Revolution Pt. 1

Many people in America today are calling for a revolution, but is that really necessary? The country called America was declared independent of British rule after a long and brutal battle with a powerful military. Is a revolution something that this country is ready for? Let us take a look at the original revolution in this country, and use that as a help to make this decision. It may be long, but you had better know your history because the American government today sure seems hell-bent on repeating it!

We all know that taxes, well actually taxation without proper representation, was a major fact leading to the revolution of the colonies. One reason that taxes began going up was after the French and Indian War. When the war was over, Britain signed a treaty which gave Britain vast amounts of land west of the Mississippi. With this land acquisition came some problems such as how to pay to have those lands controlled by the British Army and enforce British rule on the new frontier. Who would be better to pay for this than the neighbors who benefited from the control of the west than the colonists?

Next came the Indian War. About 10,000 British troops were in the colonies to defend the inhabitants from the Indians. Britain needed a way to pay for the troops overseas, so who better to tax than the colonists whom were benefiting from Britain’s expenditure? To make matters worse, all those British troops needed a place to rest, eat, and sleep. So who better to house the troops than the colonists? The Quartering Act of 1765 made sure that the colonists did just this.

The next action (or infraction as the colonists saw it) perpetrated by the British government directly led to the creation of The Sons of Liberty in the colonies. This is known as a Stamp Tax. The Stamp tax was imposed on just about every document used in the colony. Today the tax would have equaled an amount of about $5.10 for small, simple documents all the way up to almost $1,021 dollars for larger, legal documents. (I may need correction here. I am not quite sure if I converted it correctly. If anyone wants to see how I did it, drop me a line on facebook. I check my inbox there frequently, more than email).

The colonists were pissed to say the least. Patrick Henry spoke up in the Virginia house, and declared that the general assembly of the colony should have the ability to level taxes and not just go along grumbling as they had been in the past. Many riots ensued with the newly formed Sons of Liberty forming many of them. The colonists were seeing the repetition in when Britain needed more money, the colonists were the ones forced to give it up.

The Stamp Tax really united to the colonies in protest against the British regime for the first time. The outrage was great and widespread. Due to this outrage, and the fact the enforcement of the new tax was impossible, Britain did away with the Stamp Tax in the same year that it was created. But all was not well, because the British congress then declared their right to impose new taxes.

Charles Townsend had taken over as the leader of Britain, and was not in the least concerned with the rights as the colonists. He passed many taxes, including a tax on tea. He also decided to pay the political leaders in the colonies with money from the British Royalty, which, as we all know, is tax money.

Again, many of the colonists stoop up and said no to the new taxes. They decided that their freedom and right to not pay the new taxes was greater than their need for the goods on which the new taxes were imposed. When the merchants who were losing money began complaining, and it wouldn’t be too hard to imagine selling some goods without keeping record of them, Britain decided that maybe it was not such a good idea. More than half of the new taxes were done away with in the very first year.

But Great Britain was not happy. They had to put an end to the colonist revolt, or complete order would soon be lost. The colonists had to learn that Britain was not going to roll over to every tax protest. British troops were soon sent to the colonies to stop the resistance and restore some order. But this led to even worse relationships. The colonists were not happy to see the amount of troops that they saw on an everyday basis. Also, these troops were quartered by colonists who were fearful to resist the law. Needless to say, the every day lives of the colonists were finally afflicted by the British rule, no longer just by monetary means, but now by physical means more than ever before

Fights between the troops stationed in the colonies inevitably broke out. On one unfortunate day, colonists began throwing snowballs at the troops when a soldiers gun was drawn and unfortunately a shot rang out. In the end 5 colonists were slain, and 11 more were injured. Following this, ALL of the new taxes that had formerly been enacted by Townsend were repealed, except for the tax on tea…

Merry Christmas

I hope that all of you who choose to participate in Christmas had a good one. Due to friends being home from college and military and such, I will be taking the rest of the weekend off in order to catch up with some people. I was hoping to kind of redo this site and take it in a different direction starting Jan 1 2010, but I am having a bit of trouble getting by some youtube copyright stuff with the music, even though I stated that I do not own the rights to the music in the video description. Cop Admits Pulling Gun on Crowd with Snowballs!!!

