Storytelling allows for monumental &lt;br /&gt;moments of times past to be preserved through oral history, it is seen  as&lt;br /&gt;a form of intangible cultural heritage.  Because of this,  storytelling is a&lt;br /&gt; practice already entrenched in the minds of youth from  developing&lt;br /&gt;communities. Says LCD:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:78%;" &gt;We connect schools with their district education office through a  &lt;br /&gt;computer with 3G internet connection powered by solar panels.&lt;br /&gt;Teachers   and headteachers can complete their administration&lt;br /&gt;without leaving   school.
