It's been forever since my last post , and all I am truly humbled and thankful to all my wonderful followers, who have stuck by my blog, despite the irregularities.

I hear from a lot of people that modeling is glamorous. Well, not always. Modeling can be divided in 2 areas - Fashion and Commercial. Where Fashion Modeling may at times be ultra glamarous , commercial shoots are not. For instance, you may be asked to wear a business suit and shoot for a recruitment firm or a pharmaceutical company.

Recently I did a shoot for Panasonics latest range of hair equipment. The makeup was minimal and clothes were simple, with the prime focus being their accessories. The shoot went on for 11 hours straight with a much needed tiny lunch break .Videos were shot for the use on web and other sources of media.

Peeking through the dressing room - A small studio setup is created and some clothes hanging on one side for me to wear for the shoot .

Photography equipment - Softboxes, strobe lights, reflectors, light stands etc.

Queenstown ,New Zealand : Outfit of the Day

Pull off an effortlessly stylish look with boyfriend shirts . I wore mine with ripped-off jeans to get that perfect laid back look with immense comfort.

Another beautiful day it was, and we drove to Queenstown. New Zealand always surprised me. After having seen some absolutely terrific scenic locations , I felt like it can't get better than this and then we arrived at Bobs Peak in Queenstown. Once again , It surely did take my breath away!

How I styled my Sister-in-law

I was in India a while back , and thought of doing a photo shoot with my sister-in-law as the model. Graduated from fashion school , she is brilliant at posing and expressing. However, she is simple and not much into makeup and stuff, so I grabbed this chance of doing her makeup and hair. I am passionate about makeup and jump on to any opportunity I get of beautifying people :P

I knew from the start , that I had to go for a bright red lip shade for her so as to highilght her beautiful lips and smile. I puffed her hair at the crown area, to add more zing to the whole look. Topped it off with some chains , hoops and a dazzling ring.

So we created some cute and sizzling images. What do you all think ?