Off duty jackass cop Detective Baylor admitted to pulling out his firearm today. Why? "Because I got hit with snowballs!" exclaimed the public servant to a crowd demanding to know who he was and why he brought a gun to a frozen condensation fight. Apparently he was correct in pulling out his weapon though. According some other asshole, George Kusik, he conducted himself appropriately! But the incident is under investigation. I am so glad that cops are there to protect and to serve me. They took a vow to protect the public and lay down their life if necessary to protect their community. Yup, that apparently means pulling a gun to protect themselves from snowballs. Luckily no one was hurt physically by the out of shape and over protective of self cop. Good for the students (I assume) in this situations. They called and reported an armed man. This is a great tactic. If they had reported a plain clothed "peace office" brandishing a weapon, god knows what would have happened. It would have been back up that showed up, not an officer responding to a possible gun crime. I hope that Detective Baylor, whom I will post contact information of as soon as it becomes available, sees the cage that he most likely has put many people in for lesser crimes than this. But...I doubt it. Just wait for that thin blue line of not so thin, badge wearing, gun brandishing thugs to close in around their fellow gangster. We are Living Under Anarchy (and thats the only reason I am not an Anarchist)

The American public was shown last night once again that Americans are now living under anarchy. Now, many of you know that Joshua Freedom does not believe in non-voluntary government, which means a free society in essence, but even for big Ds and Rs out there, I think you SHOULD finally realize it too. Whew, yea I do feel that on my back. What is it, oh look, the burden of proof is on me. Okay, time for me to prove to everyone that this system is broken. When I say that the system is broke, I do not mean broke as in Although it is financially broke, it is also broken from the stand point of the Constitution. George Bush's infractions on the constitution are WELL noted and I really do not need to go much into them. I mean, going to war without consent of congress, domestic surveillance, and a little thing called the Patriot Act pretty much make him a bad president. Now I got people mad because "I liked Bush, he was a good president". And to that I respond, "Hey man, this is America! We live under a constitution. Love it or leave it!" And it usually leads to this: but it is absolutly true! You cant deny it, well, someone who is uneducated on America may deny it, but that's just a moron running their mouth :) And Obama, where to begin. Obviously he is a worse president than Bush in the eyes of a majority of the American slaves, er, citizens due to the fact that his approval ratings are dropping through the floor. He has left his campaign promises in the dust and gone on to be a normal politician. "Well, we can save this!" shout so many people. "Look at Palin, or Ron Paul, or Joe Shmoe, or Cindy Who." Go right ahead. Elect whomever YOU think will not make you happy, but uphold the constitution. See how far you get. And once that person is in office, see how many times they break the constitution. From day one, I assure you that they will keep a standing army AND dabble in world affairs. Both of which would make them illegitimate from a constitutional stand point. For those of you who are seeing this idiotic rat race from the outside and choosing not to contribute financially, physically, or ideologically to the broken system that was once America, Throw back another drink and wait for the feds to crack down on you for whatever in the name of the American people who put them in charge. To those of you who are still working in the system I IMPLORE you to look at your ways! Look at how your system is funded! Taxes, foriegn wars, the illegal drug war, and taxes. In essence, VIOLENCE!!! What happens if you dont pay your taxes, put something outlawed into your body, or dare stand up to the US military when invading a foreign country: THIS In a real society, the perpetrators of such evils would be held responsible. But we live under an evil anarchist regime. Its time for a regime change. It time to take the country. Its time to stop supporting evil. Its time. Now.

Wow, its been a week

Well, almost. I have neglected this site for a bit. I am working out of town and haven't had too much time. I need to make money to make money, so that's my priority right now. I just want to say that I tuned out of the news for about 3 days, and now I am playing catch up. I only thought Tiger had one girlfriend, man I missed a lot. I am not tuning out like that again Just in case something happens that I cant get only here, I hope that everyone has a happy holiday season! (I say holidays because it covers all of the holidays, not just Christmas like merry Christmas does. It is not because I am worried about offending.) Anyways, here is a story that I found interesting. Lawmakers Waste More Time Wow, way to show that you have nothing better to do. I hope that you all go home for Christmas break and never come back. That would be nice. Or maybe we could do a lockout at congress. Hmm...

