olive trees. The trulli are cool and comfortable. Outside there are many spaces for relaxation and a nice pool. A dream place.

¿Dónde dormir en Puglia?

A través de la Agencia Zágara de Trinakria Tours reservamos una habitación en forma de trullo (los trulli son una antigua tipología constructiva realizada con muros de mampostería de piedra en seco, sin mortero alguno, rematada con una cubierta de forma cónica que es soportada por muros de hasta un metro y medio de espesor, también encalados) en medio de un campo de olivos, uno de los hoteles con encanto en Puglia que más me ha sorprendido (y eso que tengo experiencia). Se trata del 'Trulli de Acquarosa' en Cisternino, una muestra del tipo de pequeños hoteles, en los que disfrutar la hospitalidad mediterránea, que ofrece esta agencia de viajes no solo en Puglia sino también en Sicilia, Cerdeña, Creta y Malta. Disfrutar el Mediterráneo como destino turístico de manera sencilla y sostenible. ¡Un lujazo! Espero que con las fotos os hagáis una idea de lo especial que ha sido hospedarnos en este lugar de la campiña italiana con sabor Mediterráneo. Se nota que Luca, atento anfitrión, cuida con esmero cada uno de los objetos y trullis que lo componen.

Las cueva de Castellana es una de las visitas imprescindibles en Puglia. Sus 72 metros de profundidad visitables la hace única. Tres kilómetros de visita en dos horas y medias para pasear por debajo de tierra y contemplar: estalactitas, estalagmitas, fósiles, cañones y diferentes cuevas con formas increíbles. Verdaderamente merece la pena y es recomendable para todos los públicos.

Because Seville receives more and more tourism and there are places with free admission, outside of conventional itineraries... here you have my mini guide to visiting Sevilla that I hope you find it useful but please, do not tell many people or there will be overbooking. okay? Of course it's a joke, good thingsthere must be shared so do not be selfish and share this post everywhere.

Palace of the Marquises of La Algaba (behind the Mercado de Abastos and close to Feria Street where you can eat chic and cheap). Calderón de la Barca Square n. 1

It is the largest exponent of Mudejar civil architecture in the city. Second in importance after the Palace of King Pedro I in the Royal Alcazar of Seville, was about to disappear in the mid-twentieth century. It was part of the necropolis of the city in the eleventh century and at the beginning of the fifteenth century the Marquises of the Algaba acquire it to locate their housing-warehouse there (they were merchants).
