India PayPal User Gets New Restrictions by RBI Starts From March 1, 2011

PayPal India Notification With effect from 1 March 2011

There are two (2) new restrictions noticed, imposed, and regulated by RBI (Reserve Bank of India) for PayPal to comply on PayPal's India users. The notice announced by Dickson Seow from the PayPal Corporate Communications team published at PayPal Official Blog site - Advanced Notice for Changes to PayPal User Agreement for India.

1. Any balance in and all future payments into your PayPal account may not be used to buy goods or services and must be transferred to your bank account in India within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the goods or services; and

2 Export-related payments for goods and services into your PayPal account may not exceed US$500 per transaction.

As Dickson Seow said, any info update will be published at the PayPal India Notification page.

MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS

From the Item 1, the words used for "Any balance" stringed with "and" binded to "all future payments"; are all restricted with "may not be used" specifically to buy goods OR services. Mandatory/Compulsory/Obligatory, the balance must be put back into India soil. Meaning that, the money must circling and recycling; changing its ownership hand-to-hand in India and not in the United States of America.

What is the future opportunity for India? PayPal India must exist on India soil in future like what had been done by Google with its Google India and India AdSense. This is the thing, having said, sharing the common interests. Otherwise, must use any bank operating its banking business in India.

For sure, Item 2, this restriction will effect those merchants transacting their export products using PayPal account because the maximum amount of US$500 per transaction is too small. They have to make use any applicable bank in India to make or receive payment. Not only the bank in India will get the benefits, but the India government want to scrutinize the related business operation and activity for tax assessment and revenue.

India AdSense will be getting much benefits from these new restrictions? How? You think about it? By nature, any high pressure will look for low pressure area to continue living and functioning!

Last time I heard many Indians said their application submissions were hardly getting approval for being publishers to AdSense program by highlighting an issue on their living/correspondence address in India. Some of them tried hard using their friends'/relatives' US addresses in their application for submission, but still several times rejected by AdSense.

I'm told about that story (1st. Paragraph) by one of my online best friends, Mythili Kannan, who is an Indian living as an expatriate in Basel, Switzerland; she is an active blogger. I am an American, once heard about it;

"No and not, the factual answer is in the form of question for why there is Google India? Which also means that there is AdSense India! The only thing now is you-all did not follow the AdSense Program & Policies related to your blogging activity." - I replied/answered to Mythili Kannan's question.

I really in deep hope, this is a good new beginning to settle the hot issue on Bhopal case. At least, the energetic new efforts something that can make all the involved victims can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Secondly, the government has to take this case seriously as its devastating effects and affect are very obvious and it cannot blindfold people eyes on it. A shameful governing level and status if this case can be overwrites as "write off" and "case off" from the high court's hammer.

After I've watched Al-Jazeera's "Inside Story" program, today, where the follow up discussion held between Tim Edwards, Satish Jacob, and Murali Lal responded to yesterday's court sentenced two years in prison the seven former Union Carbide's plant executives and now the were released out on bail; I support the efforts to reopen this case in high court.

Tim Edwards is a spokesman for the "International Campaign for Justice" in Bhopal, Satish Jacob was a journalist (author) covering up the news during that time, and Murali Lal was an inspector in this great disaster case.

On Monday (7 June 2010) an Indian court convicted 8 people over Bopal gas leak. One of the eight convicted died while trial was underway. But, why? Why after they've been sentenced 2 years jail and then later released out on bail?

Fortunately, Shahnawaz Khan as government witness in this case still well keep the April 29, 1983 document as a great proof of Warren Anderson (Union Carbide's Chairman) has had changed the specific clauses in the document.

Who was the Prime Minister of India at that time? The answer is Indira Ghandi. Who allowed Warren Anderson left India back to America (USA)? This is the big question to answer because we've to relate to the America's side of governance.

Who was the President of America (USA) at that time? The answer is Ronald Reagen. Who was the Vice President of America (USA) at that time? The answer is George Bush..

25 years had gone nowhere leaving behind victims still suffering from the causes and effects. Should Keshub Mahindra be pull back into this story, like what has been said by Satish Jacob? Who led the Central Bureau of Investigation at that time? J. S. Bajwa.

So, Bhopal Disaster case MUST be reopened.
You want to know why? My answer is very simple, because Keshub Mahindra is a billionaire.

Today I watched AlJazeeraEnglish hosted by Ghida Fakhry on Witness program. Although it's a repeat story from AlJazeeraEnglish September 30, 2008; but the value to be shared on here is very precious where from what I looked into it how important is the use of social engineering method in solving social problems.

A successful social engineering method applied by Bihar's railway police in fighting crime cases in Bihar, India. The result speaks itself from their hard work by using music world drummed up the crime alert among citizens and the crime rate gradually reduced. The lyrics very persuasive inculcating listeners to beware of notorious activities happening around their life circles and making them cautious on the ambiguity of causes and effects.

Intro

India's Indians and NRIs must understand tourism business activities generated rapid cycles of a rupee ownership changing. Travel and tour created enormous money distribution points in various related industries and it revolves in domestic expenditures and revenues. Motive :

1. To generate electricity from natural resources; Sun and Wind.
2. As a power-miniature-generator to produce 6 and 4 volts of electricity from solar and wind output, respectively.

Objective :

1. To motivate Amdavadis to wear helmet while they are driving.
2. While on safety benefit on biking can enjoy extra benefit to charge mobile phone

How it works on solar mode?

From solar power it has been set up 4 volts to charge a battery back up of one hour attached to the helmet and a rider can stright away connect the cellular phone unit to the charger for charging while on the move. For a maximum single charging the inventor claimed that the charger takes only 40 minutes compare to the normal charging period which needs for almost one-and-a-half hours.

How it works on wind mode?

At a minimum speed of 20km/hr it's able to produces 4 Volts of electrcity to charge a battery back up of one hour attached to the helmet. It works with the same procedures and methods for charging a cellular phone unit.