Monday monday

Well, I guess in a few hours it will be Monday. That sucks. News broke on friday, the CDC release this report. Also Barack is an asshole sending 30000 of our friends and family across seas to die for political reasons. Thanks dick. I hope we can do something about this. lets stop paying taxes, stop being "polite" to murderous bastard politicians, and stop allowing them to rule our lives! And where is the soldier who is willing to uphold their oath to protect the constitution against enemies both foreign and domestic by taking Barack out out of power!? WHERE!? IS THERE NOT ONE?! And by the way, CNN thinks that being black in america is more important than reporting on news. Yea, fuck you All this racial stuff is because YOU MAKE IT AN ISSUE! STOP DIVIDING US! STOP! Yea, thanks for covering important stuff CNN; I know i can always count on you to push my blood pressure closer and closer to that heart attack point. I have no hope.

Thursday Night Passtime

Well, its thursday night and dangerously close to the weekend...DANGEROUSLY close! And I want to be the first to wish you all a happy weekend! You may ask yourself, self, why is Josh providing me with news today? Well, here is why... Yea, I think that you saw that coming. It seems strange to me that people are shocked. I mean, let alone caring about Tiger Woods personal life, people are "so surprised" and all that, like they know him personally and that he somehow let them down. So, because your news is probably covering Tiger and the Cougar, here is some real news to fill that head with. Get on the Ground NOW! zzzt Well, it seems as though shooting 50,000 volts of electricity is the ONLY way to stop a 10 years old kid throwing wood and things at cops. Next time Ill have to remember this next time I babysit my little 11 year old nephew" "Stop jumping on the bed!" "No" he says in his winy little boy voice. "Stop jumping on the bed right now and get into time out! I am in charge here when your parents are gone!" "No!" he says again. ZAAAAP! "YEA," I yell at the heap of a little boy on the ground, writhing in pain from the 50,000 volts, "That will teach you not to listen to me you little muthafuckin brat!" Oh wait, I would never do that, because he is 11! And I have a heart! And I would be in JAIL for CHILD ABUSE!!! What is wrong with these cops. The kid was armed with wood, a pipe, and a stick. How about these officers grow a pair and handle it like humans! But no, they had to tazer the kid like the animals they are. Sad, really. Apparently the tazer was supposed to replace the gun as a form of "non-lethal" force. Some say that that it was to replace the billy club. Even if that is true, who the hell would use a billy club on a 10 year old! Or, if you scroll down the page the story is on, a 72 year old great-grandma! The other video on the site with the story of the poor 10 year old is a video of a cop accidently tazing himself after a chase. It would be funny, except for the fact that the cop was pointing a tazer (which, by the way, is not "non lethal" for WAAAY too many people) at a man facedown on the ground being cuffed. So I just want to say way to go cops! I used to have respect for the profession. Not any more, too many tools. Save the Whales! Free Tibet! End World Hunger! Bail out Big Newspaper? I am actually in support of bailing out newspaper companies. Without them, I wouldnt be able to pull the free local paper and dry out my boots with it. (works good by the way) But seriously, what more do you know to need that a business is dying other than the fact it has the word "paper" in the title? This is the digital age, and newspapers are obsolete. Its called adapt or die. There were no bailouts for the makers of oil lamps, hand mixers, intellivision, ice boxs, asbestos, record makers, hand plows, butter churns, roller skates, VCRs, laserdiscs, 8 tracks, cassettes, paper ballots, ska music, and so on. Adapt or die. An example of adaption would be the makers of oil lamps. I own a decorative oil lamp, and it is rather nice. One oil lamp company saw that its practical days were behind them, and adapted. Newspapers seem to be starting to do the same, but if unsuccessful, let them die. Besides, Henry Waxman who says "We cannot risk the loss of an informed public and all that means because of this market failure," he said. Yeeees, well Mister Waxman (said in my best Montgomery Burns voice, are you not part of the green movement as well? How is that much paper everyday go along with your environmental stances. Looks like the only green that matters to you are the dirty ones lining your pocket. They ARE Triangulating Your Cell Phones! It looks like the movie Pineapple Express was right, the coppers ARE triangulating your cells! Damn! And, according to this story, Sprint costumers GPS data was viewed EIGHT MILLION TIMES!!! Thats 8,000,000 times! There are only 48.3 million subscribers to sprint, according to wikiinvest.com. I cant wait to see how many times my company has been looked at by the feds. Law Enforcement Thanks Drug Dealers kind of

