Un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;match 2 contro 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, ossia una partita in cui un singolo giocatore sfida una coppia di giocatori.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Il &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;“singolo”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; gioca come se fosse una partita normale e occupa tutte le zone del campo; la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;“coppia”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; invece si divide i compiti dividendo il campo a metà, uno dei due si occuperà della parte destra, l’altro della parte sinistra. E’ chiaro che in questa situazione il “singolo” sarà costretto a giocare una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;partita tutta sotto pressione&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; in quanto la “coppia” sarà quasi sempre piazzata e quindi in grado di rimettere la maggioranza dei suoi colpi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;I compiti dei giocatori&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;Il singolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;: è colui che fa l’esercizio. E’ costretto a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;correre dal primo scambio all’ultimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; in quanto si ritrova quasi sempre gli avversari piazzati e quindi in grado di prendere ogni suo colpo. Il suo obiettivo è quello di portare la “coppia” fuori posizione in modo da poter giocare un colpo vincente. Occorre strategia, senso della posizione, e un gran fiato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;La coppia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;: sono i feeder, coloro che &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;tengono in gioco la palla per far fare l’esercizio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; al “singolo”. Non corrono troppo perché sono sempre piazzati all’altezza della linea del servizio e quindi sono in grado di recuperare quasi tutte le pallina. Il loro obiettivo è quello di far fare più strada possibile al “singolo” giocando delle palline abbastanza impegnative ma sempre prendibili. Non devono tirare le “chiusure”, ma devono mantenere in gioco la pallina. Occorre strategia, senso della posizione, tocco e tecnica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;La strategia dei giocatori&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;Il singolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;: è dura giocare bene quando si corre molto, ci si stanca e si perde lucidità perdendo di conseguenza anche precisione. Per il giocatore singolo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;la strategia è fondamentale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, da fondocampo bisogna essere precisi e bisogna tenere la pallina più vicino al muro possibile, anche perché sia giocando il lungolinea, che giocando l’incrociato, gli avversari sono sempre piazzati e pronti per colpire la pallina al volo. Quando si è nella parte frontale del campo idem, occorre precisione, perché i due giocatori sono pronti sia che si giochi il lungolinea che l’incrociato. Allora come si fa il punto? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;Si impara ad attaccare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, ma non a casaccio. Smorzate quando si è davanti, smorzate da fondocampo quando l'avversario è dietro di voi, boast d’attacco quando l'avversario non è attento. Mai colpi forti a caso, ma pazienza nel colpire la pallina vicino al muro aspettando il momento adatto per l’attacco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;La coppia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;: sembra facile fare il feeder, ma giocare la pallina senza errori è esercizio per giocatori di alto livello. La “coppia” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;non dovrebbe mai sbagliare nemmeno una pallina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, senza fretta, deve tessere una tela di colpi che spostino il “singolo” in tutti gli angoli del campo. I giocatori della coppia non dovrebbero quasi mai incrociare, soprattutto da fondocampo, in quanto mettono in pericolo il proprio compagno di squadra che sicuramente si trova in quella traiettoria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;Tempi e modi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Se il livello dei tre giocatori è simile, ognuno di loro, a turno, farà un game da solo. Se invece un giocatore è molto più forte degli altri due potrà addirittura fare una partita intera. Si può allenare questo requisito facendo esercizi di &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;tecnica in tre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;: d'altronde se ci si riesce a muovere bene quando in campo si è in 3, con spazi più piccoli in cui destreggiarsi, figuratevi poi quando siete in campo solamente contro il vostro avversario!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;L'esercizio di soli lungolinea (sia di diritto che di rovescio) permette il miglioramento di varie qualità.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Prima di tutto si migliora la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;tecnica di esecuzione&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; del colpo. La ripetizione continua di un colpo lo rende automatico, più dinamico e più preciso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;In secondo luogo si migliora l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;approccio verso la pallina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; partendo dal centro del campo (in quanto i tempi tra un colpo e l'altro sono più lunghi e quindi si ha tutto il tempo per tornare al centro).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;In terzo luogo si migliora il movimento di &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;uscita dall'angolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; senza intralciare gli altri giocatori.