Dear Brothers, Sisters and Fellow Laborers in Christ Jesus!

The Lord has been faithfully raising up workers for the harvest. On Friday, December 11, 2015 I had the privilege of training 22 students in the Cyber Ministry Class at the Southern Asia Bible College in Bangalore

Rev. Shaiju Thomas, Dean, GSOL, Bangalore has taken the training of 1-2-1 Connectors in the College and is now also the Head Coach for the 1-2-1 Team in Southern Asia Bible College.

We thank God for HIS answer to our prayers for laborers in the harvest field of the Cyber world. This is the second batch of students to be trained as 1-2-1 Connectors

We pray that this will not be the last of the batches to come out of Southern Asia Bible College and that this example will be followed by other Bible Colleges in India and also other countries of the world. May our eyes be opened to see the fields of the cyber world! They are indeed ripe for the harvest. Join us as we cry to the Lord of the Harvest to send more laborers into the harvest field.

Bill's Faith Story

No matter how many times I listened to my friend Bill Hennessy's story, it makes me wonder why I am not telling others about Jesus as I should:

I spoke to Dr. Bill Hennessy in October 2008, and I am today I am HEAD COACH in India for NETWORK211. I have been blessed to have reached more than 8000 people personally since then and told them about Jesus. People whom I have never met, people who were from broken homes but now reunited and happy. People who did not know Jesus, but today they not only know Jesus they also have dedicated their lives to HIM.

I pray that as many listen to the testimony of what God did in and through my friend Bill Hennessy, will also come to know that God who is faithful, is calling you and me into a fellowship with HIS Son Jesus Christ.

Yes my Dear Friends,

God is faithful to complete the good work that HE has started in us. As we persevere through all the difficulties knowing that we are not alone, for HE has never left us and will always be with us even till the end of the ages.

Today we have reached 12,203,948 visitors on our PROJECT 10MILLION (expanded to 100 MILLION) because of the faithfulness of God, who has called us into fellowship with HIS Son Jesus Christ. And just as Jesus went about HIS Father's business, you and I are also called to be about our Father's business, because we belong to the family of God.

Dear Pastors and Fellow labourers in Christ Jesus!

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who always leads us in triumph!

We have celebrated our victory in reaching more than 5,000,000 within four years. Our goal is to reach 10,000,000 with ten years and God has already given us more than we can ask or imagine. I was able to join Dr.Bill Hennessy and the Team in Central Bible College, Springfield, MO, USA, for a few minutes on Skype.

It was a great joy that I was able to share briefly what God is doing in our part of the world viz. India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. God who is faithful is continuing to pour into our laps a great harvest.

Therefore, I would like to remind you that your labour in the Lord is not in vain and we shall all receive our crown and appreciation from the Lord of the Harvest HIMSELF when HE will say "Well done my good and faithful servant" Then what you have done in the the quiet of your home, to touch the lives of the many people in your state, and change their lives in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ, will become known.

May the Lord Bless you and make HIS face to shine upon you as you continue to reach for the imperishable crown that the King of Kings and Lord of Lords will give to each one of us!

NETWORK211 at CALCUTTA

God was so good to us and gave us an opening to go to Calcutta. A meeting was arranged by Rev. Patrick Joshua with the city leaders and a presentation was made to them at the Baptist Mission Society. It was an honor to meet with Pastor Asis Sarkar and the team of city pastors and show them how the Lord was moving through the media to reach the teeming millions and bring them into the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

With the grace of God and the favor of the Leadership at Assemblies of God Church, Park Street, Calcutta, a presentation was made at the Bible College Board room for the pastors on October 1st, 2012. We now have a strong team in Calcutta to connect with the inquirers from West Bengal, mentor them and guide them to the local churches.

Dear Fellow Believers in the Lord Jesus Christ,

I have been going through many of the requests of the inquirers and understand that they are depressed, broken and unsure of themselves because of the lies that they have been exposed to. They do not know where they are going, or what they are going to do.