I turned on the television the other morning and fell sick to the stomach. I was picking up a signal from a news company from the capital of PA Harrisburg. It was about a Drug Task Force Auction. Yea. People were oh so happy to get these great deals on cars, trucks, boats, jewelry, anything the drug task force had seized from the big, bad drug dealers! Here is the thing, prohibition was a bad idea for alcohol, and its a bad idea for OTHER drugs as well. When something is made illegal, there is a black market created because the demand for that product does not go away. When there is a black market, quality always goes down and price always goes up. For example, meth is a big killer. Meth is not only a dangerous drug, but the creation can be a dangerous process. Many times the reason that cops find meth labs is after an explosion. One way that law enforcement tried to stop meth making is by making it illegal in many states to buy too much of different cold medicines which are often used in meth making. When this happened, meth making and use went down. HA, the opposite happened. Meth makers just figured out different ingredients and different ways to make meth. Now, instead of needing a lab, all meth makers need is a two liter empty soda bottle. Meanwhile, legally made methamphetamines are being created all the times ADD/ADHD drugs. Safely. In a monitored lab. If it wasnt for meth being illegal, the creation and distribution would be much more safe. The drug is still dangerous as hell, but who am I to tell someone they cant put something in their body. Besides, if I tell someone they cant do it, they just wont do it in front of me, they will just do it somewhere else. The drug war is a sham. It may have been good intentions, but good intentions do nothing. And now today the local police departments are cashing in on the higher prices of drugs by raiding dealers and stealing the real spoils of the drug war. A 1996 Land Rover was sold for just $1650 and a boat sold for the same price. DA Rebert was on the scene for the sale. Here is a quick excerpt from the story which can be found in full here "Rebert says now the criminal's money is back into the hands where it belongs, keeping our community safe. "The justice is in the fact that all of this money is coming from the drug dealers." Walter Herman bought a pick up truck for $400. He said, "I can't blame them, and they can put the money back to good use someplace else."" Yup, thats good, way to go law enforcement. Good job. Glad you can do this. YOUR DAY IS COMING!!! Apparently the auction brought in $104,000, to be added with the amount of "drug money" confiscated throughout the year as well. Just wanted to give a last quote from the DA, just to show the mentality of these "fine upstanding men" "The more they deal, the better off we are," said Rebert. Military Spending is Unnecessary

Many "fiscal" conservatives fight tooth and nail for military spending. Many of these same people also yell about taxes being too high. Currently, it is estimated that 29.2% of the United State's federal budget is dedicated to military spending. If someone is lucky enough to make $50,000 a year and is living in America, and 40% of that is confiscated by your masters for taxes, you, as a tax paying American would be paying roughly $6000 a year to the military. Take that and shove it in your fiscally responsible pie hole! But Josh, without the military some foreign army would come over hear and kill us all or enslave us more than we already are! Probably not. The U.S. has the greatest, most efficient military in the world, right? So why is it they are STILL fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan? And as far as national security, 9/11 happened, didnt it? And it was by people who came here by legal means! Feel like your getting your money's worth? How about we do it like is stated in the constitution. No standing armies. Jury is still out with me on the navy. I know I just lost some fans. Good day, and happy thanksgiving.

