- I am in love. I have been for a while now, but this crush isn't about to fade away..

Constance from Hermés is the new it-bag! It is a remake of an vintage model, worn by Jackie Kennedy, among others.

And now the new model is also spotted on some very fashionable celebrities , like Diane Kuger and Mary-Kate Olsen (which is one of my fashion-icons). It is the perfect bag to wear to, well everything. It's small and compact and matches great with every outfit, seems to good to be true? Unfortunately it does come with one downside, the price, hold your breath.. $5950,-

And I know the bag is of great quality, is handmade and not suited for all and sundry and it is also one of these items I can not let go.. And the blue one above is my absolute favorite, by far! OOPS I guess that isn't good news for my savings account!

- Time for a brand new outfitpost! Today I decided to visit my dark side and go for a outfit with a gothic / baroque flavor, but then without the dark makeup and all...

I am wearing a black hat with red and white feathers, which I own for quit a while now and I don't remember where I got it from, but these kinds of things a widely available at vintage or second hand stores.

I am also wearing a top with strings, lots of strings. I got this top for like 4 or 5 years ago when I was visiting London with my family. I bought it at Topshop and have worn it a lot. Thumbs up for Topshop for the great quality!

Also I am wearing a grey with black crosses jeans, which I got at the Primark in Essen (Germany), where I went a while ago, as you probably have read about a few weeks ago.

The little biker ankle boots are from H&M, and I finished the outfit with some great accessories. A Dyrberg/Kern medaillion necklace, my usual Guess watch and a big stoned vintage looking ring from Primark.

HAPPYNEWYEAR!

- Happy newyear!

I wish all of you the best for 2013 and that it may be a very fashionable year! My self, I didn't do much this on new years eve, my boyfriend was sick with the flu and our little babycat Jimi is only 9weeks old, so he couldn't stay at home alone. But it was a great night! We ate a lot, as you can see on the picture and drank champaign.

When the clock hit 00:00 we ran upstairs to watch the fireworks on the roof, it was breathtaking! We had a 180degrees view and it went on for about 30minutes! The picture captures only a little bit, but it was amazing!

We didn't light any fireworks ourselfs, but there were partypoppers which covered me completely in confetti!

All in all we had a great night and I hope you did too!

FLASHBACKOLD/NEW

- Today is the day to look back at the past.. the last day of the year. In fashionland a lot has happend, designers have switched to different brands, namechanges of well know big brands, celebirty weddings and I can go on and on for hours.

For me personally it has been a great year! I graduated with my Bachelor degree of Communications, got a new kitty cat for Christmas, named Jimi Hendrix, got a new job in fashion and last but most certainly not last.. my blog has grown tremendously!

I have great expectation for next year, and to be honest I am also a bit nervous of what it will bring.. Ofcourse I will start my new job, which is very exciting but also kind of scary and besides that I am also very curious of the way my blog will evolve.

I love blogging and realy want to bring it to the next level This year has brought me many new opportunities and experiences, which I wouldn't have experienced if it wasn't for you! It is all because you support me and visit my blog, and I am very thankfull for that! I hope that I can keep on rewarding you with lots of like-and-win campains so I can give something in return the upcoming year!

For now.. Just enjoy these adds from some big famous brands from the past and the present. All of them started of small, but made their way to the top! Well if that isn't inspiring, I don't know what is ;)

I wish you all the best for 2013, may life treat you well, bring you lots of joys and happiness and that you may feel comfortable with yourself. The best thing you can wear, is confidence !

OUTFITGALAXY

- I thought it was about time for a new outfitpost! Been way too long, I know and I apologise! From now on I promise I will do my very best to make sure I post an outfit every week.

So, this week I am wearing an galaxy inspired outfit, which is a big trend right now. You can find all kinds of galaxy items, like skirts, leggings, accessories, just look for it online.

I like some galaxy items, but I think you should definitely not go overboard on this trend, or you will end up looking like some cartoon character. You wouldn't want that right?!

