This week I review the David Cronenberg film "Videodrom". I then read the comic series "Serenity: Those Left Behind" and finished playing through the campaign for "Batman: Arkham Asylum".

This week I watched the dystopic futuristic film, "The Handmaid's Tale". I also read "30 Days Of Night: Dark Days" in honor of that comic being made into film, the sequel to 2007's "30 Days Of Night" movie adapation.

This week I re-enter the realm of cannibal films. But nothing as thought provoking or deep as the Egyptian Blood Feast trilogy. All the while, on that un-sunniest of days where the clouds were not swept away, going on my way to where the air is choked with the blood of muppet death and mayhem.

In other words, this week I watched Joe d'Amato's 1980 "The Anthropophagus Beast" and Marian Dora's 2006 "Cannibal". And all around me terror ensued as the dreaded and horrendous Snufflapophagus Beast consumed the denizes of this fair neighborhood.