Perspective

I was sitting in a waiting room the other day when I noticed a little girl, probably 5 or 6, yelling across the room to her dad that he was so small! Why did she say this? She was holding her hand up to her one eye like this... and saying to her dad that he was so small that he fit into the circle made with her thumb and forefinger. And he did, because of her perspective. Was she right? Or was she wrong? Her evidence was full proof. She could see the entire body of her father right there, so small it fit in that circle. Now, we know that she is wrong. But how to we prove it? We need to show her that her perspective was wrong. Perspective is such and interesting thing. It always amazes me that two people can look at one situation and see something completely different due to the perspective that person brings. Usually perspective is great! I often have looked at a situation, talked it over with someone, and then saw there point of view on it. What causes differing perspectives of the same circumstance. Well, in some instances, we may not have checked all the facts. Others times perspectives differ due to environmental differences. Some of these differences come about because of upbringing, religion, lifestyle, wealth, nationality, or many other things. Unlike the example with the little girl, sometimes there is no right and wrong when it comes to perspective. The only time that I believe a perspective is wrong is when that perspective is being passed as law! When people are thrown in jail because somebody has a different perspective on lifestyle choices, what chemicals to put into their body, religious choices, nationalities, and more, that is a wrong perspective. People can have the beliefs, just dont make those into law. Be free and allow others around you to be free. As long as the liberty and freedom others is respected, there should be no reason to not allow others to live the way they choose. THAT is a free society, not what we have today. What we have today is not freedom, it is people voting morality, personal perspectives, and opinions and backing it up with men with guns and cold jail cells. Not cool. Joshua Freedom

Pro America Oil Commercial Laughable

Our soldiers need to do some digging. I went to government school and even I new this. They probably do not teach it now, but they did when I was in middle school. The commercial is spoken by an American soldier just back from operation find weapons of mass destruc...er I mean Iraqi Freedom (whole other story). Any ways, the soldier goes on to state how he fought terrorists, and that these terrorists were funded by Americans who are dependent on foreign oil. It was a pro "Drill Here Drill Now" ad that is making the rounds on am radio. Now, do not get me wrong, I am pro free market. If somebody buys the property (without using eminent domain or other government help) and it is profitable for them to get oil from that property, by all means drill. Get the government the hell out of all buisness! But, there is a bit of terrorist funding this gentlemen forgot mention. The U.S. government at some point in history decided that in order for their "citizens" to maintain their "freedom" they had to fight communism that was prevalent in some foreign countries. These intolerant policies lead to that major debacle of U.S. involvement in Vietnam, many many black ops, and primarily the constant threat of nuclear war and mass casualties involving American and USSR civilians. Some of these black ops included funding small radical groups in the middle east which fought as small bands of guerrilla warriors against the USSR that occupied parts of their homelands. The U.S. backed many people who were fighting to get the USSR out of their land, away from their families, and out of their lives completely. This tactic (from an American governmental stand point) was successful. The USSR had to fight these small bands, and failed. These losses hurt the region, and contributed somewhat to the downfall of the communist USSR. One story that is told is of a young man who was somewhat of a leader of one of these groups that went up against the USSR. He claims to have killed a soldier with his bear hands and gained control of a missile. His name was Osama Bin Laden, leader of the Taliban. Yea. Fighting with US weapons. The US withdrew its support, and the rest is, well, history. Thats just a little story of something that irked me. Im sure most soldiers are curious as to why these people they fight have US weapons. Anyways, I, as always, encourage you to do your own research into the subject matter. Correct me where I am wrong. IRS (warning, contains adult language)