So, I decided to go for a subtle galaxy sweather. I even have a matching tattoo ! HAHA

To give the outfit a dorky edge, I wear a blouse underneath with the collar over the sweather (ofcourse). I kept the rest of the outfit simple, to keep the focus on the galaxy print. With a black skinnyjeans with some simple black ankleboots, not to much jewellery and voilla, a very simple but trendy oufit :)

- With Christmas right around the corner it is time to do some holidayshopping! So, this Saturday my mom and I are going to Essen, Germany to do some big shopping. Never been there before, but there is a primark with 5 floors!

Now, I am a huge primark lover already. A few years ago I went to London with my grandma as a graduation present, and there I discovered primark... Since then I went to London multiple times a year to visit it (and of course all the other cool shops). But about a year or 2 ago primark came to the Netherlands and I go there as much as I can! It's amazing how they are able to provide in trendy items for extreme low prices, and as for as I know (yes, I did some research) the items are made without child labour or other human harming ways.

But to get back on the Germany story, I can't wait till it's weekend! So, I went on-line and searched some items that I must have, just to be sure I don't miss out on anything while wondering trough the store with 3 bags full to take into the fitting rooms.

Above you can see the items I really love and musthave! Besides the primark there are a lot of cool shops in Essen, like monki and mango. And there is a shoppingmall with over 200 stores! WAUW can't wait! I will let you know if it was as great as I am expecting.

Marlies is no newbie in town, but when a very talented Dutch designer has such succes with the international stars it is worth a blogpost!

And for me personally, I support Marlies Dekkers in every way! She was one of the first to notice my blog and invite me to her press releases.Which I am very thankfull for!

As you can see, Britney Spears is wearing the Leading Strings Stricktly, Taylor Swift wears the Space Oddysey and Cher Lloyd is wearing the Dame de Paris.

- Today I have a realy good tip for you! The Angel and Maclean webshop. This label has been founded by Chanelva Maclean, a young talented designer from Amsterdam. She is only 22 years of age, but already she has accomplished a lot. Last Amsterdam Fashion Week she even showed her own collection with an of program show. Which was, if you ask me, amazing!

Models walking down large sets of steps on killer heels, an informal atmosphere and lot's of glamorous people, a recipe for succes ;)

- I am in love with my new necklace! It's a medaillion from Dyrberg/Kern. I got it for my birthday last friday from my boyfriend! How sweet is that! I didn't give him any hints so he came up with it all by himself! Even got it delivered at home on my birthday itself.

It has a small braided necklace with a golden look medallion. Simple but stylisch!

I havn't put a photo in it just yet, but I will!

- I love Rituals! The products smell and look amazing! Too bad for me that I have allergies and can't stand perfume rubbed into my skin.. So most of the ritual products I have to pass on.. - Yes guys, there is a new trend in town... the polkadot. I know, it can be overwhelming, but worn the right way and with some proper styling it is sooooo cool! I especially love the polkadot jacket above it has a very vintage appearance and even looks good with some simple dark skinny jeans. But if you want to do it more subtle, you can style it in the details, like with these great ties!

- Today's outfit. I am going casual today, wearing old ripped Zara jeans with some all star converse. Also wearing a black 'a la Rachel Zoe' cap from h&m. I combined it with some warm knitwear in dogtooth motive, which I loveeeee. And underneath a white semi-seethrough blouse. All in all I think it's a good casual outfit to go shopping in.. I think this is soooo GaGa, love the way United Nude has jumped into the whole campaign and was able to transfer the design into these great stiletto's!

Indispencable from the fashionscene right now.. But because they are everywhere it can be hard to see the end of it. And let's be honest, sometimes it it can be to much right? Don't get me wrong, I like it.. Makes your outfit a bit more dark, raw and can make a borrow item be cool. So I made a moodboard with items that contain skulls which I really like!
