Albusurile se bat spuma, in ele se adauga si cele 2 plicuri de frisca si se mai bat 5 minute cu mixerul. Spuma de albusuri si crema de galbenuuri se amesteca si jumatate din ea se toarna peste piscoturi. Se mai pune un strat de piscoturi si la final inca un strat de crema. Ptr. Crema : &lt;br /&gt;
-1 kg branza&amp;nbsp;dulce&lt;br /&gt;
-200 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
-250 gr rama (cub)&lt;br /&gt;
-750 ml suc Fanta&lt;br /&gt;
-2 plicuri cu budinca de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare blat : 6 galbenusuri ,6 linguri zahar, 100 ml ulei se freaca bine spuma . Albusul se bate spuma tare . Se adauga galbenusul frecat la albus treptat si punem 6 linguri de faina si 1/2 plic praf de copt . Turnam totul in tava in care am pus hartie de copt , unsa cu un pic de rama sau ulei si il dam la cuptor . Dupa ce a copt blatul (verificam cu o scobitoare ) il scoatem si il lasam sa raceasca .&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare crema : &lt;br /&gt;
Branza impreuna cu 200 gr zahar si 250 gr rama se freaca spuma.&lt;br /&gt;
Crema astfel obtinuta se intinde deasupra piscotului racit .&lt;br /&gt;
Cele 2 plicuri de budinca le amestecam cu 2 linguri de zahar si treptat adaugam la ele 750 ml suc Fanta , si se pune la fiert pana se ingroase . Compozitia astfel obtinuta se toarna asa calda peste blatul pe care am pus crema de branza . Se pune la fiert o cratita cu apa si putina sare. Cand da in clocot, se pun papanasii si se tin pana se ridica toti deasupra. Se trage cratita la o parte si se mai lasa sa fiarba vreo 10 minute la foc foarte mic.Daca fierb in clocote mari, papanasii se terciuiesc. -100 g zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
-500 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
-zahar vanilat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Albusurile se bat spuma, se adauga zaharul tos 20 g pentru fiecare albus si spuma se bate in continuare pana se intareste ca o zapada. Intr-o cratita de 1, 5 l, se pune laptele sa se infierbante impreuna cu zaharul vanilat. Se ia cite o lingura cu varf din spuma si se pun 2-3 bulgari unul langa altul in laptele fierbinte si se lasa la fiert 1 min. Cu restul de spuma se va proceda la fel. Intr-o cratita mica galbenusurile se freaca cu o lingura de zahar si se dilueaza cu 50 ml lapte rece, apoi se toarna in suvoi laptele fierbinte in care au fiert bulgarii, amestecandu-se tot timpul. Dupa aceea craticioara se pune pe un vas cu apa clocotita iar compozitia se bate 10 min. Galbenusurile leaga lichidul in care se pun, numai daca se infierbinta, fara sa ajunga la punctul de fierbere. Racii se prajesc cu un strop de ulei timp de 5 minute. Se separa carnea de restul carapacei. In alt recipient se pun la calit, la foc mic, prazul si ceapa taiate marunt; se adauga si morcovii taiati, rosiile taiate cubulete (fara coaja si fara simburi, daca se doreste), orezul si foaia de dafin. Resturile de carapace de la raci nu se arunca, ci se piseaza intr-o piua pentru usturoi si se adauga la amestecul de legume de pe foc. Se adauga apa si se lasa la foc mic timp de 25 de minute. Dupa ce a fiert, se trece prin mixer si apoi prin sita, sa se elimine impuritatile. Carnea de rac se toaca marunt si se pune peste crema in farfurie. &lt;br /&gt;