Well, as many of you do, I pay taxes. I have a family, and a wife, and I need to pay them because if I go to jail, they are not going to be able to afford necessities. It is one of my biggest goals in life to be able to say no to that organization, but now is not the time. I figure that while I pay taxes, I might as well try to recover as much of that money as I can. I dont care where all the money goes to, I just want it back. Thats 30% percent of my income, at least, out of my pocket, going to God knows what. Its pretty easy to pay the IRS, but when it comes to collecting that is another story. This lovely story starts this past summer. My wife and I decided that we were financially sound enough to purchase a house of our own. We bought the house, and then sent in to the IRS to try to get $8000 dollars of our hard earned money back. Our friends at Jackson Hewitt informed us that it would be about 8-12 weeks and we would have our money in hand. 8 weeks passed, no money. Ok. 12 weeks passed, no money. Hmmm. 14 weeks pass. My wife places a call to the IRS (she would not allow me to do it for obvious reasons). They inform us that it is pending, and that it would be another 40-60 days until we see our money. Damn. Well today, we received a letter. Apparently, we need to copy one of our documents again and send it in. Now this document was included in the CERTIFIED MAIL that contained everything else that we sent in. One of the fucking thugs there lost it. Now we have 30 days to send in this document again, or not receive my tax rebate. Fuck them! If Wal-mart, McDonald's, or any other buisness that I deal with during a typical week treated me like our public servants treat me, I would not do buisness with them. If I decide not to do buisness with the IRS, I am locked up in a cage. At least I would have better health care than I do now according to Harry Hughes. Now, people will tell me to change taxes using the system, but no matter who gets elected, it seems, I will get taxed. I dont know what to do, but thats my story Joshua Freedom

Anyway, here we gooooooooo Obama's Daughters Receive H1N1 Vaccine You better prepare yourself, cause here comes the onslaught of twitter posts, facebook updates, and talk show claims that this is fake. Well, I think its true. I believe that Obama (who's name still show up as a typo) must vaccinate his daughters with the harmless vaccine in order to make his National Emergency declaration seem more legitamit. I believe the entire H1N1 flu pandemic, which is less of a pandemic than the normal flu here in the U.S., is an attempt by Obama to not only explore the territory of power constitutionally given in a time of "National Emergency", but to also test the American people. See how pissed they get, and I am sorry folks, but speeches and signs may not be enough. With these protests, actual action is needed. Nixon said that he doesnt care how much anyone protests, as long as they pay their taxes. Looks like our buddy Nixon gave us a hint at how to enact true change in government. Hikers Held in Iran as Spies Okay, first and foremost, dont go to vacation in Iraq. And once your in Iraq, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT cross the border into Iran. In other words, use some uncommon sense. My heart and prayers do go out to the young people who are being held in Iran, and their families. I must say, I have plenty of respect for the families of those being held. They are taking the burdon upon themselves and trying to free their loved ones instead of relying soley on the Goverment and military for help. I would hate to see what horrible foriegn policy descisions would he jumped into if these were actual spies or soilders being held. Can anyone say shock and awe (aka kill a bunch of people around those you want to kill) Cop at Haunted House Points Loaded Gun at Actor Okay, so upon reading this story, I have one question. Why did the cop just not pull the whole "Oh, its a fake Halloween gun" line when he pulled a gun on an employee at a haunted house. The employee made the mistake of trying to scare the intoxicated, drunk, off duty cop who was at the haunted house with his 9 year old daughter (who is also presumably the designated driver). Maybe he was too intoxicated to think of that excuse and laugh it off. Or maybe it was because he is a cop. Whats the difference between a cop and a cop that has had too much alchohol? I dont know but its not the feeling of invincibility. And power. And, well, you get the point. The cop claims to have pointed the gun at the ground, and of course the thin blue line believed that a police officer, who believed he was being assulted by a chain saw, would point the gun at the ground. Yea. One more thing, if this cop had smoked weed instead of drank before taking his daughter to the haunted house, would he have pulled a gun on the dude with a chainsaw, or laughed. Simple but Affective (or is it Effective?)

Words can do so many things. They can warn others of an impending danger, cause arguments over meanings, and can be used by smooth talking people to sell crap. Others can be used to stir up deep emotion. One such word is the term terrorism (or turerism is your name begins with a "G" and ends with "eorge Bush". The definition of terrorism, according to dictionary.com is as follows:

the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, esp. for political purposes.
the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.
a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.