Jesus said "I must be about My Father's business." and "I came to seek and save the lost". I make an appeal to you my fellow believers. Let us stop being complacent about our salvation and follow Jesus in seeking the lost people who are desperately seeking for answers in their lives in anxiety, brokenness, conditional love, death,emptiness, falsehood, guilt, hopelessness, illness, insignificance and shame.

Remember, Jesus said “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. ¹⁹ Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Let Ezekiel 33:7-8 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. ⁸ When I say to the wicked, ‘You wicked person, you will surely die,’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.

Those who could have come into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through one word from us would die and go to hell, and you and I would be accountable for their blood.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

I believe that this is the first of the many workshops that we would be doing all over the nation of India as the Lord opens doors for us. The harvest is indeed ripe and the laborers are few. Therefore, for those of you who have still not had members in your church involved in this ministry, please do contact me and I will be honored to come and have a workshop in your church for the people whom you approve of. Who are wanting to do ministry, but do not know how.

As a 1-2-1 Connector, they need not go outside their homes. They could dedicate their time and systems to the work of the Lord and connect with the many lost and seeking persons on the internet and counsel them and direct them into the local church where they could be further mentored and grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

I am giving below the updated figures of PROJECT 10MILLION :

You can watch the figures change every twenty two seconds as people from around the world visit our websites and are being saved. Out of the totals shown, over 30% is from India. i.e. for the past three years over 1 million people have visited our websites, out of which there have been over 11,000 salvations, over 7,000 recommitments, over 3000 Questions, and over 5,000 prayer requests.

My brothers and sisters, all creation is declaring that Jesus is coming soon, let us therefore, be about our Father's business viz. seeking the lost and training the found.

God has been good to us as we networked together with the Assemblies of God churches in India, and has been pouring a great harvest into our laps. Therefore we need your help in unity to take this harvest. To be honest with you, not all of us are logging onto Team10Million regularly. I therefore request you, as a fellow connector, to please login every day for atleast 10/15 minutes, or once a week for one hour. I see that many of us loggin and log out/do not loggin because we do not know what to do. However, that is not enough because 'the harvest is plentiful and the workers are few'. Therefore, we need more committed workers from your churches to join the Team 10Million as Volunteer Connectors. Noel, called to serve you my dear Brothers, Sisters and fellow laborers in Christ!

All glory to God for what HE is doing in and through us to "Reach the Lost and Disciple the Found". We now have 78 Connectors in India who join their hands and hearts with us to reach the lost and disciple the found. I give below the map of India giving the locations where we have our connectors.

Jesus said “Come, follow me and I will send you out to fish for people.” (Matthew 4:19). If we follow Jesus Christ, then we must be involved in HIS work. The reason Jesus came to this world was to "Seek and save the lost". If we call ourselves as 'Christians' OR 'Children of God' then we should be about our FATHER'S business.

The apostle Paul said "It is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me" and in Colossians 3:3 "For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God."

My brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, our lives are hidden with Christ in God. We no longer belong to ourselves, we belong to HIM. If we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, God has given us the authority to become HIS sons and daughters. We are co-heirs with Jesus Christ and therefore also co-workers with HIM. Let us not receive God's grace in vain, but let us be about our Father's business just as JESUS was.

Jesus is coming soon, are we going to appear before HIM with bare hands or are we going to appear before HIM with the number of people whom we connected with and lead into HIS presence, mentoring them to be strong disciples of the Lord who not only followed Jesus, but also brought others to follow HIM.

You may not be able to go as a missionary, but you can be a missionary from just where you are, to reach out around the globe to touch the hearts of many broken and hurting people who are searching for answers in their journey through life. The Lord has used me to reach more than 3500 people in the past two years. What God did through me, HE will do through you, even more than you could ask or imagine. If the Lord is speaking to your heart this day, do not harden your heart, return to HIM and you will be established and be involved in HIS work during these last days.

The Word of God tells us "It is wise to win souls". Let us therefore, be wise and win souls. Sign up as a 1-2-1 CONNECTOR and be eternally blessed. For the things of this world will be burned up, but the souls that you win will come with you to be with the Lord for ever, and ever, and ever, for all eternity.