Se amesteca orezul cu carnea, piperul, sarea, ceapa (data prin razatoarea mica). mararul si 2 linguri din pasta de rosii pana se obtine o compozitie omogena. Daca amestecul este prea tare se adauga 25-50 ml de apa.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Daca frunzele nu sunt conservate, atunci se oparesc in prealabil. Daca sunt conservate se iau frunzele, una cate una, si se spala.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Se tapeteaza fundul vasului cu strat de foi de vita. Se ia apoi cate o frunza si se pune cate un pic de carne in asa fel incat frunza sa poata fi rulata in forma unei sarmale. Se incheie la capete si se pun in cratita. La final se pune deasupra un alt strat de foi de vita. Apoi se toarna apa atat cat sa cuprinda tot continutul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Important: cratita in care se prepara trebuie bagata la cuptor Acoperita!Sarmalele in foi de vita se lasa la cuptor la foc mediu aproximativ o ora. Pe parcursul acestei ore se verifica (cam la 1/2 de ora) daca apa scade si se completeaza. Cand sunt aproape gata se adauga 2 linguri de pasta de rosii amestecata cu un pic de apa.&lt;br /&gt;

-180 gr ciocolata neagra,cacaua&lt;br /&gt;
-180 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
-4 oua &lt;br /&gt;
-100 gr zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;
-100gr zahar brun&lt;br /&gt;
-200 ml frisca sau smantana.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru topping:&lt;br /&gt;
-100 ml frisca&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Pentru blat trebuie sa sfaramati biscuitii obisnuiti cu un sucitor sau cu robotul de bucatarie, dupa care ii puneti intr-un bol mare. Ciocolata o topiti pe baie de aburi, impreuna cu untutl si dupa 2-3 clocote si omogenizare completa, luati de pe foc si raciti usor. Turnati apoi amestecul peste biscuitii sfaramati si amestecati foarte bine. Intr-o forma de tort de 24/26 cm, din aceea cu inel detasabil, puneti blatul de biscutiti si nivelati bine. Dati la rece, in frigider. E suficient cat sta pana pregatit crema.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Pentru crema topiti ciocolata impreuna cu untul, omogenizati bine si apoi raciti usor. Intr-un bol mare mixati ouale cu cele doua tipuri de zahar pana ce compozitia devine densa si isi dubleaza volumul. Amestecati apoi frisca si mixati putin, la viteza mica. Turnati si crema de ciocolata si mixati citeva minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Scoateti forma de tort din frigider si turnati deasupra blatului crema. &lt;br /&gt;

Dati la cuptor, incins in prealabil, la treapta 180 C, pentru aproximativ 45 minute, pana se intareste usor. Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
-1 kg faina&lt;br /&gt;
-100 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
-100 g margarina topita&lt;br /&gt;
-2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
-50 g drojdie&lt;br /&gt;
-500 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
-1 lingurita rasa cu sare&lt;br /&gt;
-100 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
-200 g mac pisat&lt;br /&gt;
-esenta de rom&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Drojdia se framanta si se topeste in 50 ml de lapte caldut. 50 g de zahar se pun la fiert in 150 ml de lapte, la foc mic. Se adauga macul si 50 g unt. Se lasa sa fiarba circa 5 minute, amestecand pentru a nu se lipi. Se adauga esenta de rom, iar apoi se lasa la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Faina se pune pe masa si se face o gropita in mijloc. Se toarne in gropita maiaua de drojdie facuta anterior, 250 ml lapte si sarea. Se framanta un aluat consistent, adaugand treptat restul de unt si margarina (topite in prealabil). Cand aluatul nu se mai lipeste, se acopera cu un servet si se lasa la crescut o jumatate de ora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se tapeteaza o tava de cuptor cu hartie de copt. Aluatul se imparte in 3-6 parti egale (depinde de cat de mari vreti sa iasa si de cat de mare este tava cuptorului vostru). Se intind foi dreptunghiulare, peste care se intinde uniform cate un strat de umplutura de mac.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se ruleaza foile si se aseaza in tava, una langa alta, lasand spatiu intre ele, pentru a nu se lipi in timpul coacerii. Se ung din belsug cu ou batut.