Know that terrorism has been defined, here is a great small, but affective idea for all of you who would like to use it. Pick up a note card, piece of paper, anything you can write on, and write on one side the definition of terrorism, and write on the other side, " I DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TERRORISTS!" Go ahead and do it now, you will see why later. The census will be happening very shortly. Some day a friendly person will knock on your door and ask you some "simple and non-invasive" questions that the men and women who claim to govern the land mass known as America would like to know about you and your household. I encourage you to then ask the census worker what happens if you dont comply. At this point you will most likely be threatened with fines, time in jail, and maybe worse. It is at the time you pick up the note card or paper you had written on, hand it to the census worker, and say "this is for you and make sure you pass it on to your boss". This is just a simple act of non-cooperation that one can do. Enough people do this, and it will frustrate some bureaucrats. This is a great first step into peaceful disobedience and activism. If you have never done any activism, do this, video tape it, and put it on youtube or something. Its good practice. By the way, I believe the largest fine that one can recieve for not filling out the census is $100. Many of you can pay that fine, but it would be more interesting if you kept up the civil disobedience by not paying, but that of course has much bigger consequences, and rewards! Stop Stealing

Well, I just got that piece of mail today. That lovely piece that states the school district in which you live is going to building a BIGGER and BETTER high school! YAY! The little sponge brains can go be brainwashed in a beautiful new building bought and paid for through THEFT!!! It drives me absolutely crazy how this system works. Whether it be a school board passing something insane like raising your property tax $100 a year for the next 3 years and then leaving that amount at that price for TWENTY FREAKING YEARS!!! Or some other elected beaurocrat deciding that whatever program he or she wants to pass is more valuable that how YOU choose to use YOUR money! What follows is my letter to the letter here in my district pleading with voters to vote NO on the new school during this years mid-term elections. While I do not vote for people in this failed political system, I do vote on issues. This is and issue I will vote no on. Actually I vote no on almost any issue. Anyways, heres my letter… Dear Editor,

I would like to beg the voters in ******* School District to vote no to build a new high school. I have heard the arguments and it does seem that it may be time to rebuild. I encourage the school district to rebuild, and anyone who believes that this is the right descision put your own money on the table. Please STOP STEALING MY MONEY TO EDUCATE CHILDREN! I am not in favor of rebuilding so why should I have to pay. Is theft legal because of a simple majority? I believe that in the late 1770s there was a majority of British citizens who support the taxation of the minority colonists. Does a majority make theft excusable? Again, I ask you, the voting public who still have a thread of faith in this political system, even if you support a new school being built, vote no, and offer your money. My money is not yours to steal. Whats mine is mine and it will go where I choose.

Let them know that what yours is yours and they cant steal your labor and your property. That’s it, its not too hard to understand. International Australia Toddler Television Ban? . While I believe that television shows designed for children are despicable in the way that they market products to children from the time they are a baby, how is it a good thing for the government to get involved with the amount of television time children get? Is Australia going to fine people for allowing their toddler to watch television? How is it a good thing to take money from parents with toddlers? Isn’t that literally stealing candy from a baby; not that some health nuts wouldn’t support that, but seriously, have they (the government) lost their minds? What if the fine cannot be paid? Does that constitute jail time, leading to children being taken into foster homes? . These government officials need to lay of the Fosters and think things through. I have a question for those of my audience in Australia (and since that is none of you, this question applies everyone!). Are you willing to support government in efforts to steal your children or your neighbor’s children? Well, if you are paying taxes than you obviously support it. Put your money where your heart is… (By the way, the remote that the baby is holding in the picture is perfect. I have had that remote for years, and it is the most durable universal remote in existence! That kid has great parents!) National Liz Cheney Conservative Group Attacks Obama Foreignn Policy . I used to consider myself a conservative so I fell into this trap as well. How can someone start a group based around foreign wars!? Read the damn constitution (not that I am in favor of the constitution)! We have no reason to be in Iraq OR Afghanistan or the other 150 plus countries. If someone really wants to protect America DISBAND THE MILITARY!!! All that it takes to plan a terrorist attack is people! Stop them in this country! There are plenty of terrorist cells found in the U.S. and the city block isn’t decimated by bunker busters with a “shock and awe” style of mass murder from a plane broadcasted live in CNN; it is done with a police arrest. If you want to go to war with somebody, YOU get the money, the equipment, and soldiers. Again, I ask everyone, would you go bomb a neighborhood because their MAY be a terrorist there? Do you support killing innocent men and children while attempting to kill a terrorist? Do you think that foreigners to America have less life value than your neighbors? Well, if you are a tax payer, this is what you support! My Choice Pot Smoked in Public Daily by More Than 100 Participants: No Arrests . I was so happy when I heard about this. I listen the Free Talk Live program on a regular basis, and I have been following this story. I do not think that it should be a newsworthy feat to smoke a plant and not be arrested, but in this crazy and backwards nation, it is. Way to go guys! I would love to see cannabis celebrations taking place across the nation. The jails are full of innocent men and women who were putting something into their own bodies and were arrested for it. We are going to take a brief hiatus from the scheduled topics of discussion. If you have not noticed yet, this site is EXTREMELY informal and off schedule. This is due to the fact that yours truly is a 21 year old male with the attention span of an ocelot. So with out further ado...