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Per la buona riuscita dell'esercizio è bene giocare il lungolinea il &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;più profondo possibile&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, quindi la pallina deve rimbalzare più vicino al vetro possibile. Più si acquista destrezza e padronanza dei movimenti, e sincronismo tra i tre giocatori in campo, più si può aumentare la velocità del colpo e la precisone dello stesso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);font-size:180%;" &gt;Come si svolge:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;mentre il giocatore &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;A &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;colpisce il lungolinea da una posizione dietro il box di servizio, il giocatore &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; attende sulla T il suo turno. Il giocatore &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; ha appena colpito il lungolinea e si è spostato lungo il vetro verso il centro del campo. Da quella posizione giocherà un lungolinea profondo e dovrà ritornare velocemente verso la T senza intralciare la strada a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, che a sua volta è arrivato in quella posizione. Il giocatore a fondocampo gioca sempre il &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;boast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, mentre il giocatore "davanti" giocherà alternando, o a piacere,  il &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;lungolinea e l'incrociato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);font-size:180%;" &gt;Obiettivi del giocatore a fondocampo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;C'è poco spazio all'improvvisazione, il giocatore deve colpire &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;solamente il boast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;. Il colpo dovrebbe rimbalzare vicino all'angolo, possibilmente nel &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;nick&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;. In alternativa si possono giocare dei &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;boast a due sponde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt; in cui la pallina dovrebbe rimbalzare due volte prima del muro laterale. Stesso discorso per l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;incrociato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;, profondo vicino all'angolo di fondocampo (possibilmente con la pallina che tocca prima il vetro del muro laterale), o forte e basso che muore nell'angolo (secondo rimbalzo vicino all'angolo). Una variante molto efficace per migliorare la tecnica e meno faticosa a livello fisico. Da un angolo verso il centro e poi ancora nell'angolo opposto. E' difficile tornare fino alla "T", comunque arrivarci vicino è possibilissimo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Il giocatore (B), quello che colpisce il boast nella parte dietro del campo, dovrebbe fare anche lui un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;movimento a "V"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;. Uguale, ma contrario al giocatore di fronte a lui, va da un angolo all'altro passando dal centro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);font-size:180%;" &gt;Perchè è importante muoversi in questo modo evitando il semplice movimento destra sinistra?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:180%;" &gt;Perchè così si acquistano gli &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-size:180%;" &gt;automatismi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:180%;" &gt;e le misure per muoversi verso la palla sia in avanti che in dietro. Più è vicino al muro, meglio è il colpo. Per quanto riguarda la lunghezza il giocatore ha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" &gt;due opzioni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;: una palla morbida che atterra a pochi centimetri dal vetro, oppure una palla veloce che rimbalza poco dopo il box e con il secondo rimbalzo che atterra prima del vetro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Il giocatore (B), quello che fa il boast, deve essere preciso e fare in modo che la sua palla rimanga nell'angolo frontale senza che ritorni troppo verso il centro del campo. Più basso è, meglio è. L'ho fatta una volta alla settimana, si potrebbe anche tentare di farne due a settimana, ma solo se vi sentite dei draghi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trattasi di &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ghosting&lt;/span&gt;, in parole povere di simulazione di movimento in campo senza palla. 7 combinazioni di movimenti da fare 10 volte ciascuna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ecco le combinazioni:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento laterale destra/sinistra sulla riga del servizio (7 movimenti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento negli angoli di fondocampo destra/sinistra (5 movimenti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento negli angoli frontali destra/sinistra (5 movimenti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento negli angoli solo di destra avanti/dietro, e viceversa solo negli angoli di sinistra (5 movimenti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento sulle diagonali, avanti (destra)/dietro (sinistra), e viceversa avanti (sinistra)/dietro (destra) (5 movimenti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento nell'angolo davanti destra simulando smorzata, e viceversa a sinistra (4 movimenti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;dal centro, spostamento in tutti e quattro gli angoli in senso orario, e viceversa in senso antiorario (5 movimenti)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:180%;" &gt;La velocità di esecuzione è prossima a quella massima, il lavoro dura non più di 10 secondi. Il recupero è tra i 10 e 15 secondi.