THE HATE OF LIBERTY by Joshua Freedom

Well it is upon us again; September 11. A day to remember all of those innocent men women and children lost in gruesome terrorist attacks. Anyone expecting to find something here about certain "conspiracy theories" you can breathe a side of relief because at this point I do not believe that the U.S. government played a role in the 9/11/2oo1 terrorist attacks. But do not worry, I will still probably make somebody angry today. The truth has a way of doing that type of thing, you know. Here is a quote from Boy George's speech to congress following the attacks where he spins the truth right round like a record baby and tells the "terrrists" to watch out he I come.... Americans are asking, why do they hate us? They hate what they see right here in this chamber -- a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms -- our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other. They want to overthrow existing governments in many Muslim countries, such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. They want to drive Israel out of the Middle East. They want to drive Christians and Jews out of vast regions of Asia and Africa. These terrorists kill not merely to end lives, but to disrupt and end a way of life. With every atrocity, they hope that America grows fearful, retreating from the world and forsaking our friends. They stand against us, because we stand in their way. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! These attacks were provocted by the U.S. foregin policy! How dare you, Georgy Boy, blame freedom for the attacks! And it is not just the former U.S. president that has stated this message. I belive Obama, Biden, and Pelosi would agree with the president on this, as well as many congressmen. This makes it and non-party issue (YAY! Bipartisianship!) I want to make it clear right here before wee continue that the fact that the attack is in response of U.S. foreign policy DOES NOT condone the attack. I will rarely condone violence for the simple fact that people are hurt in the process, and that we all see how the govenment responds. You can be sure that shock and awe, bunker busters, and laser guided something or other will be knocking on your door. For everyone who thinks that Americans "freedom" (or partial slavery as I call it) is the reason for the attacks, listen up. Here are some facts before you call for my head on a platter and my body to be deported. The U.S. began to play a major role in the area known as the Middle Easy after World War II. Aside from assisting in the creation of an Isreali homeland, the U.S. had a vested interest in the middle east in an attempt to stop communism from spreading out of the USSR. The U.S. armed many radical groups in the middle east in order to fight back againtst communism. Oil also played a major role in the U.S. involvment. This lead to soldiers bearing the stars and stripes in the Gulf War, in which the U.S. was fighting many factions that it had itself armed during the "stop communism at any cost" era. I am cetainly glad the constitution still matters. All of this ultimately lead to U.S. support of certain political factions in the east, and the attempted distrucion of others. How would you feel living here in the U.S. if another country had its hand on everything political and most of our economy? Cries of world governemnt would be heard and some people would fight back with extreme violence. I personally think that George Bush and some of our elected representatives are a little smarter than given credit for, but even if they were not, a quick and honest look into the U.S. foreign policy in the middle east could easily explain why the country was attacked.

Yea, YOU stand in their way, Mr. Bush and anyone who promotes the countries foreign policy; not me, not my friends, and certainly not the poor men women and children who died on September 11, 2001. I want to live FREE and I want everyone to have the ability to live free. Stop dictating the way that others live in other countries. Get your noses out of foreign affairs. Get out of MY LIFE and the lives of others. Please, I beg you. I have had enough.
